Great little oven. We are a family of two so this is about all the oven we need 90% of the time. The programmed settings are very handy and easy to operate. Also looks nice as we have been upgrading our kitchen.

No more microwaves for us! Ours broke and we replaced it with this oven. We love it! We've had it for about three weeks now and have used it most days for toasting, broiling, warming or baking. Can't think of one negative thing to say! It works well and is really nice looking.

I love my Smart Oven ! I use it all the time and have no complaints. I had two others of a different brand and didn't like them at all. The Smart Oven is great.

I had been considering something like this for a while and when I read a review of the Breville Smart Oven in Consumer Report I knew it was the one I wanted. This oven can do everything! It bakes, roasts, toasts and is also a convection oven. It is easy to use, cleans up nicely and is easy to store. The fact that I could purchase from Zappos was an added bonus! It arrived in two days and I have been using it almost non-stop. If you are looking for something that you can use instead of your big oven, I would recommend this model. Breville does make another model without the convection but I like that option.

I bought this toaster oven for my mom for her birthday. She has found love once again in her life. It does everything. She makes toast and bakes cakes, heats up pizza and warms leftovers. Best gift ever!

I bought this Breville convection/toaster oven a little over a year ago. It is worth the extra price, because it is high quality and not chintzy like my previous toaster oven. I like it so much that I cook most of my oven meals in it, since it holds a true temperature and is perfect for making a meal for two (or one). And is much more energy efficient than my regular oven. In fact, I like this so much that I sent one to my son for his birthday. I hope he likes it as much as I do.

Without any doubt, this is the best counter top oven available on the market. I have been using small ovens for decades now, and I am an avid cook. It is easier to clean, functions better,and uses less energy than my large oven. This price is exceptional and Zappos customer service is unsurpassed.

I love this oven. It is counter top height, so it will fit under upper cabinets. It heats evenly and is perfect for heating pizza and other frozen foods or making a quick snack when your oven would be too much for the task. The crumb tray also helps this oven stay looking new. Great workhorse; great money and time saver.

Love the ease of use and the many well thought out pre-programmed but fully flexible settings. Truly smart in adjusting time for preheating or sensing if it already is hot. Toasts, bakes and reheats very effectively. Great to see through the window as a cake rises or toast browns. Looks good, too. Exceeding my expectations.

I've had this oven for just over a month now and I like it very much. I did lots of research and read lots of reviews before plunking down this much for a toaster oven, but, I must say, it was worth it. I've hardly turned my stove's oven on since I've had this item. I use it every day for various things -- toast, pizza, roasting, baking, broiling and it has handled everything beautifully. I would definitely recommend it. Also must mention that Zappos is incredible. I ordered this item Christmas night and received it the next day -- how do they do that?

Great product and well made and very dependable temperature controls. This is the only toaster oven that is actually large enough to bake a four portion meal and a two person pizza. Breville makes well engineered quality stuff.

Best counter top oven ever. Did a lot of research and this one always came out on top. Easy to clean, looks attractive (or as much as a counter top appliance can be attractive), heats evenly and stays that way. Not just a "toaster oven"...a full appliance in itself. Great for those days you want to cook something too small for a big oven.

Have had my Smart Oven for about two months and love it. My son's schedule is such that he cooks most of his own meals and he uses this oven exclusively. Takes a few times to find which toast setting is preferred because of the number of choices, but am pleased with the results.

I really love my new smart oven. When you toast bread it toasts one side like grill marks and the other side like regular toast. The toast comes out really nice and when you open the door to remove it the rack come out halfway so you can easily remove the toast without getting burned. I also love the warming function. I use it at 160 degrees to keep plates warm or 170 degrees for food. It saves the last setting that you set when you use it again. All functions work great.

I love this toaster oven. I have only turned my real oven on twice this summer since I got this Breville. It does everything great except broiling steaks; I think it can't get quite hot enough for that. It doesn't heat up the whole kitchen and is fairly quiet and easy to use. Highly recommended!

I bought this oven as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. I find myself using it more than she does. It has completely replaced my regular oven.

Due to the price, we hesitated to buy this oven to replace our Krups FBC2, which after six years the buttons started to stick. The Krups works on the same "smart" principle with infra-red heating elements, has convection, and the same foot print on the counter. However, the Breville has a larger interior and cooks and bakes more evenly...and the presets are completely adjustable to one's liking and they actually work. This thing, compared to all other toaster ovens on the market is expensive...but is the best one out there bar none...worth every penny.

A 3-1/2 pound chicken roasted last night came out crispy skinned but moist inside. (350 degrees in convection mode). The oven preheats much faster than my larger electric oven. This is a really great oven which I plan to use regularly. (And Zappos delivered the next day!)

All I hear about is heating food and pizza? Can you actually cook in it? Roast chicken, turkey, beef, etc.?

What a great gizmo. Very costly--yes. But given I live in a two-person home, don't need to always heat up a whole oven. And in summer, it keeps the heat in the smart oven--when I make tomato quiches. Don't have to heat up kitchen with big oven, only to cool off with expensive air conditioning.

I recommend that any potential buyers of this oven search for the term "Breville E01". E01 was the error message that displayed as soon as I plugged in this oven for the first time. There's no real explanation on Breville's website for what E01 means other than it doesn't work and can't be fixed. I've just repackaged the oven and have to haul over to UPS for a return. One star for the oven but five stars for the wonderful Zappos customer service guy who did everything short of flying to my hometown and loading the box in my car to make this transaction right.

I have had mine for nearly one year. Oh my gosh! This convection oven is energy efficient, cooks food faster, and takes up no more room than your standard microwave oven. It is worth every penny and has has paid for itself many times over. My own standard oven gave out nearly two years ago. My husband was being a bit of a penny pincher and had me preparing soups and stew....anything that could be prepared on the stove top - the only part of the oven that still works. Then I found this oven and watched it for nearly a year to see if it would go on sale. Nodda! Finally, I bit the bullet and bought it. I haven't regretted my purchase. Yes, this oven has taken the the place of my full-size oven and sits on the counter top. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It may be small but there is nothing small about the foods I am able to prepare.
