I love these shoes! They are so comfortable! Right out of the box! Thank you Zappos for your fast shipping! I first ordered a 7 based on the reviews saying they ran large. I normally wear 7, 7 1/2 or 8 depending on the shoe, but usually an 8. These did fit OK and felt great, but the foot bed just didn't feel long enough and toe strap was snug, so ordered an 8 in another color, and they fit perfect! After wearing the 8's, I'm sending the 7's back for an 8, so now will have 2 colors! The arch support is great and they are so light and soft you hardly know you're wearing shoes! They do run narrow, but I have narrow feet so perfect for me, but may not be if you need wide. Merrell and Zappos are the best!

I use Zappos all the time. They are efficient with their delivery time and if you need to send a product back, it is handled very quickly -- whether an exchange or a return for credit.

Love the fit and feel of the Merrell Freesia. I'm hard to fit in sandals because I have narrow foot. but with all the adjustments available, they fit perfectly. I also tend to pronate and this sandal is geared to prevent that. I can wear these cute shoes all day and my feet feel great.

For a casual shoe, these sandals are beautiful! The narrow straps and the two adjustable velcro features help to make my size 11-12N foot look positively dainty. I have been wearing leather Tevas for years but upgraded this year and these are just as comfortable and more refined looking. The color is actually a happy, pale yellow, not the green they use in the description. The combination of pale gray and pale yellow looks fun with shorts and skirts, although its now June in Seattle, 48 degrees overnight, and most of us still have our winter coats and boots near the door. Zappos makes it so easy to buy online without risk of spending extra on shipping. My order usually arrives the next day. It's the most fun I have ever had shopping!

These shoes are great! Very comfortable, no break in needed. It's like going barefooted, with great support. Thanks Zappos for carrying small sizes, they are hard to find in retail stores, most start with size 6. And double thanks for your super fast service. I sat down and placed an order 9:30/10:00 pm and received my order the next morning around 10 o'clock, delivery in 12 hours, can't be beat.

Love the Merrell Freesia! Super comfortable and can adjust both straps for a customized fit. Very good support and they didn't even have to be broken in to feel like they were made for me. Zappos ordering and delivery is fast, fun, and you even make returning a product painless, but I won't be returning these! Love the color, too!

I adore the Merrell Freesia. I had last years model and loved them. I wore them nearly every day all summer long. They one of very few choices that I have been able to wear all day and my feet and legs not hurt. I am loving this pair just as much. Thank you Merrell!

I love Zappos! I purchased these sandals and wasn't sure I was going to keep them but then decided Yes, I would keep them. Now, I don't know what I would do without them. I wear them all the time. Sizing is perfect, I like the style and they are so comfortable. Terrific sandals!

The Merrell Freesia is the 2nd pair of Merrell brand sandals I've owned. I can't say enough about the quality, style and comfort level I experience when wearing these sandals. There is no breaking in just slip on and go! I highly recommend the Freesia for those who look for comfort and style.

I found this shoe with a slightly different top, last summer by accident. The foot bed is perfect for my wide foot, high arch style. It also gives me enough support to walk for a couple of miles. I was horrified when I couldn't find them this summer. Presto I found the style with the identical foot bed under a new name, Haliluya. I have almost a dozen pairs of summer sandals. What do I wear everyday? The Merrell Fressia. Its time to order another pair. They better always make this food bed

Very comfortable and cool shoe for hot weather. Matches nicely with short, capris and even skirts and dresses. Side buckle can dig a bit into your ankle, but breaks in after a few wears.

These are great sandals. I have very narrow feet and I also need arch support. These are very comfy right away and I like the way the velcro top strap attaches toward the inside. It just looks tidier with a narrow foot plus the anchored toe helps with stability. Of course, Zappos totally rocks!

I bought these last year in a sage color. Talk about comfort! I was so happy to see them available again this year in different colors so I purchased the blue\/gray ones this time. I know I can count on Merrell to provide me with a great, supportive sandal.

I had broken my little toe so needed some sandles which would keep the toe free. I love Merrell products and these shoes were just perfect. Also Zappos gave me next day, rather than the usual standard delivery which was a treat.

I bought this shoe to take on a cruise and I absolutely love them. They are so comfortable I can walk in them all day and my feet won\'t hurt. I have never had a problem with the velcro slipping on the back. It is a little hard to take the back strap off and put them back on. I definitely recommend this shoe.

bought these shoes for comfort and style. Love the color! I wore them throughout a visit to Charleston and never had sore feet, back pain or leg pain; very comfortable.

Merrell sandals and clogs fit from the moment I put them on and this new style follows that same tradition. I find them comfortable and supportive enough for both easy hiking and all-day city walking. Three strap adjustments help make them fit well. I need supportive soles and the long-wearing, well-shaped, cushioned ones on these shoes are just right.

I love this sandal! I initially thought I'd like the sole to be a little more cushy but I walked in these for 7.5 miles with no discomfort.

The left side felt great, but the right side didn't fit my arch properly and made my foot sore. I tried both the half and whole size, and it was a problem with both. I liked having so many straps that were adjustable, but just couldn't make them work.

Very comfortable and serve their purpose. I was thinking they'd be good in the rain as well, but I haven't given them a test run yet because of the leather straps -- concerned they will stretch. I am a true 8, and the length of these were good, but I think I could have gone a half size down -- the straps seemed longer than I needed. Otherwise, great, perfect for trails and ambling about outside.

These sandals look great on my foot. The leather is nice. Nice enough for work and rugged enough for walking every morning on dirt. At first I noticed the feel of the toe wrap but soon got used to it. I wore them right out of the box walking in the rain in Boston. The sole is rather low in front allowing pebbles and water easy access (I'm used to higher Tevas). I got a small blister where the blue strap crossed a tendon. Now they are well broken in and my summer go-to shoes for walking.

This is a very comfortable sandal. I normally walk between five and seven miles a day -- to and from work and around in between and my feel always feel good! The only 'negative', and it's my feet, not the sandal, is I have really narrow feet -- and if I could only get the sandal a smidge tighter it would be perfect. But, all in all, it's a really good sandal (and this color really goes with everything).

I gave this four stars for only one reason. I would have liked more velcro on the strap going over your foot. I need it a bit tighter and can't get it that way. Even with that complaint, I love this sandal. It's great all day, walking, no matter what I'm doing.

These shoes are super comfortable. The three velcro straps keep the sandals tight on the feet, and the diagonal straps are quite stylish. The shoes are also very lightweight. My one worry is that the velcro will loosen up or wear out over time. I would not wear these shoes hiking, but have worn them to work and around town with shorts, jeans, and skirts. Overall, these are great for walking and other day to day activity.

Why, oh, why can't I find a sandal to fit my narrow heels? I thought this was finally the one after years of searching to replace my old Merrell Bellalunas, but the new ones in that style have a different arch support. No good for me. Freesias had a chance. The adjustable strap in the back seemed like the ticket on the slightly too short size 7s. The 8s work okay for length (I really wear a 7.5), arch support is great for my high arch, but the velcro on the back strap doesn't let me tighten it quite enough...if the strap were just a little shorter or the velcro placed a little differently it would work. Frustrating. I can't believe the people with fat heels need the strap to be that long. Merrell! Listen to me and try these shoes on someone with narrow heels. We would love you if you could make a shoe with a back strap that fits us. This one is so close.
