Ordered these to replace another worn out pair of shoes. I don't run, so I can't comment on that, but as far as a pair of reasonably priced, everyday, comfortable shoes to walk around town, these are it! I like the arch support, and the fit is snug without any pinching. I've found these to be really easy to clean -- just throw them in the dishwasher (after removing the laces and insert) then let them air dry.

I love these shoes - the most comfortable foot bed I've had. I used to buy New Balance but I am now avoiding leather, and ASICS gave me more options. Zappos is great. You are more likely to be sure to get what you want.

Repeat wearer of these shoes. Bought first pair at a running shoe store. It was so much less on Zappos (thanks).

I've worn Asics running shoes for over 10+ years now, and the 1150 is what you would expect from a stability shoe from Asics. It's comfortable with adequate cushioning, but I would recommend that if you're looking for maximum cushioning, to go for the Kayano. It's well worth the price, and it's my favorite running shoe ever, if price was no factor. That being said, I highly recommend the 1150 as a cost effective, comfortable, effective running shoe.

I want to buy another pair at this price because its a discontinued model and these are wonderful fitting and comfortable running shoes. The toe box is plenty big so toes don't get confined too much and rub. It seems to have moderate support for pronators. The Gel-2150 is the newer version but these 1150s are the deal. I've been running since 1972 and these are definitely one of my top 3 favorite pair of shoes that I've used...nothing fancy, just good comfortable, affordable shoes.

These shoes are exactly as described. Great fit and feel. Very comfortable when running or walking. This is my first pair of Asics and I'll be sure to buy them again in the future.

We ordered two pairs this last time for my husband with the fear they would go out of stock. My husband runs an average of 30 miles per week and is faithful to his Asics. In fact, the store we went to no longer had them, so we went to the Internet to find them!

I'm an Asics fan, and I love these shoes. I don't need a lot of stability (compared to the 2100 series), but these have a nice midsole that doesn't compress too easily. I expect to get many good miles out of these shoes. Did notice the 1150's are a tad wider than the 1140's (which is good for my wide feet).

I bought these for my son but ordered the wrong size. No problem as Zappos customer service is excellent! The shoes were quickly delivered in the correct size as I was sending back the other pair. Ordering from Zappos is a no brainer and their prices are great. I will be back over and over! This is a great shoe.

These are the 4th pair of Asics that I have bought. I used to be a Nike guy but their quality dropped off. I run about 3 times a week 5-7 miles. These always fit like a glove except for one small thing. The collar is stiff and needs some breaking in before they stop rubbing against the ankles. I am now training for a marathon and did 12 miles without any problem. I'll keep buying them as long as they make them.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He loves then and say they fit very true to size and are very lightweight! I ordered last min and Zappos had them on my door 1 day later. Thanks so much!

Shoes are great, Asics are the only brand I purchase anymore. Only issue I have with this pair is the shoe strings they put into this pair were too short and I had to buy new ones for the shoes.

These are terrific shoes. I have a very difficult time finding shoes in my size (15). Thanks to Zappos.com for providing me with a real choice of shoes. I will purchase shoes from you all again!

Great shoes at a great price. They wear wonderfully and my son is hard on them. They are lasting much better than a pair of Nikes that were a lot pricier.

I love the shoes. I am a female with a wide foot and I have got to increase in size to get width in womens. So mens I can get width in the right place just getting 1 size smaller which is a 7 and most stores carry very few of that size.

I adopted a military family in December through www.soldiersangels.org. The adoption included providing Christmas dinner for the family and gifts for the children. My soldier's family is in Georgia, but he is a medic in Iraq on his third tour of duty. When I found out he was in need of a pair of running shoes, I decided to extend my adoption to include him. I liked the idea that Zappos would send the shoes directly to him, which meant I did not have to do the paperwork to send them to an APO, that they would pay postage both ways and, if needed, would accept a return for 365 days! The receptionist who helped me with my order was very pleasant and did not just tell me to use the website, which often happens with other companies. My soldier was so happy to receive these Asics shoes as he has wide feet that can be difficult to fit. He says they are comfortable and do not make his feet sweat even in the Iraq heat. I cannot give a rating on the arch support question as he did not mention this factor. As a surprise bonus, I was shocked to find the UPS driver at my front door one day with a tin of Mrs. Field's cookies for me. They were a Christmas gift from Zappos for my having helped one of our military heroes! Double Wow! Zappos rates very highly with me for products offered, but also for outstanding customer service! I will definitely be a return customer. Whenever the subject of shoes comes up, I sing Zappos' praises to all! People tell me I could do their commercials!

Wearing a 13-4E makes shoe buying difficult at freestanding stores. Buying from Zappos saves me a lot of searching, and delivery has always been next day. I couldn't be happier with the service.

The shoes are great for walking. These ASICS fit my narrow feet. I think they do an excellent job supporting my arches and feet.
