I have 3 other pairs of Tirra sandals, love them and have worn them everywhere. Thought I would try the solid black style as it seemed like it might look a little dressier. I was wrong. The solid black color just looked wrong in this style. Also these sandals were shorter in length by at least a half size than my other three. Had to return them. All the other colors I was interested in were out of stock. So no sandals for me at this time.

these shoes run a bit big so downsize a little. The shoes for me didn’t feel like a hot weather shoe. they felt bulky. The biggest downfall for me was the suctioning of my feet to the sole of the shoe. it would then let loose with a very embarrassing sound. I had to return for that reason.

Purchased in two colors. Really, very cute sandal. I purchased a size 7.5 M for my between 7 and 7.5-sized foot. When I walked around at home in them, I found the straps to be very scratchy. The kind of scratchy that you can't ignore and turns into a sore. That was particularly true for the underside of the ankle strap and outermost toe strap. I'm very surprised, because I thought these sandals would be a slam dunk for me.

Pluses - the adjustable straps for ankle and forefoot; comfortable sole to walk on; look sturdy and well-made.
However, I have a bunion on one foot and couldn't quite get the fit 'right' for that foot (maybe too many straps going across that area of my foot). Also, in comparison to a different sandal (a pair of Teva Verra that I bought at the same time), these feel noticeably quite heavy on my feet (I prefer the lighter weight and flexibility of the sole of the other sandal). So, while I like the look, these were, sadly, returned.

I wear a size 11; ordered a size 11, and length/width is fine, but the arch hits too far back, near the heel. Not a good fit for me. Similar Merrell sandals do the same thing.

The straps across the top of my foot on the Tirra were uncomfortable, rubbing unpleasantly within minutes of trying on the sandals. I returned them. How do you review the sandals in terms of size and width when it is only one specific aspect of the sandal that feels “off”? Overall the size and width were fine. The straps were not too tight. Yet, the straps RUBBED.

I like these shoes. The soles are comfy, but the ankle strap digs into me really bad
to the point where I have to wear a bandaid on that area to prevent it. I wouldn't buy these again based on that.

I have a pair of Tirra sandals that I have worn and loved for years. I decided to go for another in a different color and though I really like the Aragon color, they don't feel the same. The fit and arch support are still great, but this new material they are using for the straps just doesn't feel good on my skin. Or maybe I'm more sensitive now? I'm sad, because I think it was the most supportive casual sandal ever made.

There are deep grooves in the sole that bother my foot. Because of this, I had to return them. I would have kept them otherwise. I have a wide foot and would have been able to adjust the straps to fit my foot accordingly.

Size and width were perfect & arch support was good but watch out where you walk in them. I nearly broke my neck walking across a wet sidewalk. My feet slid out right from underneath me. I'd walked across this same wet sidewalk many times before in my flip flops with no problem. These sandals become extremely slippery on wet surfaces. Beware!

I love teva sandals, especially the tirra style. I wear them from May-October and always look forward to this season! They last several years unless you get them really muddy or wet and sandy at the beach. I was excited to purchase the teal color on sale, but it ended up being too small and not as comfortable as my black pair. I have purchased and worn 2 pairs of size 7 tirras in the past decade and they fit perfectly. These tirra's did not fit. Either the length of the shoe has changed or this color is smaller than the other ones. I'm hoping it's just this color. I will order size 7 or 7.5 in a different color next time.

Within the first month of having these, I noticed the Velcro was separating from the ends of the straps. I love the sandals themselves and they're extremely comfortable, but I am disappointed in the fact that I have to be careful not to pull the Velcro off or make it worse every time I wear these fairly expensive sandals. The rest of the sandal is holding up perfectly fine.

I purchased 3 pairs of these the gray, green and this style. The other pairs fit perfectly. There is a design flaw in this version. The striped straps are too soft compared to the other colors. The loop that the ankle strap goes goes through twists the wrong direction making them loose. Also the over the ankle strap is very thin material. My solution was the shoe repair. I had the loop stitched down and the strap reinforced with smooth Velcro. They are great now!

I bought this for a hiking trip. After about 1.5-2 days, the straps were cutting into my feet, and I couldn't wear them for the rest of the trip. They will be OK for shorter walks/hikes in the future, but not much beyond that, which is disappointing.

I have been using the Tevas for years.... this new batch feels very stiff and smaller than usual - not so sure am happy with quality.....am still evaluating - and will order the next 1/2 size up to see if is better. I love Tevas! But the quality and sizing does feel different this time - began with last years order.... My feet may have spread too or may be comfy in larger size now, will try. However, thank you as always! I believe strongly in Tevas - so healthy for the feet - says this yogi! I wear them all year round.... with socks in winter.
