Bought these for my fiance and then bought the women's version on his recommendation. Cute for athletic sneakers and comfortable.

Very comfortable shoes. Bit larger than my usual size. I needed to return it to get a 1/2 size smaller one. You can feel the wind through the mesh upper.

Very comfortable fit. Good for stairs and agility work outs. Foot does not move around inside shoe.

These ASICS are good - but I have had better. Replacement for Gel FX and FX2 as a gym cross trainer. High level of cushion, immediately comfortable (both good qualities), but lateral support not as good as had hoped for is a cross trainer. Shoe is no different than any other in the TR line or other ASICS trainers - For those who know the classic comparison of Mercedes vs. BMW: It is the Mercedes Benz of shoes, where the FX/FX2 were the BMW's. As a Mercedes, you lose some feel of the road - you dont feel connected - but it is plush. As a BMW, you are more connected, feeling the bumps and enjoying the performance. Make your choice - cushion or connection. BTW the ASICS Frantic seems a good replacement for the FX2.

Great fit and very comfortable. But I have one big problem with these shoes; they have very poor traction on wet surfaces. I wore these shoes on a cruise and found the wet deck around the pool and damp decking around the ship very slippery. I would not recommend these shoes to anyone who needs to walk on wet surfaces such as smooth concrete or wood and vinyl flooring.

I ordered these shoes two months ago and they came so fast that I could not believe it. The shoes themselves are so comfortable it literally feels like walking on air. Definitely a must buy!

I've ordered from Zappos.com several times and have never been disappointed. Their turn around time between order and delivery has been the best of any online site I have used in the past 10 years. I highly recommend them. Oh yes, I forgot to mention their process are also very competitive.

Good looking shoe. Very comfortable. A very well cushioned foot bed. I wear a size 10.5 in a dress shoe. 11.5 in this shoe fit just right. I would recommend this shoe to anyone.

My feet run slightly wide and I was worried about these. Nike, Kswiss, etc. in standard width are too narrow. My other Asics are wide and feel great. These were stiff at first but after a week I just love these shoes. The price is good and they are comfortable enough to wear all day to work, gym etc.

Good looking shoe that didn't take a whole lot of breaking in. Feels good when running, and has an amazing fit. Will definitely buy again.

Asics have been great I typically overprone and these (as well as the 2130, and 1160, and 2160) just feel right. They are light, they are comfortable, as I told the last salesman "They feel like home." If you are serious about running or any kind of cross training pick up a pair of Asics.

What can I say...again! I have run out of "adjectives" to describe the products that I receive from Zappos. This particular (Asics Gels-260) T-shoe was nothing less than what I come to expect -- superb quality. This is the first time that I have ordered for myself. I always go to Zappos for my boys t-shoes. I plan to continue to order my own shoes from Zappos. Another order well done.

Asics are great for those of us with high arches. Good cushioning and support. These have a little more lateral stability than most of their running shoes, which is great for the gym. Plus, I love the subdued color scheme. Finally... Love Asics and love Zappos!

I find the shoe to fit well with good support. I also like the looks of the shoe. It was worth the price. Very comfortable. Great for walking.

These fit well and provide good support. The shoes hold on to my feet well, so they are great cross trainers. I tried a heavy plyometric workout with them and they work well, but there is almost no cushioning in the balls of the feet. Still, they are the best fitting shoes out of the five that I ordered, so I am keeping them. I am not fond of the Asics style; I find it rather boring. However, style is not very important to me.

I like it overall, but I've had some issues with friction along the bottom. After about 30 minutes in them, the heat starts becoming pretty uncomfortable. I'm still using them, hoping it will go away as the shoe wears. It's also better with thicker socks.

Very lightweight but sturdy shoes. Great for walking. A bit tight across the toe box, but I have a wide foot.

A very comfortable shoe, with nice styling. Though this is a running shoe, I use it mostly for cross-training and walking, and have found it quite satisfactory for both. I've been wearing Asics for a few years now, and I've noticed that overall throughout the brand, sizing has changed over the last year or so. Where I used to wear 11.5 in Asics, I now routinely wear 12. This isn't my feet, but the shoes.

I ordered these shoes based on the overwhelmingly good reviews, but they just didn't cut it for me. Maybe I got a bad pair, but on the left show I could feel an extremely thick seam on the inside and a sharp piece of stitching on the right. I'm going to look around Zappos for some others.

After a few weeks of use, I developed a terrible pain on the side of my lower left leg--shin splints. Pain went away when I stopped wearing the shoes. Probably caused by the extreme cushiness of the heel--foot seems to wobble slightly when taking a step.

I was looking for a lighter cross trainer that would offer more support than a running shoe. I found the Gel 260's to be a great disappointment. Very little support and an extremely narrow shoe that was uncomfortable both out of the box and after limited break-in. I'll go back to the heavier 2170's.

I was looking for a pair of shoes to wear to work and for everyday. I wanted something that was more neutral color. They fit true to size. However I am returning them because they are not real "cushy", that's why I gave it 3 stars in the comfort division. I am on my feet all day and I need something with a lot of cushion and these did not cut it, which is too bad because I really liked them.

These are absolutely the most comfortable and supportive sneaker I have ever purchased. Recommended for anyone who is tough on sneakers.
