The shoes are comfortable. I have a high instep, so I usually can't wear shoes that come up very high on my foot. But the material give and makes it comfortable. They look like they are for old women (of course, I am an old woman) but I wear a size 5W and they were the only ones I could find in blue. They look fine with pants, so overall I am happy with them

I have narrow feet and heels and have difficulty finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. These fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

I've had two pairs of Cindi before this, in size 7.5W. That size feels a tad small when I'm on my feet for a long time, so I ordered my newest pair in 8W. That gives my toes relief, but my heels want to walk out of the shoe. Munro heels have always felt wide to me, but the shorter length kept the shoes on my feet. I've had to add inside heel inserts to narrow the space in size 8. I've always felt that Munro skimps on insole padding, so I always add ball-of-foot cushions. Despite these issues, I keep going back to Cindi as a basically comfortable and stylish "city" shoe that wears very well.

I ordered these shoes because they come in a size 14, which is my size. Very few shoes are available in my size. Typically I'll wear some sort of "unisex" shoe, which generally doesn't look very professional, or try to get through my day in a size 13 shoe which only works for a little while. As a pianist and a piano teacher, it is important to me to look professional. I wear a narrow, but these only come in a medium, so the heel is a little bit "slippy". I hope I can find something to snug up the heels. I put these shoes on, and they were immediately comfortable. They are attractive, and two people complimented me on them the first day I wore them. One of my students, a six-year-old girl, advised me to wear them at our next piano recital. I assured her that I would! When I first put them on, I thought, wow, they make my feet look so long. And then I said to myself, "That's because your feet ARE so long." All in all, I am pleased with the shoe. I wish more styles were available in my size. There are some on other sites, but most have a VERY high heel. I suspect they are designed for cross-dressers. No problem with that. But, as a 5' 11" tall woman who has to use the piano pedals daily, and for hours at a time, a four-inch heel just is not happening.

I so wanted these beautiful shoes to fit. In fairness, my true width is a triple E, but I usually go up a half size and can get by with most shoes in a WW. These seemed wide enough at the ball of the foot but very cramped in the front (it's a tapered toe). I suggested to Zappos that seeing the bottom of the shoe in a particular width would be a helpful website feature, because if I had seen the sole in my size I would have known there was no way it was going to work for me. The fabric is substantial, the style is great, but in my case just not wide enough.

Very comfortable shoes! They didn't look as stylish as I thought with dress pants and nude colored hose, but it's better with dark colored hose.

This is a beautifully made shoe. I love that it is made by an American company. I ordered a different style Munro American shoe and love the fit; however, the Cindi style in 7 AA is too short and very narrow. I chose the Naturalizer in a 7.5 narrow and it fit perfectly.

Comfortable, moderate heel on a business\/office appropriate shoe. Comes in wide width.

This is a very nice shoe. I wear a size 5, so it's difficult to find shoes at all, except athletic shoes. This shoe is blessedly wide enough, but a little long for me, and so not as comfortable as I would like. Heel pads may fix this.

Sophisticated styling and comfort, too.Somewhat longer for the size that I usually wear in Munro, and somewhat tighter mid foot. May give in time.

I loved this shoe but the opening was not tall enough for my wide and tall foot. Had the opening had some stretch they would have fit well. 8.5WW

I will be returning because the Wide runs too narrow. Also the heel rubbed and felt a bit tight and I don’t wish to risk blisters to get them worn in.

I really wanted to hold on to these shoes because they're really nice looking. Unfortunately, for me they were way too narrow. I couldn't imagine wearing them for more then a few minutes. It seems they fit well for most of the other reviewers. I just happened to be one of the ones who had some serious problems with this very stylist but narrow shoe.

These shoes were nice to look at, even if I thought they looked a bit like what a stereotypical witch would wear. Overall they were comfortable but I had a problem with my big toe not fitting well enough in the toe box to warrant keeping them. The longer I wore them the worse my toe felt.

Ordered my usual 9.5W in navy; length was okay but width is too narrow. Signed up to be notified when 9.5WWs in navy come back in stock. Not going up to a 10 because the shoe already makes my feet look really long. (Think Ichabod Crane).

The fit was large with an odd shaped toe - made my feet look huge. The material was interesting and being water resistant was a plus. I wouldn't know how to size this shoe since the toe was oddly shaped.

I loved the look of the show and the snugness and the fabric, but it was just much narrower than a normal medium and I had to return them

Very comfortable through the width, but literally fell of my heel and I have a normal size heel. I tried trouser socks and that did not take up the slack in the heel area. This was not a length issue because my toes were where they were supposed to be. If you are narrow through the heel, do not try this shoe. If you are wide through the heel this shoe may be perfect for you.

Nice shoe, Munro quality, not much instep support. I walk on hard floors all day (restaurant) and my feet are tired by the end of my shift. They look good with pants or skirts.

I like this shoe, but the toe box is more pointed than I like. I wear a WW, therefore it is a little tight. So I will be sending it back.

Nice looking shoes, but too tight across the front. I am a 9AA. The back was perfect but the front part was much too narrow for my foot. I know that if I get a Medium width instead, the front will be ok but the back will be too loose.

Way too tight, even for a shoe with stretch fabric. Not for me.

Fairly nice-looking, comfortable shoe. But decorative strap broke off one after wearing to work twice. Poor quality for the high price.

It's a beautiful shoe, and I really wish it fit. I ordered a 6 wide, and the width was okay, but it was at least a half size too long. My heels were flopping out when I walked, with socks.

A bit of a disappointment. One of the few shoes in blue with the perfect heel height that comes in narrow; but looks a little old-fashioned and was not comfortable by the afternoon (mostly sitting, not even standing). Cannot heartily recommend.
