I wear an 11wide shoe to allow for orthotics. Without orthotics, this shoe felt fabulous in a normal width and I did not need the orthotics with them. It fits perfect. I absolutely love this shoe.

This shoe fit well with the ability to adjust the front in two places, but after wearing while sitting for about an hour my feet started to get hot which makes no sense for a sandal. Then when I got up and walked down the hall I was very award of the straps. I tried making them looser, but then my heel moved around too much. I just couldn't get them tight enough while not feeling like the straps were going to irritate me. Also, the shoes felt a bit heavy to be wearing for summer.

The best walking sandal ever! I have 4 pair in different colors and my main ones in salmon and gray I have worn for 4 years now, show minimal sole wear. For those with a break-in issue, wear light socks for a few days and go for long walks. The arch support is the best of any sandal I have tried and I have been wearing sandals for 68 years. I wish Teva would make this same sandal with a 2" heel. That would still work for walking, but give a bit of fashion. I wear these to walk to a shopping center daily. Never an issue! LOVE these!!!

I purchased these, my first pair of hiking sandals, a few weeks ago for when the weather warms up. Also purchased the Merrell alverstone hiking shoe (which I recommend) right after because I got invited on a hiking date and had no warmer shoe to wear right now lol. Back to the sandals...I think they're pretty cute for a hiking sandal. I don't as a rule much care for having my feet confined when the weather gets warm so I like the idea of the hiking sandal. I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel so I can be hard to fit at times. These are really comfortable and accommodating to my foot type. I normally run anywhere from a 7 to 8 size wise. I take a 7 in sandals/slip ons and up to an 8 in a workout shoe. I ordered the 7 and it's a perfect fit.

After a lot of looking for the perfect sandal for my 91-year-old mother, I found the Teva Tirra. My mother active woman with a great sense of style, but she has nerve issues in her foot, so she needed a sure-footed sandal with good support and an adjustable fit. The Teva Tirra was actually the only sandal that fit all of our criteria. I showed them to my mother, and she loved them. They arrived in 3 days, and she couldn't be more pleased. They are comfortable, they look fantastic, and they give her the necessary support and sure-footedness to make walking a pleasure, not a hazard.

Love the comfort and the front half of the look, but the thick ankle band on every one of their otherwise beautiful designs leaves them looking like grandma shoes (sorry, grandma).

Thus is the ONLY sandal my daughter will wear. She has mild Cerebral palsy and thus sandal seems to give her slim foot a lot of support while being comfortable all day. I like that they look better than most on her feet. The 7 1/2 seems true to her size.

I love my old Teva's, but they finally started falling apart after 12+ years. I'm going to Europe this summer wanted something extremely comfortable and cool to wear with all of the walking we'll be doing. I prefer this style of Teva because they don't slip off in the water or if someone steps on the back of your shoes in a crowd (and I don't have to curl my toes to keep them on in the sand). I love that the straps are adjustable for every part of the shoe -- everyone's has different shaped feet with different parts vulnerable to pain and this model has thinner straps than my old ones, so less tan lines than my old faithfuls.

Amazing sandals! Love the way I can adjust over the toe with two velcro'd straps as well as around the ankle. Beautiful with or without socks. Super comfortable. True to size. Look a little athletic but beautifully stylish as well. Look great with my leggings. I'm a 65 year old lady who is about 20 pounds over weight so am suffering heel pain and these seem to be just the thing to help with that since they have a wonderful cushion with just the right amount of softness and firmness.

Comfortable shoes perfect for walking and stylish look.

These are my “go-to” everyday sandals for Sarasota FL. Cushiony enough to stand for several hours in painting class or hike a couple miles on a walking tour. Come in various colors. OK if it rains, they just shrug it off. Not the most stylish but the footbed and heel cup make them perfectly comfortable and supportive for these 70 year old footsies

Excellent sandal! Great for walking. This is my second pair. The North Atlantic color (a pale blue-green) is lovely.

I love these sandals! Very comfortable right out of the box! Love the color of navy blue. I’m planning on wearing them on a trip soon where I will do a lot of walking!

These are by far the most comfortable sandals I own. I am beyond caring about how I look or if they are feminine or if... Whatever, these are the shoes I can wear all day from hiking to dinner and still be able to walk the next day. I have arthritis in my toes and need the support. I am totally sold on these and buying my second pair.

Very cute sandal! Adjusted well to fit my foot and was comfortable out of the box. Unfortunately, when I walked the shoes seemed to slip inward on my feet....wish they would have worked out.

These are perfect for my feet, but I do order a 1/2 size smaller. Please, never discontinue this style!

The ankle strap on these Tevas is very weird. It starts too far back on the sole toward the heel and then is way too tight across the top of the foot/arch!!! Its a really bad design. I've been wearing Tevas for years and I've never seen anything like this. Too bad too because I really like the mango color and general style. Will have to look for something else. Don't know how this got off Teva's design board and into production.

My second pair~ great arch support.

I have very picky feet and try a lot of shoes before settling on a pair. These felt great right out of the box and I took them on a trip to Florida. Comfy for long hours of walking and I love the adjustable Velcro straps.

This is my second pair of these. About 20 to 30 minutes of my commute each way is on foot, and my office is business casual with a strong emphasis on the casual, so my previous pair were my daily drivers in warm weather. I got about two years out of them; I put about 4 to 5 miles per day on them during warm weather, so they held up reasonably well. These are great for walking and standing, with the added benefit of being waterproof, so no need to switch shoes on a rainy summer day. These did not hold up as long as the original Teva's used to, but they're considerably lighter, so I consider it an acceptable trade off. They're pretty cute, and don't have that Fred Flinstone feel that the originals had. As with the originals, there is no need for a break-in period. A few minutes spent adjusting the straps, and you're good to go.

Looking for a pair of sandals to wear for an upcoming BVI trip. I'm not one for this kind of sandals -- too many wide straps and velcro (ugh). I'm a flipflop sort of girl, but at the recommendation of the hubs (better for your feet, my dear :) ), I caved and bought these because I love Tevas. On my feet the looks of them are a bit clunky (for my tastes) - so the "look" isn't MY favorite (my opinion). The catcher is -- these are really comfortable shoes. They feel like "protectors for my feet" shoes. They felt good the moment I put them on and I love the mango color. These are keepers - and I'm sure I'll get used to the "look" of them.

I have had these for a long time and they last well. My feet are comfortable after walking or being on my feet all day. They can get wet, so you can wear them in public showers or hopping from rock to rock in a stream. They are semi-stylish for a sport sandal... I wouldn't recommend them for a nice restaurant or formal work environment, but they go fine with a sundress in Colorado. The little strap on the back makes them easy to attach to the outside of a backpack.

My co-worker raved about these sandals so I had to give them a try as I am looking for a nice walking sandal for the summer. I felt like the sandals were very nice quality and would buy them another time, but maybe a half size smaller than my normal size as they seemed a tad big on me so unfortunately I will be sending them back.
