The straps are not long enough. Lots of velcro hang out and could catch on clothing. This sandal
has little to no arch support. I can only wear mine for small amounts of time before my feet start to hurt. Not what I was expecting at all. Am already looking for a replacement pair of sandals.

In terms of fit, this sandal was adequate for
wide width feet. The problem was that the
plastic or whatever it was made from literally
caused the soles of my feet to burn. I washed
the soles of the sandals. I scrubbed the soles of
the sandals. I soaked the sandals. The sandals
burned the soles of my feet? I have never ever
had that reaction with anything. Ok. I admit I
have a unique case in that I was forced to put
my name on most of my socks recently. Someone
frequently dirties my shoes without my knowledge.
But this was right out of the box. There was something
wrong with the plastic used in the construction of
the sandals, which was unfortunate bc I had a pair
of similar Teva sandals 2011-2016 that were wonderful. I
switched to SAS to buy an American product, but they
don't make a super sturdy sandal that can be washed
thoroughly. I tried to go back to Teva last year, but Teva
isn't what they used to be. Could I possibly delete this
post after 30 days? I hate to leave a bad review. This
is most likely a case of sabotage I would guess.

I had high hopes of wearing these sandals during my five-week overseas vacation. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to fully break them in before my trip, and I ended up developing blisters on the back of my heel. I contacted Customer Service to ask about a refund or store credit so I could purchase a different style that would work better for me. While they were unable to honor the request since it was beyond the 30-day window, I was really disappointed given that the sandals were nearly $100. Sadly, this means I'm unable to wear the sandals or get a replacement.

I have always worn Tevas and absolutely loved them. I don't know what has changed, but these are no good. My feet have never hurt so bad. Constant pain, and believe me, I tried breaking them in and wearing them for awhile. No improvement. I don't think I will be purchasing Tevas ever again.

These were a disappointment. I’ve purchased 3 pairs of these sandals over the years and been very happy with them. But I noted a distinct downgrade in material quality of this pairZ. Both the sole and straps seem cheap and like plastic. The first time I wore them the straps cut my heel. The soft covering next to skin is gone.

The straps are scratchy and too tight for my high instep no matter how adjusted. The base is supportive but needs soft straps like my old original Tevas that caused my arches to fall. I only wore them once and couldn't wait to take them off when I got home.

At first these were great. I loved how supportive they were. I wore them around the house for a week before going outside to make sure they fit well. When I ventured outside on pavement everything changed. The straps rub around the heel and around the ankle bone. I walked for 5 minutes and had to turn around. I'm so disappointed and now I can't return them since I wore them outside. Very disappointed in Tevas.

This has been such a disappointment. The shoe rubs in all the wrong places. I haven't worn Teva shoes in awhile. I remember them to be well made and a decently comfortable and athletic shoe. The straps on this shoe hit very oddly on my foot. Have me a blister on my left heel. I tried adjusting the straps in multiple ways. They are right around the ankle and loose in the toe. So unfortunate. Maybe my feet are oddly shaped. The length is correct.

The sandals are not true to size. Teva doesn't honor refund deadlines. Be aware.

I paid over $90.00 for a pair of Tevas. Instead I was sent a totally different colored style and 3 sizes too small sandals!

This water sandal felt a bit stiff while walking(compared to a similar sandal from Dansko). Also the heel strap did not fit well and had no adjustment ability. Sending them back.

I bought these shoes last year and I wore them until they broke. They were so comfortable. Then I received this pair, put them on, and instantly knew Teva changed something. Maybe the heel material? Whatever changed, these shoes cause my feet instant pain.

I've worn Teva sandals for many years without any problems but this is the first time I've tried the Tirra. They were comfy in the store and I liked them so much that I bought 2 pairs. On the first wearing they rubbed huge blisters on the back of my heel. I solved that problem with a blister stick, only to discover that after wearing them for 2 days they cause the TOP of my feet to hurt like crazy -- it feels like the top of the foot is bruised and this happens ONLY when I wear the Tirra sandal. I've adjusted the straps multiple times but these just aren't working out for me. I'm very disappointed because the style is great and I love the footbed (there's plenty of cushion in the heel and the arch feels good), but there is something about these sandals that doesn't work with my feet. Sadly, there is no way I can recommend the Teva Tirra Sandal.

I would love to review this shoe but I can’t! I ordered a women’s black and white sandal and received a girl’s pink sneakers. I tried to replace them but they’re sold out! I had to order from another retailer. There is probably a disappointed little girl waiting for her sneakers.
Fyi I have been wearing these sandals for years. So comfortable, functional, great support. I have done beach walks, hikes and scrambles, even swam in a waterfall wearing these. They hold up great!
If you have sensitive skin the stink stopper chemical may irritate it.

I have had TEVA sandals for over 10 years. Unfortunately you dropped the style that has changed over the years, but was basically similar and functioned uniformly for my needs. PLUS it was so comfortable. I could find nothing that was just a tad dressier and what I ordered just wouldn't work.

The straps may be too thin for my skinny feet. I got bruises on both feet. One bruise was on the toe next to the littlest one. The whole toe was bruised. The other foot had a bruise on the inside of the arch.
I am trying to put some fat on my feet but it is not working.
My daughter is very happy with hers and that is why I tried them.

After just two months of wearing this sandal for everyday walking, I was amazed to discover the rubber toe beds are already fraying. The same sandals I bought four years ago and have worn consistently are not wearing away at the toe bed. This suggests that TEVA is skimping on the materials it is using, of course to save money. Sadly, TEVA customer service has not responded in any way to my online request for assistance with this issue that has occurred with the three pairs of TIRRA sandals I bought this spring and summer for everyday use.
