Awesome so soft washes and keeps up well and I love the fit. I have three and its all I wear this winter. Stretchy, I don't get too hot. Much better than 3 dot!

These turtlenecks are very nice and the necks are not too tight. If you like a looser fit as I do order up two sizes. I usually wear a medium and got an extra large in these.

My husband and I went to Europe for a month and I needed a SUPER comfortable black turtleneck. I purchased this based on reviews and was extremely satisfied. I have since purchased a plum and a blue sweater also, and love them too. I plan to live in them all winter!

I love the turtleneck, the sleeves at the wrist area are loose...kind of too loose, but I make it work. otherwise it is great!

Received this L/S turtleneck and really like it! I haven't laundered it yet, so we'll see if there are issues there, but otherwise the fit is excellent. The neck is high enough, even folded over to actually be a turtleneck, and it doesn't droop, which is always a problem for me. The sleeves are generous in length, and the fabric is soft enough to fit under a jacket or overlayer but substantial enough to be worn alone. Note: I am 5'4", usually wear a size "L" but some previous reviews mentioned the garment being a little fitted, which I like, so that's the size I ordered. I also ordered this item in white but in "XL" thinking I needed to be concerned about see-through. The XL is just enough larger that the neck doesn't fit well, so I'm exchanging for a size L. The fabric is a bit see-through, so I will have to wear this with something over it, or a cami under it.

Good basic turtleneck. I am 5'8" and 140 lbs, small chested and I ordered the black in size Medium which fit just right. If you wanted something tighter, size down. Turtleneck stays upright to cover neck without being folded over, which I liked.

I am petite and slender. Size small worked well for me. The sweater is well made, form fitting, good quality material. Because it is a turtleneck, it's still a bit itchy around the neck. I almost sent it back because of this; however, it looks great on and I'm willing to put up with the discomfort for several hours, though wouldn't wear it for a whole day.

I love this turtleneck. The fabric is so comfy to wear, the fit is just perfect. Not too loose and not too tight. Ran true to size.

Soft, rather form-fitting top. Definite size difference between medium and large. Even though I have a short torso, this top will be perfect to wear with my winter skirts.

This is so soft & fits great. Order a size up as Splendid usually runs smaller. I normally wear a small and ordered a medium & it's perfect.

This is a great basic and super soft. Washes well. I own three colors. I am writing to let people know what the color Swan is. I don't think the name is very good and the picture isn't quite telling the story. It is a light tan color with some pinkish undertones, but it is not pink or ivory as it appears to me in the photo. I was not sure I'd keep it when I got it but when I went to my closet surprisingly it coordinated with a ton of things and I find I wear it a lot! Hope it helps! If anyone owns the Barefoot Dreams hoodie in Stone, this is the exact color match!

This turtleneck is of the softest material; it feels like silk against your skin. And the neck is not too tight. My only wish is that it was a little longer.

I bought it one or two years ago and I have worn it a lot. It still looks decent. It hugs the body and is also very comfortable. I actually have two in medium and one in large. I normally wear 12 so I should get large in splendid and large fits me very well, but under cardigans and such I like a snug fit so I wear medium. I have black and cannot tell if it is very sheer. It is a piece that I wear often so is worth the price.

I like the long length & it is comfortable. It runs small...I kept the extra large. I normally wear medium to large,because I don’t like a tight fit. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I found this turtleneck a bit too long, and a bit too tight (without being flattering). I was seeking to replace my Lacoste turtlenecks (which are no longer being manufactured), and subsequently purchased these. They don’t match the Lacoste ones, but are indeed less expensive. There’s also nothing overtly wrong with them.

Cute well made turtleneck. Unfortunately, the sleeves stretched out at the bottom. No spandex. If it bugs you, don't buy this t-neck. Soft, warm, nicely fitted.

Love this turtleneck - it's soft and warm without being overly thick. I wish the sleeves were a bit longer but that's my only criticism.

I am rather petite (5'3" and 120lbs) and I bought this top in a size small. Given my smaller stature, I found the sleeves to be quite long (I would estimate about 2.5 inches too long), but that's not so out of the ordinary for me. The shirt isn't made with much spandex (if any) so it's not a snug fit; however, it is of high quality and the cotton is quite soft. It's warm yet, breathable. It's a great staple item to have for the fall/winter.

Comfortable. The review said it runs small so I bought I size bigger. The sleeves are too big . I could have gone with a med. but I'm still wearing it. A black turtleneck in the winter is often worn!

In the picture the cut seemed more stylish than what it is in person. It really seems like a basic top and it is not as long as it looks in the picture. It is also quite close-fitting even ordering a size up. The material is quite soft so I am keeping it but overall it was not what I was expecting.
