These shoes are very stylish and comfortable. I have wider toes and a narrow heel, and they neither pinch nor slip. These boots are definitely meant for a narrow calf.

If you have skinny calves, then this boot is definitely for you! I can never find boots that fit around the calves/ankles, they’re usually huge, but these are perfect. I usually wear 10.5/11 and a 10 fit perfectly. I live in NYC and for me it’s not the most comfortable for city rushing around, but I wear them anyway! Fit so perfectly I even got the brown ones. An excellent buy.

I was very leery of purchasing these boots after reading the various reviews about their fit around the calf. I think my calves are average/medium size, but I wasn’t certain if my idea of "average" might be different than that of the other reviewers’. Well, I am happy to report that I did purchase these boots, and they fit PERFECTLY. I was even able to wear them with leggings tucked in. I haven’t tried skinny jeans yet; but with the slight elastic give at the top of these boots, I’m hoping the jeans will tuck in, too.

LOVE these boots! They are true to size. They do have a narrow calf, which works fine for me. They are comfortable to wear for long lengths of time and I receive tons of compliments every time I wear them. I will most likely order them in the tan as well!

Awesome boots! I ordered these boots in brown. I got them yesterday and I'm wearing them today. They are a little tight in the calf area - I have average calves - I can't wear them with my skinny jeans, but they are SUPER cute with skirts and dresses. I'm so glad I decided to get them! Great buy!

Finally! A soft, high boot that doesn’t gape at my calves or ankles! I’ve been looking for YEARS for a tall black boot with a snug fit and Steve Madden Hunny is it. The leather is very soft and comfortable, styling is funky, yet not over-the-top. Heel placement and height is perfect - tall enough and thick enough for support, comfort, and balance, but still stylish. Highly recommend for people for whom most tall boots gape at the ankle or calf, but they are a snug fit, even for someone on the thin side, so probably can’t tuck in jeans.

A+ I purchased these boots based on the other customer reviews so have to thank the other reviewers for the recommendation. The fit is perfect for me as I have smaller calves, making it difficult to find boots that don't bulge in the back. My only complaint is that the toe bed is a bit loose, resulting in some slipping when walking. I have only worn the boots with tights so a light pair of socks could fix the issue. They are definitely not large enough to wear with skinny jeans, but they look great with a skirt and tights.

I was looking for brown boots with narrow calves, my calves are 13 in circumference at most, and I'm a size 0 with bird legs. These fit very well around the calf. They flare out just a tad at the very top of the boot and stand out from my calf slightly there, but they fit really nice throughout the rest of the calf. I can wear them with tights and skirts or over skinny jeans as well. If you have bigger calves though, it might be difficult to get your jeans tucked into them. They are comfortable for a tall heel and I've worn them at work and out at night without discomfort. They look great in person, especially if you like the scrunched look but without having them fall to your ankles. Overall great looking and comfortable and a great deal.

My new favorite boots! Very skinny in the leg though, easier to wear with tights or leggings than skinny jeans.

I love these boots! They are so cute and really comfortable. I think they run a little bit big. I originally ordered a 7 and was so bummed when they didn't fit, because that is my size! No problem! I called Zappos and they shipped me out a new pair right away! Best customer service I have ever experienced by far! I am really small so I decided to try these after reading other reviews saying that they ran small in the calf. They fit like a glove! The color is also beautiful. A little darker than in the picture, which I loved even more! And Zappos also had the best price I found! I love them so much I think I may order them in black! If you are thinking about these, trust me, you will love them!

Roomy toes help make these (for the heel height) very comfortable boots, and I walk a lot. The leather is soft and good quality and I love the style. I would not recommend trying to fit these over jeans, as they would be rather tight around the calf. Other than that, a great deal!

What a nice surprise. Great boot for those that normally need a narrow size; it is often difficult to find boots to fit my legs. These are narrow at the top, and adjustable. They look great, too! What a find.

This turned out to be a great looking boot. Much nicer in person. The leather is soft and the fit is quite comfortable and snug. Now it fits tightly to my calves which are 13 inches around. You can pull them up for a straighter look or puch them down a bit for a scrunchy look. Either way they are great looking. Also, the buckle at the top is adjustable.

Agreeing with other reviews that indicated the boot is a bit narrow in the leg, so unless you have thin calves (mine are average size), it will likely be difficult to get your skinny jeans in these (which I hoped to do). I plan to keep them regardless of whether or not my jeans will fit in them.\r\n\r\nThey are true to size in foot length and width. Very cute; the leather quality and color are what I expected so the pictures are accurate. Perfect heel height to wear casually or dressed up.

1st Knee High Boots. I just received these boots today and am thrilled with them. I have been looking for knee high boots that will fit my tiny calves for at least 5 years. I was determined to have leather instead of synthetic. While I would have preferred a pointier toe, these boots look really great. They fit my calves very comfortably. I haven't worn them out yet, so I can't speak to long term comfort. While the calves fit nice, the shoe is actually a bit large. I almost ordered a 1/2 size higher than my normal size. I decided to go with my normal 6.5 and exchange if necessary. I might have been able to wear a 6. Not really a problem because I will add socks. I have a very narrow foot, so the width is a little large and there was plenty of toe room. Also, this is the 1st time I have kept shoes off of Zappos. They are super easy to work with. I found these boots somewhat cheaper than another similar site.

Extra small calf - I own many, many pairs of boots and have never encountered boots that have this small of a shaft! I, in no way, have large calves (average, yes) and I couldn't even pull the boots up all the way over them. The boots alone are nice and it's very disappointing I can't wear them. Obviously, I wasn't able to wear them, but just trying them on, they were comfy. They would be a perfect fit for those with small calves.
