I love the fit, style, and ability to adjust straps easily. Teva is my favorite brand -- I do a lot of walking, hiking, etc., and have a bum foot from a childhood car accident, so having a brand to count on matters. The soles of this sandal, weirdly, cause some discomfort. They have microgrooves, which cause unexpected tenderness after a day. The durability of the material is also tbd, as I've gotten a couple of small nicks in the front toe bed already from chance encounters with rocks, roots, or my dog stepping on me. Normally, Teva really suits me, but the material and design of the sole itself is something product designers might reconsider.

I've had a pair of Hurricane Teva's for almost 15 years and the velcro on the straps is finally not sticking so well anymore. However, they are my work outside sandals now. I bought the Tirra, as a replacement, but was disappointed in how they fit. The straps over the ankle were very uncomfortable no matter how loose I made them. They felt scratchy and sharp against my skin, and the ankle strap was too high and rubbed my ankle bones, so I decided to return them. Also, I ordered a 9, which was the size of my old Teva's which fit perfectly, but the new 9's were a little too long. I may buy another pair of the Hurricane style.

I have worn them for the last 11 years. Excellent footbed. However they seem to be moving away from my favorite footbed. Have to be very careful when I purchase. My podiatrist always comments on how good the footbed is for my feet. Please don't change all the footbeds.

I have recently ordered two different styles of Tevas. I was pleased with the style. However, I returned one style and will be returning the second. I rated 4 stars because i do think they are great casual, versatile sandals for the summer. And, I have a very narrow foot and they can be adjusted. However, they do not offer the same arch support and my original Teva. I still have one pair that must be 20 years old. They are still very comfortable. I just wanted something new.

I needed a new sandal and I thought a pair of hiking sandals would be good and I love that teva recycles them so I grabbed a pair of these in all black. They are true to size if not a hair too long. I do wish the straps had some longer Velcro as the front toe straps I have to strap all the way over. But overall very comfortable and good for walking. Just what I needed.

The sole is far bigger than my original Teva's

I have been buying Tirra for several years; depending on the weather I wear them with or without socks. I have a right foot that is difficult to work comfortably with a shoe. The Tirra with its Velcro straps adjust easily to the right foot and the one strap allows for easy movement. I will continue to buy in various colors as needed.

I will go back to my previous favorite because the the ankle strap is very pretty but not reinforced so it can twist. It will not wear as well

I like the fit and the way they look on my feet, and the velcro makes the fit highly adjustable; however, the triangle near the small toe is uncomfortable. I place a small buffer between it and my foot. If not for that, these shoes would be a five for me!

These sandals met my needs for my hike, I like the way they look, the soles were really comfortable, and overall the shoes are pretty durable. The velcro on the toe straps couldn't cut it while I was canyoning and canoeing, though. Whenever I tried to take a step through the water, the velcro across my toes on one foot or the other would come undone every 3rd or 4th step and I'd need to stop and restrap them so I could walk. I realize these probably aren't the ideal sandals for water and that might not be the purpose they were designed for, but I needed an all-purpose outdoor sandal and these ticked most of the boxes, just not all.

I bought these after wearing the Vera sandals for years. It looked the same but with more strapping to keep the front of my foot from sliding to the side, which especially when wet is a minor issue with the Veras. After wearing a few times however, while the sandal is super comfortable and seems just like the Vera, with great arch support for me, there is something different about how the back strap is constructed - the material is thicker and the padding is sewn so it bumps out just a bit, and this is causing chafing on the back of my heel. Unless I can fix this somehow I can't wear them.

Very cute shoe. The heel was too high for me and hurt my knees.

Love product but there is no adjustment for the heel strap and this model runs slightly short for me.

Love the way these sandals look with any outfit! I wore them to Disneyland & they kept me feeling supported the majority of the day. I will say I felt some pain in some areas of my feet later on in the day. Depending on how you have the sandals fastened, there can be some pain there as well from all the rubbing - but as I said - Disneyland is a feet killer no matter what you wear. Fantastic quality overall & looking forward to my next pair.

Love the comfort and they worked great on numerous recent hikes! Just wish half sizes were available also.
