Tevas, like many others, has cheaped out on this product. I ordered a pair of these sandals as a backup to the same type of Teva sandal that I bought six years ago and have been wearing throughout summers since then. These new ones look the same in pictures but are not the same in reality. Soles are slightly thinner and made of a lighter, harder plastic that provides little comfort to the feet. The upper fabric straps are thin and flimsy compared to my older pair. I would not want to walk very far in these new sandals. They are cute but are not comfortable and will not hold up over time.

I love this sandal! This is my 2nd pair. Just moved to the Sunshine State and this is my everyday all day show. So happy I have two pair now and, ok, I might get a 3rd pair! Both mine are 9.5 and perfect fit. I did get my first pair in a store where I could try them on.....my shoe size seems to be 9.5 or 10 these days. (Tennis shoes are a 10) I have kind of flatter feet and my feet love these sandals.

This is my fourth pair of these Tevas. That would explain how I feel about them! My first pair were size 9. They were a little long, so I ordered my next two in 8.5. Thinking this was the correct size, I ordered the most recent pair in 8.5 as well. Too short. Had to exchange them for a 9. Interestingly, when this size 9 pair arrived, they were shorter than the original pair of 9s...but Just right!

The fit and size are perfect. The arch support is not bad and I think it will improve as I wear them and they conform to my feet. The sandal is comfortable for walking. I am recently healed from a broken ankle and the Teva sandals give me the stability I need. They also make for very happy toes!

I bought these based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. My feet have problems. My left foot can swell. I have high arches. And wearing sneakers can sometimes hurt the top of my feet. Be aware that the strap that goes around my ankle just makes the Velcro stinky part. I’ve walked a mile in the shoes with no problems.

I have 2 pairs of these sandals. When this color became available, I jumped on it. I love the red/blue/violet shade. Thankfully this style accommodates my bunions and end of the day feet swelling.

Fit and size excellent

No longer true to size. It runs a half size smaller than the 8-year old pair I replaced.

I get new Teva Tirra's every year. However for some reason on this order I bought two size 9.5's...one in Black and one in Hera Mango. The Hera Mango's fit just like my old ones (perfect), but my Black ones might have been a size 7.5 that was marked as a 9.5. My toes didn't even fit on the sole. Sent back and got a quick refund from Zappos' easy return process.

I expected a comfortable fit based on the reviews; however, I was disappointed. I found the "padding" under the straps to be very scratchy on the edges. I wore them at home for about a minute when it became obvious that if I walked in them, I would have blisters. I recognize that I have very sensitive feet, but I was hoping to wear them on an upcoming beach vacation. I have already returned them.

Should have ordered a 10. These are great, long lasting, supportive shoes.

I ordered a 10M first - my previous Teva size, which still fit - but exchanged for an 11M; those fit better in this style. Also ordered the all black, which meets my needs better for this cruise... returned the black/white ones, but hope to reorder later, they are great!

Wish they had fit. There is a tongue on the right foot that hits me wrong. Otherwise I'd have kept them.

Adjustable, comfortable, durable, and versatile. A great purchase!

My issue with these was the feel of the sole. It didn't rub but after wearing them for a while the soles of my feet began to feel a bit hot and raw.

I could not describe it as "too small", so selected "perfect". I usually wear a 7, and this is a 7.5. I could have worn the 7, and it had adequate toe room, but this is the kind of open shoe where you want a good border in front. So it does not run small; more like this is a shoe style where you want to have a lot of room. (Kind of like running shoes, where it seems like nearly everyone goes up from their "street size". How nonsensical is that? The first shoe manufacturer to use this information and size their shoes accordingly gets my loyalty. Can you imagine? You wear a 7, and get a roomy running shoe in a . . . can you believe it? a 7.) It is a very comfortable shoe. For someone with a high arch, the shoe arch will sometimes actually touch your foot instead of leaving your arch up there catching big air. I couldn't figure out why I felt a toe ridge that seemed nonexistent up closer examination: the fine grooves on the insole can be felt. There's no toe ridge. It is comfortably wide. This is relevant! How many sandals have you seen with a nice wide base, but with straps that come out of the woodwork, so to speak, a half inch inside the margins, making a functionally narow shoe? And the colors are as the pictures show. With the multi stripes being so small, it is almost subtle: some of the blues blend into the peach colors to look like a warm neutral from far away.

The shoes squeak a lot and some of the velcro does not fit properly and rubs on the top of the foot causing discomfort.

They are the only sandal, almost I can wear. I purchase the same sandal every year and give away last summers. The soul is sturdy and I have a bad instep so this helps. It rubs the first day or 2. I use a friction stick or bandaid and then it's fine and perfect. Sometimes they are pretty but I've been criticized . I go for comfort. I did notice that in the past the word anti-microbial could be applied. My last years sandals were a bit smellier(needed to spray and clean more often, but especially spray with something)

This is my second pair of Tirra. Not sure I'm going to keep these because the straps are just barely long enough and make the fit tight. I normally prefer a wide width, but since that is not offered (why?) And my last pair was acceptable, so why the shorter straps?

I bought the Teva Verra in size 7 and too long in length and not enough support so opted for these in a 6.5. Way short. Also seemed a bit clunky and not much in line of arch support. Returned.

The straps over the toes felt sharp, rough and unforgiving and would not soften over time.
