I have these shoes in 5 different colors and love them all. Black Fabric, Black Leather, Navy, Brown and Khaki. A great shoe for office or with jeans!

I wear a 13 A, but no one makes that size anymore. I am 73 and rarely wear heels, but this pair seemed just right. A wide heel base, and minimal forward slide and a good size toe box. I do walk out of the heel but heel pads will fix that. I think they might be a bit narrow if you have a wide foot.

Over years my Munro size always has been 6.5 W, but not in this shoe (or other current Munro shoes either). I wanted this shoe to work because the style is just right for professional events and my feet are difficult. I have: arthritis in my big toes (huge lumps just below those toes), orthotics and a broken left foot that will never heal completely. With Zappos' patience of Job, I tried 4 different sizes in these shoes until finally settling on 6W. Thank you Zappos. Now I am on the waiting list to get the shoe in navy - only black was available in my final size.

From the reviews I had high hopes that these would be the perfect work shoes for my narrow feet. The heel is narrow enough but the toe box pinches a bit at the little toe. I wore them most of the day walking around Washington, DC. There are certainly many comfortable features, but by the end of the day I was glad to switch out of them. They are so good for work shoes but for me, they are not the absolute dream that others are talking about.

Very comfortable shoe,true to size,but a bit disappointed in regards to the front/top of the shoe keeping it's shape, a few wrinkles have seem to appearred,guess this is secondary to the material it is made with. Overal the show looks and feels pretty good.

This is a very comfortable pump. It is conservative in style, suitable for someone like me (a senior), and may not please someone looking for a fashionable style. For this reason, I gave a 4 star overall rating.

I love these shoes - they are gorgeous, but alas the toe box is too narrow for me although the heel fits just fine. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the 9M works, although I usually am in 8.5 or 9N.

This is my 3rd pair of Cindi. Someone changed the mold or the quality of their manufacturing company is slipping. The right shoe on this pair slips at the heel when the other 2 purchases of the same shoe did not.

I did not love this shoe and sent it back. As a loyal Munro American customer, I was disappointed by this. I wear other shoes in this brand in size 9.5N that fit perfectly. This shoe has a long narrow square toe that was empty on me and awkwardly shaped. I don't know if a smaller size would have worked, but I didn't like the shoe enough to try.

The soles/heels of these shoes were too hard. The reviews did not seem to reflect this opinion. Zappos' customer service was impeccable as usual.

The weird square toe looked very matronly and squeezed my toes and felt tight. I do not have a wide foot and got these in a medium width. So I think it's the shape of the toes. But at the same time my heel slipped out of them when I walked. I was hoping more for a comfortable shoe that could be worn with a thin sock for work, yet still looked stylish. These are going back.

These are my second pair of these shoes, and I love them!

Ordered my usual size in Munro heels but they were too long. Will reorder in a half size smaller. Other than the length, these were beautiful shoes and will be very versatile in my casual wardrobe.

I'm a slightly narrow size 12 with no arches. It's been very difficult for me to find stylish shoes, but these fit the bill! They're comfortable enough to walk in all day but still look good with my business attire.

These fit true to size. I own the blue and black and wear them often. They look great with slacks and dresses. I walk all day long on concrete floors and can wear these the day they arrive.

Really happy with these shoes. Was looking for something to wear under dressy pants and this works ! Comfortable and just the right heel height.

These are literally my standby shoe for all business meetings and evening events. They're the most elegant and comfortable dress shoes I've every worn and I hope Munro continues to make them for a long time. I prefer black.

I love the support and feel when worn even for long periods of time. but they do stretch with wear so make sure snug when you begin wearing as new shoes.

These shoes are so much more attractive in person than they appear online. Lovely quality. Classy, understated, love the toe shape. I’m in the process of returning the second pair of these I’ve ordered; can’t seem to find just the right fit. I ordered a 6 wide, and it was too loose in the heel. Ordered a 5.5 wide, same thing. Have just ordered a 6 medium and hoping it works, because these are exactly the pump I need to wear with slacks. Thank heavens Zappos works with customers to make it easy to try different brands & sizes, because I, like a lot of others I’m guessing, find it really challenging to find a good fit in dressier shoes lately, with both manufacturing quality and sizing being all over the place.

I am a fit 66 years old, but I have had surgery on one toe--enough to make it impossible for me to wear any kind of heel. After trying several pairs of low, "comfort" pumps that would have made me miserable, I decided to bite the bullet, acknowledge my situation, and try the Munro Cindi, since I had been told they were very comfortable. I am happy to report that they are indeed, and they're elegant enough to wear with a very tailored, knee-length dress and jacket. Thank goodness.

If I could give these shoes 10 stars I would. I really wish they were made in brown and several other colors. I’d buy every one. I have a wide foot and bunions so I find it very challenging to find beautiful stylish shoes that fit. These are perfect. I think they are a teeny weeny bit long but that is just fine with me.

Finally I found nice looking black shoes I can wear comfortably to work. I am a teacher and on my feet most of the day. These shoes are good for standing and walking around campus and they look nice with pants. I have had plantar fasciitis so I need a shoe with good arch support and good support in general but I like a nice looking shoe. This is it - supportive and professional looking. I paid more than I normally do but worth it.

I have spent thousands on shoes trying to find something that will work for my problem feet (or foot really). I have a bunion that caused the toe next to the big toe to lift and dislocate. A podiatrist attempt to fix that problem left the third toe in a severe hammer toe and dislocated that toe as well. Finding shoes that look like dress shoes but that don't put undo pressure on either the bunion, the two hammer toes or the fact that I now walk on the joints of toes has been almost impossible. These shoes have been absolutely wonderful. They look dressy enough for work and I can walk in them all day without pain caused by the shoe. I absolutely love them and bought both colors.

I've worn this very shoe in various colors for over 10 years. It's the only heel that I own because leather shoes hurt my uneven toes. The fabric upper stretches so that I've never had any discomfort. I always keep an extra pair in each color for when the first shoe wears out, but the first shoes have lasted years. They may seem pricy, but the years of wear you get far make up for that. Please keep this Cindi shoe in stock.
