I had been looking at sandals like these and tried them on in a store. Glad I did because I usually wear a 9 in sandals and they were too long. I bought an 8 and it fits me perfect. So comfy, cushy, great arch support and looks cute too. I haven't worn a sandal with an ankle strap in a long time but it is pretty comfortable and that's a nice surprise. I recommend these for summer walking, hiking, or beach wear. I'm a Mephisto Helen lover and have several of those in various colors. These Teva Tirra sandals are awesome! I got the taupe and they look darker than the photo here, more taupe-gray which I truly love. Go for it...you won't be sorry!

This is my third pair of the best walking/hiking shoe I've found. Good arch support, adjustable straps, cool, sylish, true to size, and most important: comfortable. I have lime green, brown, and just got a beautiful blue. I'm still wearing the first pair from years ago, so these are sturdy too (I've even tossed them in the washer.)

Feels good to wear right out of the box. I had broken my ankle 6 months ago and was looking for good supportive sandals and these are it. The dusk color is beautiful and goes with everything. Wore them right out of the box on our cruise vacation and these felt great and were good to wear on the boat and the beach. easy to clean too.

I tried a couple different versions of sandal for an upcoming trip and found these to be the most comfortable. They're not the cutest but they're far from the worst active sandal out there. If you're on an active vacation you may want more toebox coverage (for hiking etc) but they're more than sufficient otherwise. They dry quickly, have good grip and arch support, and I didn't get any blisters despite not breaking them in. Good enough for me! I do recommend bug spraying your feet before you put the sandals on though, because otherwise mosquitoes will find the one tiny place under a strap that didn't get sprayed...

WOW ! This is the most stylish and yet practical sandal ever! I have 2 pair I wear, one for in my home and one for shopping or walking. I tore my foot up, falling down stairs years ago, so the only thing I can do in wear a good shoe that lets me adjust the straps over an ugly bunion on that wider foot. If it wasn't for this shoe, I might not be able to wear anything comfortable and a bit dressy or casual depending on the color choice. Thank Zappos for carrying a great shoe in all colors and sizes!

These have been my favorite sandal for 2 summers now! I pretty much wear these non-stop for the whole season. I've gone hiking for miles in them, walked all over music festivals, through mud, through water, shopping, in the city, and everywhere in between. They have really good arch support, are durable, and have good grippy soles. They're sporty looking, but look nice enough to go with a summer skirt. My pair from last year saw a ton of miles so had some wear on the soles, but I really didn't need to buy a new pair... I just wanted another color!

These sandals are very comfortable and super cute They will get lots of wear during our long hot summers. Thanks Zappos for having these. I always find what I need or want without having to venture out to lots of different stores only to be disappointed.

These were unbelievably comfortable from the minute I put them on. I've been searching for sandals that would be good for lots of walking and stopped when I found these. Excellent support and they stay on my feet thanks to all the adjustable straps. I only wish the front straps weren't quite so long - when I adjust them to be snug there is a lot of extra strap sticking out beyond the velcro.

I don't know what it is about these sandals... I've had other Teva shoes before, but these are in another class entirely. I've got various foot issues... some peroneal tendinopathy and some odd nerve pain thing on the top of my foot, plus I have a really wide foot (I was shocked that these fit me!) and am quite heavy. All in all, I sort of hate my feet because I have some sort of foot pain all the time. I used to wear MBTs exclusively until I had a knee replacement, but I felt I needed something less "rocky" after that. And I've owned many pairs of expensive "good" shoes. I pretty much hate all my shoes. But this past summer, when I wore these sandals every single day, my feet felt great! So much so, that when I was trying to decide what shoes to wear to the Women's March on Washington, in January, where I knew I'd be on my feet ALL of a very long day, I opted for these sandals with socks despite the cool and misty weather.

I just had the opportunity to wear these while in the Caribbean and they are fantastic. Really great traction on slippery surfaces.They are comfortable and also cute as well.

I finally wore out my original Tevas (from 2001!) and these were a great replacement. They are comfortable and versatile. I've worn them river rafting and hiking. Would buy again!
