Loved this shoe, but had to return it because the right shoe rubbed on my ankle every step. Just not right for my particular feet, so sorry.

I bought my first pair of these sandals for a Grand Canyon rafting trip and liked them so well that I bought a second pair two years later in a different color. These sandals wear well, are comfortable to walk in, are machine washable, never chafe, as some Velcro-strap sandals do, and the straps adjust for a customized fit. Whether you’re making like a river rat and floating down the Colorado or just going out for a casual dinner, they look nice, a little more like a fashion shoe than a sport shoe. The only negative things I can say about these sandals are that they don’t offer toe protection, which is obvious but it’s something to think about if you plan to hike in them, and the traction they provide is good but not great.

These are great sandals! I now have four pairs - love the color selection - and wear them almost every day. The straps are adjustable which helps those who have problems with width and heel size. Every other shoe I looked at that were similar to these had closed toes which I did not want. I know I will be wearing them most every day once school starts because it stays hot here till November!

I need cushion in my step- I also have bunions, a medium to narrow foot, and I live in sport sandals. The Teva Tirra feel very good on my feet, and my legs do not become sore after walking a long way. There was no break in period needed, though I did ease into them just in case - but not for long. I range between an 8.5 and 9, and the 8.5 fit me very well. Some of the similar sandals had a much wider foot bed, which were not as good a fit as this style for me. Of course delivery was spot on!

A friend of mine suggested this shoe. I usually wear a 10-10.5 and have a slightly wide foot. I ordered a normal 10. I found that because I could adjust both the straps near my toes and the ankle strap, I could fit this shoe to my foot with no difficulty. The ankle strap rubbed into my foot the first 2 days of wear, but I haven't felt it since. This is going to be my go-to sandal. I don't use a car, but walk every where and anticipate this shoe holding up and being a good support for me.

I love these sandals! I wore them basically straight from the box and found them comfortable. I have strolled museums in London, climbed pyramids in Mexico, hiked trails at Machu Picchu, and did the most strenuous hike of my life - the Kalaupapa trail on Molokai, Hawaii. My legs have never been so sore as they were after Kalapaupapa but my feet felt great - these sandals are awesome! I bought a second pair this spring simply because they came in purple and I hope they don't come out in orange or yellow next year or I'll have to buy a third pair. The sandals are surprisingly cute for how functional they are - they look great out to dinner with a casual skirt - feminine but practical. They are often the only shoes I bring with on vacation. Even my mom thinks they're cute and she's a high-end shoe snob who prefers form over function.

These sandals were great for a trip to the national parks. We did light hiking on easy trails but my feet got pretty dirty...no worries - just hosed them off at the end and had the bonus of clean and cool feet! My husband calls them "man repellant", so not the most attractive, but as a sandal to wear around camp, they can't be beat!

I bought these because of the other good reviews and I am very glad I did. They are true to size, very comfortable, and very easy to walk in for long periods of time (which is why I bought them). I wore them on a day I got caught in a huge downpour and was impressed by how well and quickly they dried out.

I needed a sandal with great arch support and comfortable to walk, hike, and swim with for an upcoming camping trip. I put them on the first day an wore them all day without any discomfort. I had them for a couple of months now and they are my go to sandal for everything. I want them in all the colors. I get compliments constantly.

I found these shoes to be very comfortable. I stand and walk a lot and my feet was not tired or hurting at the end of the day. They fit like they were made for my feet. Very pleased.

These are the shoes I've been looking for! Extremely comfortable and no breaking in required. They didn't cause blisters like most sandals. The adjustable straps give a great fit. I haven't worn them on long journeys yet, but they are wonderful around town and seem perfect for walking/light hikes. Plus they are cute enough to wear to shops/restaurants without feeling sloppy. Perfect amount of arch support for my high arches. Worth the price. I never write reviews, but then again I'm not usually this enthusiastic over walking shoes either.

These sandals are comfortable,not clunky and can get wet! I've worn them for water sports and for city walking. I will buy another pair when they go on sale.

These are my favorite wear-all-day, wear-everywhere sandals. They were comfortable right out of the box! Good for long walking treks in all but the muddiest conditions. Good support, well-fitting, adjustable straps, excellent for walking on asphalt, concrete, around the house, hiking on trails and rocks and the beach. My feet never hurt while wearing these sandals. My usual size is 7.5 but the size 7 fit my feet best. I have five pairs in different colors -- yes, I love these!

I have high arches and have a really difficult time finding good shoes. This shoe is plenty supportive and cushy. I even went on a walk in them yesterday. Love them!

These shoes are so comfortable. The foot bed seems soft and conform to your foot, but does not seem spongy. They totally lock your ankle in place to the footbed. It feels like an incredibly strong hiking boot around my ankles and the rest of my foot (If I tighten them down) They are the perfect hiking sandal. The foot bed does stick out slightly from the tops of my toes, but I believe it's to protect them from bumping into things.

Bought these for my wife, as her old Nike ACG's wore out. She loves these; very comfortable and look really good. With the velcro straps, are very easy to get on and off, and adjust tight or loose. Look well constructed.

These shoes are very adjustable - velcro in three places. I am able to wear them even on days that my feet are a little swollen. I usually wear orthotics in my shoes and the arch support in these shoes is excellent. I wear them into the pool and have purchased a second pair.

My physical therapist recommended the Teva Tirra and I bought my first pair last year. I wore them constantly even to my office job. The comfort and support are excellent, and I could not wait for warm weather to arrive to begin wearing them again. I love them and plan on buying more, in a variety of colors. These sandals are very well made, and my original pair still looks and feels brand new, and they clean up very well if, as happened to me, they get a little mud on them. It is strange to think that technically they are water sandals, since they are so perfect for everyday wear.

I will be studying abroad in Brazil and wanted to buy a pair of comfortable sandals for long walks in warm weather. I loved how versatile this sandal looked and the fact that it could get wet without damage. I am usually a 9 1/2 in sneakers and wear 10 in flip flops. I decided to order a 9 1/2 since it looked like it ran a bit big and it fit perfectly! I have flat feet and I felt like the sandal offered a lot of support. I was also scared that my feet would be sweating silly with 90+ degree weather but I don't think it will be a problem! Would totally recommend them.

I bought the Teva Tirras in a local shoe store and loved them for my plantar fasciitis. It is so nice to have a cool pair of shoes to wear without the arch supports and have plenty of support. I wore them teaching tai chi last week and they felt great. I was delighted to find two other colors on sale on Zappos. Love Zappos, love Teva Tirras...the chocolate chip were my first pair and soon I will have three pair.

I have loved the Teva Kinetic Circuit Sandals for years but they are only sold on Footsmart now. I thought I'd try the Terra because of the nice styling and the adjustable straps(I have very wide feet). I was thrilled with the comfort of these sandals and the adjustability that the velcro closures give someone like myself with wide feet. There a a lot of fun colors to choose from too! I ended up ordering a size larger then I normally take because I figured they might fit better on my feet but luckily there was plenty of play in the velcro straps and probably would have done ok with my regular size. I highly recommend these sandals. They seem as though they would be quite comfortable for long walks.

Great sandal. No break-in time needed. Extremely comfortable, and the Velcro allows adjustment around ankle and toes. I walk the dog in these, and plan to wear them on a walking tour. Color matches picture. True to size.

I love these sandals! I was looking for some comfortable walking sandals to take the place of running/walking shoes when it gets hot out. These are perfect! They are amazingly comfortable and very adjustable. I often have trouble with the width of an athletic shoe: if long enough, too wide and if the right width, too short. The adjustable straps solve that.

This is a really nice sandal: well-constructed, attractive, and comfortable. It offers moderate arch support, however, and I need a lot of arch support. It was very close to being a home run. If your feet are not ultra high-maintenance, as mine are, you will love it.
