Lovely shoes but SUPER narrow, must return

This is a very nice shoe for dressy occasions, and I especially liked the lower heel. I had to size up 1/2 size, perhaps to my extra wide feet. I would have preferred a little more cushioning in the insole for the price of this shoe, however I kept them and wore them all night without too many problems. If I added an additional thin insole for more padding, the shoe was too tight.

Almost perfect. I would like these better if were not so long & pointed. The height is what I was looking for. The buckle is a nice touch

Perhaps I got a dud pair because I have narrow feet with a low instep and I could BARELY squeeze my foot into this shoe. It is quite smart looking but not so good with a skirt. However, I never have shoes this tight due to my foot shape and am sad to have to return this.

These shoes feel very comfortable and slipper like and the heel is the perfect height. They seem like they'll be perfect for a conference where I'll be on my feet all day. They do run very small, however. I'm a size 4.5 (I can fit into a size 4 for some pumps and flats) so I bought the 4 and 4.5 and the 4.5 were squeezing my feet. I then ordered a 5 and it fits perfectly.

Very comfy, but I'm going to exchange my 10.5N for a 10N.

Although I love the looks of this shoe, they were way too narrow for my size 11WW feet. Please make them wider!

Very narrow! Normally wear #8, ordered 8M, the length is ok. Moderate support & hope by ordering an 8W they will fit because they don't seem to bother my big toe issues of joint swelling & pain because the the top of shoe comes down far enough. Word of caution, MUNRO is making all of their new shoes more narrow!

Beautiful elegant shoe! I have very flat, wide, pronated duck feet and have the worst time finding elegant dressy shoes. Tried the Munro brand because it comes in wide widths. The shoe looks so narrow I was doubtful my foot could even get in the shoe. Surprisingly, due to the flexible fabric, the shoe actually feels comfortable! I appreciate how the fabric wraps around the outer edge of my foot, since that tends to splay out the sides of shoes. It makes my foot look much more narrow. Unfortunately, my heel just slips out when walking. I hoped the vamp would be far up enough to hold my foot in, but it isn't. I always need some adjustable strap cinching my foot over the top. Sadly, these beautiful shoes (which I tried in 3 different sizes) all have to go back.

Based on the reviews, I was looking forward to a shoe that would fit my wide foot. I bought my usual size - 101/5 W - and found these shoes to be too narrow. It is an attractive shoe - but it just doesn't fit my foot.

Very comfortable and true to size. It's hard to find stylish shoes in wide width. When I got them, they are as nice as they look on line!

LOVED the look and style of this shoe. However, there was too much pain across my right big toe. I really unhappy because I just loved the shoes.

I have had very good luck with Munro as my foot is a B- or A+ width. I have to purchase a 1/2 size larger when I buy the narrow version and this style was no exception. I purchased this shoe to wear with skirts and black tights. Am pleased with the fit and the style. Only thing that could be improved would be a bit more cushioning in the forefoot.

I love the look of this shoe. Looks great with slacks and for work. I ordered the 9.5 wide but it is too long and slips off my heel and the area by the buckle is a little snug at the top of my foot. I like the shoe so much I am going to try it in a 9 WW and keep my fingers crossed!

Comfortable, practical shoe for slacks. Conservative style. Bought specifically to wear to a family funeral because I knew I would be on my feet for 6 to 7 hours. My feet never hurt!

Very nice shoe. Tried the narrow which was a bit too tight. Returned for medium which is a little wide, but wearable. Reasonably stylish and great to dress pants up. Very comfortable.

This is my second pair so obviously I love them. But I wish I had ordered one size wider. I am 62. Maybe my feet are fatter than before. But they aren't as comfortable as the ones from 4-5 years ago.

I just bought a pair of the Munro American Cindi in a 4 .5 medium which usually are great and I needed something to transition me from late winter into early spring. This year the choices we're not so great when I actually tried them on, They changed the instep and when I tried the shoe on it cut into the top of my foot like a knife which makes it impossible to wear the shoes. The other thing that I am not happy with is the width of the shoes these days, the medium width was so tight it felt like a narrow and they do not make the small sizes in wide which I will never understand. The shoe itself is gorgeous and would be great if it fit, but to my dismay it did not. Munro, please wake up and realize that women with small (shorter!) feet also have wide feet. Please start offering all sizes including the 4s and 5's in wides, we need them!

Stylish although a bit larger than I thought when I started walking in them. Would probably return them but already walked outside.

I have several pairs of Munro shoes, and love the styling of Cindi. With a combination-size foot (C width at toes and B width at heel), I always must order "wide" (D width) in Munro shoes, which seem to run narrower than most brands. Cindi offers less arch support and less sole padding than my other Munro styles. It also feels a bit tighter, but I expect that will loosen with more wear. I'm keeping the shoes because I like the styling, but I will substitute a more supportive and comfortable insole for Munro's removable insole.

These look great with tailored pants for work, and they seem like they'd be very comfortable to stand in all day if they fit. Unfortunately the front of the shoe is too narrow for my medium (slightly wide) foot. I'll reorder in wide, but I have a feeling my heel is going to pop right out of them.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. This is the third pair that I have owned and each pair has ripped on the top of the back seam. The cost of replacing these shoes has added up to a significant cost.

Styling is nice and cross strap detailing is good quality. The sole of the shoe, appears thin, however, not quite the same quality as other Munro shoes I have worn. A bit disappointing for shoes in this price range.

I have a hard foot to fit - wide across the toes but narrow in the heel, and when wearing pumps I "walk out of them" - i.e. they slide right off my foot if the toe portion is wide enough. I normally wear a 6 1/2 W. The combination last in the Monro American shoes really helps to solve this problem, but not completely with regular pumps. However, these shoes have elastic fabric and a higher vamp, and fit very good and stay securely on my feet when I walk. They are also very comfortable, compared to other brands of wide width shoes, although my toes could still use just a bit more room. They have an elegant look of quality, a non-slip sole, and the heels are substantial enough to provide secure support. I'm hoping that the toe box will stretch out just a bit as I wear them, but even if they don't, they are comfortable enough to wear for several hours at a time, including walking and standing on my feet.
