Two shoe boxes were shipped together in one large box but one shoe box was empty. Love the ones I received! Will not change three star rating until I receive the other pair I ordered. Customer service, thus far, is good.

Sizing has definitely changed and they don't feels as comfortable or as sturdy as my previous pairs.

I am able to wear these to work and out for the evening. I really like the black on black styling and the thinner, but still adjustable straps. The straps seem a little rough....not for sensitive skin. I love that I can throw them in the shower to rinse off the Arizona dust (um...and sweat).

Didn’t try on. The shoes had been worn. Dirty soles with evidence of mud on the sides.

My sixth pair of Tirra's and just not the same comfort.... seem to be differently manufactured ....front straps seem skew whiff and sit side ways.......really disappointed.....think twice about buying again.

The arch support is good, and the sole is pretty comfortable. But the straps cut into my feet after awhile, even though I adjust them when I put them on. I have to keep loosening them throughout the day. Even hours after taking them off, the tops of my feet are still a little sore. But they are nice looking.

Sizing chart not accurate. measured my foot and ordered size 6 1/2. When I got the sandal my big toe on my right foot stuck out over the edge. I returned the sandal and got a size 7. Even with the larger size my toe goes right to the edge. On one foot the strap was abrasive and caused a skin tear. Had to wrap some moleskin around it. Overall not very satisfied but I bought this sandal because my old pair wore out after several years and I loved that one.

I've bought Tirras for ten years. They have recently begun disappointing me. I can't believe they save that much money shortening the straps across the ankle, but this year I can barely get the strap to meet the velcro. I still have a pair from two years ago and I have an inch and a half, two inches onto the velcro with that model. I'm so disappointed in Teva for compromising their quality to save a few dollars.

I love my Tevas. I have a pair of the black/grey that have gone literally everywhere. From the lakes and rivers of East Tennessee to the trails around Yellowstone Country and even onto ice packs. While my 3 year old Tevas still have plenty of life in them, I wanted a different color, too. So I purchased the plum truffle color. The straps are uncomfortably short! And this isn't just my observation. Other reviwers have noted this. I actually snapped a picture of the fully exteneded ankle strap on my old and new pair and the new strsp is almost a full two inches shorter! Same size, same style. I give this a higher than normal review because apparently only certain colors run short and my old Tevas are my absolute favorite. I choose them over my Chacos regularly. I know Teva can do better! I plan to return these and gamble on the next pair having a proper strap length.

Great for walking around. Not a city shoe, but a good summer walking shoe. I feel very frumpy in them. Velcro is a bit of an annoyance I would prefer a buckle

I've been wearing Teva Tirra sandals for years. I usually buy one or two new pairs each summer so I've owned a lot of Tirra sandals over the years. They are incredibly comfortable. This spring I ordered the Tirra sandals in the white/multi color and the port color. The white/multi are perfect and feel and look like the Tirra sandals have for many years. The Tirra in port that I received, however, was very different. The straps were MUCH shorter than the Tirra sandal straps typically are. I wear a size 7 and have a narrow foot but the straps just barely reached across my ankles and toes. They were not wearable. One other reviewer has mentioned this same problem with the Tirras. Please Teva, figure out why some of the Tirra's this spring have straps that are too short for normal-sized women! I kept the white/multi but I had to return the Tirras in port.

Following a stroke I needed shoes that had a good non-slip sole. With these I didn't need to sacrifice style for function. I loved Tevas pre-stroke but appreciate them much more now.
