I have juiced on and off for the past twenty some years. I decided to replace my first juicer (Juiceman Jr.)after watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead on Netflix, which launched me into a serious juicing adventure. The Breville 800JEXL (used in the documentary) is such an improvement over my old Juiceman. I think that it is worth the the extra money if you are going to use your juicer a lot. It is very fast (zip zip) and easy to clean (which met my first two requirements). In addition, the feeder spout is twice as big as the one on the Juiceman, the pulp is a bit drier, and it comes with a pitcher equipped with a foam reducer. It is also good looking and not a problem to leave out on the counter. It is loud, but not obnoxious. You have to be careful to place the pulp catcher correctly or pulp will fly all over the kitchen. Finally, even though this seems like a peculiar item to buy from an online shoe store, I was pleased to see it show up on Zappos site. I like Zappos much better than Amazon. I love the return policy and customer service, and my shipping is usually upgraded (I got it within two days). So even though the Breville was a little less on Amazon, I went with Zappos. It is funny that I need to rate the comfort and style, but I went with all 5's because I think you will know what I mean. I like this product.

I was hesitant to buy because of the price but after reading all the reviews I decided to go for it. And I love it! The juicer does an amazing job and the fresh juice is awesome. The juicer is big and heavy to move around but love that I can just rinse and wipe everything down and it is good to go next time. The juice comes out virtually pulp free. And love that it is as fresh as you can get for juice. Am extremely pleased with the purchase!

We love the machine. We have one that we used for 8 years, twice aday for vegetable juice and fruit juice. It was still working but it was time for a new one.

It works great, all the juice comes out of the fruits and vegetables, only very dry pulp is left. Easy to clean, easy to use.

This is a fabulous juicer - compact, easy to clean and works like a dream. I did a lot of research before picking this particular model. As always, Zappos service was perfect -- even during the busy holiday season.

I'm very happy with this juicer. Prep is easy because the machine accepts large chunks of produce. Cleanup is also easy. I have better results with carrots, cucumbers, and apples than with leafy greens, which don't give much juice.

I have loved this juicer from day one! It is very efficient and really seems get every drop of juice. It is fairly easy to clean, the only time consuming part is cleaning the mesh center piece. Overall, I am very pleased. It is solid in structure and should last a long time.

The Breville 800JEXL is the gold standard of all juicers in my opinion. I have owned and burned up three juicers in the 12 years that I have been juicing. None of them created the bang for your buck quality of juice that this juicer does. The electronic RPM control does exactly what it says it does. It adds power the instant you add load. It cleans up nicely and it looks great. Five stars all around.

I absolutely love this juicer. Love that it's totally stainless steel so it won't stain. Very quiet. I had a Jack LaLaine Juicer. This beats it hands down, and it's very quick.

Great juicer, but not for leafy veggies: I was surprised how easy it was to just USE this juicer. I remember my first juicer looked and operated like a Soviet-era appliance. Not this one. It is relatively easy to clean compared to others and very versatile except that I did not really have great luck with greens (spinach, kale, etc.). I put lots of greens in, and got a few drops of juice out despite following the instructions. That said, I don't care that much since it makes short work of carrots, beets, apples, pears, ginger all good stuff!

Most idiot proof piece of technology out there. Only one way things go, easy clear directions, & nice, heavy duty pieces that won't expensively break anytime soon. Even warn you about the one piece that isn't dishwasher safe. Cleaning brush to get the pulp out of the strainer is major. As for juicing - it's da biz! Whoosh & a whole cabbage is gone Entire apples gone in 1 pass. So easy I use every day. Dump tops & greenery no one ate & now gleefully gulped in liquid form. Yay!

Fantastic jucier. The pulp comes out so dry. I juice a weeks worth at a time. It makes light work of it and then cleans easy. Put a plastic grocery bag in the pulp catcher and then you don't have to clean it out. Just lift the bag out and throw it out or add to your compost.

This is by far the best juicer I have ever used. I have tried fasting using other juicers and did not have near as much success as with the Breville.

Looks great, works well. Not difficult to clean. Good price and free shipping. What's not to like?

This is the best juicer made. It is easy to clean and extremely well made. All Breville products are made like commercial equipment.

This is amazing! It has made the transition into a healthier life style so much easier. Someone tried to tell me that I would not get any juice from an apple (based on their experience with a different juicer) and we are able to get about 3oz of juice from 1 apple! It cuts through everything. It arrived in lightning fast speed as always.

These are amazing! Do not buy a cheap juicer and think that you will get the results of a Breville one. Any Breville product that I have owned has been amazing and I cannot recommend them enough! I love this machine!

Very happy with this Juicer. Easy to use and easy to clean. It has 2 speeds so juicing hard and soft fruit and veg is a breeze. I use it every day and haven't had any problems.

I purchased this juicer about two months ago, and I use it practically every day. I love it! It is so easy to use and clean up is a breeze! I would highly recommend this product.

This is the absolute best on the market and easy to clean. I was so surprised at how great and fresh the juice was. The large spout makes it so easy to just be able to drop whole fruits and vegetables. The only down side is that I wish the juicer came with some small bags to collect the pulp. We use the pulp in our vegetable garden which is great but finding small bags for the container is difficult sometimes. Overall this is a great juicer and well worth the price.

Recently picked up the Breville 800JEXL Juicer and I am thoroughly enjoying it. The juicer is easy to use and attractive to leave out on your counter top. My kitchen appliances are black and the hardware on my cherry cabinets is stainless steel so it matches beautifully. We've tried a variety of fruits and vegetables and have been pleased with the results. Clean up is easy and it's great if you want to put it in the dishwasher, too!

Wow! Love my new Breville 800 JEXL juicer. I have had a couple of juicers over the years. I bought a Juiceman juicer 10 years ago and used it quite a bit and in it's day was pretty good. A while back I bought a new juicer (Jack LaLanne, the $100 dollar one) and was not impressed, I returned it, I guess for a $100 dollars it was okay, but I just was unhappy with it. So I started to look around on the internet to find a good juicer, the Breville 800JEXL kept coming up as a great juicer on everybody's list, so I ordered it. It came in a few days ago and it is impressive! Heavy duty, powerful, nice looking and very efficient. It's probably the most quality tool in our kitchen. The box it came in was impressive, the instruction manual was very nice, the 7 component parts that make up the juicer are impressive and very high quality, heck even the plug is impressive! Since we are planning on juicing for many years to come, we didn't mind spending the extra money for what turns out to be, way nicer than we expected! We are delighted, it juices super fast, the pulp is very dry and you get more juice than the Juiceman or the Jack LaLanne. You just as well put the money you were going to spend on the other juicer towards this juicer and have the best. I've never written a review before, this was easy and fun to write about something that is just sweet!

Amazing juicer! Love everything about it. Extracts more juice than the last one (Jack La Lanne) that I had. The assembly is quicker and easier. Of course Zappos is still the best online company that I deal with.
