I've had these shoes for three years now and I can honestly say they are the most dependable shoe I've ever owned. I walked over 350 miles of rugged, mountainous terrain with only a pair of socks and these sandals and they more than stood up to the challenge. One con, however is if your feet get hot and sweat, the soles of the shoes can get slick and they do not breathe exceptionally well. These should probably be designated for either indoor or outdoor use due to the stink they can hold aka the reason why I have to replace mine.

Bought these for my father who has anatomical issues with his feet from prior surgeries and needed to wear something that would not put pressure in his toe after a recent injury. They fit beautifully and are so comfortable he can wear them to the gym to work out! Great shoe.

I use it instead of slippers around the house. Much more durable than slippers, yet comfortable and lightweight, lets my feet breathe.

Sandals are my daily wear, with the exception of formal or special occasions. The Teva Katavi is comfortable and works well for semi-formal attire (slacks, sandals and the pacific northwest socks combo) as well as relaxing.

I live in the Desert and wear this shoe always, in fact this is my second pair. First pair I wore into the ground until they were literally falling apart. So I bought another pair and like the last pair they will be on my feet a good 16 hours a day. Thanks folks for making this old man happy.

This sandal was described as a hiking sandal. However, I use it for walking a couple of brisk miles 4 or 5 times a week. It is a good looking sandal that fits and performs well. I would buy this sandal again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable, cool footware for hiking or walking. It was reasonably priced and and the service I received from Teva was excellent.

Great all around sandal that is appropriate anywhere. At home, the beach or on your boat they are functional as well as comfortable.

Love these sandals so much I purchased another pair after wearing my other ones into the ground. They are durable and comfortable.

Use for casual ware

This is the second pair I bought my husband. I think I got the size wrong; they're a little long, but he hasn't noticed so there's no problem! He lives in these things.
