Overall a nice boot for the price. Softer leather allows for the boot to stretch just a bit. Zipper adds bit of flare without making the boot seem to casual for skirt or dress on business casual day. I'm 5'9" and found it difficult to find a riding boot that hit closer to my knees - this pair fit that need perfectly.

I love these boots they are really chic. They are also very fitted, which is what I wanted. However, my calves are by no means fat or muscled, so I think that unless you have pretty thin calves, these will not work. The other thing is that they are very difficult to get on if you have high arches. I loved them so I was determined to make them work but was on the verge of sending them back because I simply could not get my right foot into it due to the angle. I then tried with a shoe horn and it was fine. The foot fits fine it is just the entry angle.

It took me a little while to decide if I liked these or not - I've decided I do. They definitely don't look cheap - the shiny gold zipper and the good shade of brown help with that. It feels like I could potentially get blisters where the leather part meets the elastic at the ankle, but haven't worn them out yet. True to size, but if you want to wear thick socks, order a half size up.

These boots look nice, but I don't think they are good quality. I sent them back. They are not real leather, and not good faux leather - I could tell it would start scuffing immediately. The foot is also very difficult to get on, even with a shoe-horn. Just splurge and get better quality boots, it will be worth it.

I just finished zipping up these boots and it took me a good 15 minutes. The insides of my two index fingers are swollen red and calloused from struggling to zip the zipper up. I do not have wide calves. However, these boots have barely any stretch to them at all I don't know why the "stretchy" material in the back doesn't give a little more! I don't know how you ladies got into these boots comfortably. My only hope is that they will stretch, because they look fabulous. They are just a huge struggle to get on.

Nice looking boot but the heel/ankle hits at the wrong place and I'll have to send these back. I'm not sure that these would hold up to a lot of wear, if you have bigger calves (which I don't) I think the elastic would break down quickly. I'll just have to keep looking for the perfect flat boot. Zappos has the best service hands down!

Not the quality I expected. Michael Kors has done me no prior wrong, but these boots just don't make the cut. They run a half to full size small in the foot/toe, they are made of very thin layer of leather in the front and a stretchy elastic in the back. Wore them to work today for a full (standing on my feet retail) 7 hours and had squished toes but no blisters. Damn Gina, they look good, but the quality really isn't appropriate for the price. Stuart Weitzman makes a better version for slightly more money. I think that is a safer bet.

Love these boots. I get a lot of compliments on them. But the leather started peeling on them! I ran into a girl wearing the same boots and the leather was peeling in the same exact spot. I'm returning them and Zappos was great about it. It's too bad because I love them otherwise!

I have had my eye on the Stuart Weitzman 50/50 boot, but found these and decided to try them since they are less than half the price. They are very cute, but the calves are quite large. I have thin legs and these boots are far too big for my legs. They also run short so order a 1/2 size to a size larger, particularly if you want to wear a thicker sock. I am rating this a 2 due to the calf size; I thought the fabric backing would hug my leg like the Stuart Weitzman version, but that is not the case.

STOP! This shoe is not worth the price! I bought these very nice looking boots a few weeks ago and they are already falling apart. The heal is popping off and a hole is forming by the zipper that NEVER stays up. When I buy a good brand at a high price I expect quality and I expect that with moderate wear it will last for at least more than one season. These aren’t even going to make it through their first season. The boots I had before these from a cheaper brand lasted for three years and cost a fraction of the price. I’m so disappointed and I hope to save you from wasting your money.

I wear a true size 9 and these were not only too small in the foot, I could not even zip them up due to my high instep. So, order a size or half size up and if you have a high instep, don't bother with this style. Kills me to return, they're absolutely stunning.

Love - I am 5’ 10” and it’s not over my knee but at my knee - but they are perfect. I like the quality and leather and zipper are nice. They are very tailored versus a riding boot look. The brown is very dark.

I realy love the color and the style of these boots. I am always an 8 with slim calf, I ordered size 8 of these boots and fit perfect to my calf but they run small to my feet. I really wish I can keep them but I don’t think I can ware them whole day. I have to return.

I'm 5'7 and these boots hit right in the middle of my knee. They would be perfect if the came up a little higher. Very comfortable boots.

The boots are very cute! I loved them. However the leather is a bit cheap and it wore off after wearing them about 2 times. Luckily Zappos was very unhelpful and I was able to return them without any problems! Love Zappos customer service! I wish i was able to keep the boots though. :(

I owned these shoes back in 2012 and they were great quality, and a great fit. You can tell they have cheapened the materials used, the boots used to be snug around my calf they were oversized and did not fit well. In addition to the poor quality, and poor fit they creased after I wore them once if I am paying almost $200.00 for some boots I don’t not expect them to do that. Very disappointed with these shoes.

For me this boot fits true to size. I’d read the reviews and some said to order 1/2 size up. I ordered both to compare. My regular size 8 fits perfect. Perhaps if you want to wear a very thick sock, you might want to size up. But I tried it on with a moderate thick sock, and it works great. I also didn’t want it to be too sloppy if I wear the thinner opaque tights, the size up would have been way too oversized.

These are the most comfortable boots. It's sometimes hard to get comfort and style in one boot, but the Bromley flat boot has succeeded. I just wish they were a bit higher and went over-the-knee. They stop a little over an inch below my knee. But I like that it's not a stiff boot - the shaft is flexible, so can fold them up if you need to pack them for travel.

Can't wait to wear them. Super Cute and Great Quality. First Impression was two thumbs up. Ordered a half size larger than I normally wear.

These boots are comfy and gorgeous, as well as versatile. I would definitely order a 1/2 size larger, if not a full size up.

I absolutely love these boots. They felt good right out of the box. There is a little heel slip, but I know this will go away after a little break in (as most boots do). I will definitely get a lot of wear out of these boots.
