A nice sandal. I just wore them this a.m. as the month of June is now moving right along. It's a very nice day; I wore them without socks because the 'Tirra' might be a tad narrow/tight. I have another/older pair I am able to wear with a light sock. In any event the 'Tirra' did just fine out there and probably will be able to even take a light rain.

Though my Tirra's were a gift, I could see myself buying a pair. Another color would be nice ;) I wanted something that could be worn for lots of walking, easy trail hikes, something that could get wet but still not look too rugged and bulky. That's a lot to expect in one shoe but when traveling, I was hoping not to pack so many pairs of shoes. I'm pleased with how comfortable they are. The "break-in" time or rubbing was minimal and they fit my boney feet and ankles pretty well as I'm less active now but kept the runners skinny feet. They felt true to size. I can't give an accurate review on the arch support because I've had flat feet since childhood however my knees felt no issues while wearing. They held up with walking, getting wet and even the velcro closure stayed put. I did not do any running in these and it's too early to tell how long the velcro closure will last. (The only reason for leaving out one star) For versatility, they functioned as a light hiking sandal but were cute enough to wear with a casual summer dress or shorts with a blouse on the beach. Win!

I got these a year ago and wear them everyday during the summer. The soles seemed to wear down at the same rate as all the other shoes I have worn before. What I don't like: My feet are thin and I wish the straps would allow me to pull them tighter. I have way too much room around the toes. Also, I have flat feet, so my feet dont fit the sandal as well. These shoes curve inward at the arch a lot more than most shoes, and the straps dont allow my arches to collapse over the inside of the shoe. The result is that my feet slide towards the outside of the shoe. that being said, they are still the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. The straps fit against my foot really well and are positioned well and thick enough to not press marks into my skin. I barely feel the ground in them and have walked for miles at a time comfortably.

I wish the ankle strap was a simple velcro... its a bit of a pain to loop the buckle and then fold back the velcro: not an easy-in-easy-out, but I still like them!

I love these sandals. I have four pair of them. I walk a lot with my dogs, and they are comfortable beyond words. My only problem with them is that they have a strange odor when I wear them, and they cause my feet to stink (REALLY stink!). Luckily it isn't noticeable until I remove the sandals. This doesn't happen with any other sandals or shoes that I own. It is unique to the Teva Tirras and I have no idea what causes it. Needless to say, I spend a lot of time washing my feet and cleaning the Tirras.

The only thing that I don't like about these is that the soles tend to get a "stinky feet" smell after a while. I have tried cleaning the soles according to suggestions from Teva, and it has helped, but not totally eliminated, the problem.

Love these shoes, I have 2 pair! I can wear them all day, and it is like walking on a soft pad. I'd have given 5 stars, however they have one big problem - these shoes make your feet stink - BADLY. Once you put them on, don't plan to take them off until you are home, and then you better be ready to wash your feet if you don't want to drive your family out. Put the shoes themselves where they can air out. Teva needs to add some antimicrobial properties to their footbeds.

I love the look and the comfortable feel of these sandals; however, the two toes straps keep coming loose...they were very wide in the toe area. I ran out of velcro area to snug down the straps. Had the velcro strip been longer I wouldn't have had to return them..

They served there purpose for outdoor activities while I traveled to Costa Rica.

I have wanted a pair of Teva sandals since I was little and my granpa had a pair. A month ago, I bought mine and have not stopped wearing them. They are comfortable and I love the green color. The only thing I have noticed is that the sole does not breathe well, so they feel more like tennis shoes next to your food rather than sandals. I love them!
