I have had TEVA sandals for over 10 years. Unfortunately you dropped the style that has changed over the years, but was basically similar and functioned uniformly for my needs. PLUS it was so comfortable. I could find nothing that was just a tad dressier and what I ordered just wouldn't work.

The straps may be too thin for my skinny feet. I got bruises on both feet. One bruise was on the toe next to the littlest one. The whole toe was bruised. The other foot had a bruise on the inside of the arch.
I am trying to put some fat on my feet but it is not working.
My daughter is very happy with hers and that is why I tried them.

The shoe is very wide and I do not have very wide feet. Not easy to purchase online.

After just two months of wearing this sandal for everyday walking, I was amazed to discover the rubber toe beds are already fraying. The same sandals I bought four years ago and have worn consistently are not wearing away at the toe bed. This suggests that TEVA is skimping on the materials it is using, of course to save money. Sadly, TEVA customer service has not responded in any way to my online request for assistance with this issue that has occurred with the three pairs of TIRRA sandals I bought this spring and summer for everyday use.

I normally love Teva's. My most recent purchase had the Velcro ripping off the under side of the strap after having them on at most 5 times. I can't return because they are worn and now I have very expensive sandals with the Velcro coming off.

I bought these for multi-use, but mainly for hiking. Sadly I have only wore these shoes twice, with a big time gap in between, and in each instance I developed painful blisters on the back of my ankles. I'm super disappointed because I wanted to love these sandals as they provide excellent support but I can't wear them again at the expense of getting blisters.

First you made your shoe sizes smaller. So an 11 was suddenly too short. I replaced with 12's (because you don't make 11.5's/42's). Unsurprisingly, the size 12 is too big. I could live with that, I guess, but.
Now you've changed the toe bed. The "new" toe bed is FLAT, not concave like it used to be. A concave toe bed kept my toes comfortably nestled inside the shoe and protected my bare toes from sidewalk water. What happened, TEVA? I want to wind back the clock to about. 3-4 years ago when you made a great Tirra sandal. I read the other complaints so I see that I'm not the only one who noticed loss of quality control. This is my third and last pair. Going back for a refund.

These shoes were VERY narrow compared to other shoes I have purchased. Now I am wondering if I want to use this company again.

I'm on my 3rd pair. I bought 11's, same as before, and they are too small. My toes are AT the front edge. I contacted Tiva and they sound surprised, unconcerned, no interested in resolving. Nor could I return them for proper new size (12 is the new 11) because the purchase was in the fall for following summer wear (8 months after purchasing). So I'm stuck with two pairs of unworn size 11's. Any takers?

I have had 3 pairs of these sandals and this last pair had hard bumps on toe edge of shoe. Representative told me this was not normal so I replaced them. Second pair had them too. Really bothered my comfort. Dang! Will look at a store next time.

Sandals were cute, but not suitable for a wide foot. Got 3 days of run-around messages from parent company Deckers about how to return them. Had to contact BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to cut through the crap and get a return address sheet.

Who ever heard of making a sandal with straps that cannot be adjusted.
This is not a one size fits all universe.
Scrap this idea and make adjustable sandals, and I bet you'd sell many more and have many more happy customers!

I am so disappointed with the Teva Tirras. I was so excited to get receive my new Teva's only to wear them and find out they're so uncomfortable. I realized after I put them on, that the side of the strap digs into my ankle. You need to rethink the design of your top strap.

Took my first 2.5 mile walk with these and I could barely make it home because of the deep blisters on my achilles that had already ripped open. I would have walked barefoot if the cement wasn't burning hot. After limping home, it took months for the blisters to heal and using band aids to keep my other shoes from ripping them open again. Just tried them again on (in the house this time) to see if they bothered my feet. Like another commenter, the foam padding on one shoe dug into my foot below my inner ankle where the plastic ring is for the ankle strap, the other shoe was fine. Inspecting the foam padding, the seam was different on the bad shoe. I was sitting at my desk most of the day, I can't imagine how it would feel if I was walking. I'm at a loss with these shoes, never had this kind of problem with Teva's before. Hopefully, they will honor their warranty program and at least give me credit for a different style. These shoes are evil.

I bought Teva's for my trip to the Yucatan and exploring Mayan ruins. The base of the shoe is extermely comfortable and easy to walk around in but even with loosen straps, the straps rubbed the back of my ankles raw, causing them to bleed. I think some kind of gel support needs to be added to the straps. Cannot recoommend this product.

I have an existing pair of blue Tierra and am very happy with them. The new pair I bought (multicolored beige stripe) fits well but the plastic loop that holds the ankle strap in place slips such that it is vertical to the sole. I am also concerned about the durability of the ankle strap from this "slippage." Time will tell. I am going to bring the sandals to a shoe repair shop to see if they can somehow anchor the plastic ring in place so it doesn't slip. My blue Tierra's do not have this issue.

I wanted to love these shoes, but after wearing them for the first time on a short 30 min. walk, I ended up with two blisters, one on each foot. And they are advertised as "day hike" shoes. The material is very stiff and rubbing. Love how they look, but had to send them back.
