I was nervous after I read the reviews but the shoes are great! Unlike the shoes that these replaced, I can wear them all day or two days in a row without any pain. They look nice, even in a size 13.

A perfect fit for a perfect shoe. Comfort is grade A. Style is superb. I am very glad to have found them.

I purchased a 9½W. They are very comfortable, even with my bunion. They do not pinch in the toe box yet they do not look clunky. They look good with slacks and skirts. There was no break in period. They were comfortable right out of the box. This is a great pair of shoes.

A pretty shoe, but unfortunately I had to return it because it rubbed across my instep. Too bad. Beautiful quality.

I love the shoe, and I usually take an 8½ in Munro shoes, but this one is too large. I need a size 8 in this shoe. Please exchange.

I love this shoe. It looks great with slacks and skirts. I am an 11 narrow and it is hard to find a really comfortable shoe that can be worn for work. I always wear it when I go to trade shoes or other events with a lot of walking or standing. I just bought my third pair as I wear the shoe so often and like to keep a pair looking very fresh for work!

Although not usually a fan of purchasing shoes on line due to difficulty with size and comfort, gave it a shot with munro of which i am a big fan! Their shoes are great, as my recent purchase. looks good, comfort, comfort, comfort!

This is the second pair of Munro American shoes that I have. (My other pair are the Travelers, and they are fabulous.) The Cindi's are true to size - I wear a 10AA. They are comfortable and attractive, and I will wear them with pants and skirts. I walk a lot, so the stretchy top and the gripper soles are perfect. I love them!

I LOVE this shoe! It took me awhile to get the right size as it does run very narrow. I'm a solid 9B but needed 9W in this style. I've worn them for the past 2 days straight without any problem. Very comfortable for me right out of the box. I had a similar style of Munro which I bought almost 20 years ago and finally decided that they really just needed to be replaced.

These are very nice shoes with low heels that look much better than flats but there is not so much heel that your legs ache. They are super comfortable. Wore new in DC for two day business trip and had no new shoe issues. They are very comfortable. I am going to buy more in other colors.

I've bought Munro shoes in the past, and they are well constructed and comfortable. This is a really nice looking shoe, but ran much narrower than WW I purchased in the past. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

I love the shoes. The size and fit are excellent to the touch. I knew this was my type of shoes when I set eyes on them. Munro American Cindi an excellent shoes.

Incredibly fast shipping. Munro shoes stretch - my feet are wide in front with a narrow heel. Even with Munro I have to use tongue pads - wish someone made shoes with narrower heels.

This is my second pair of the same shoe. Absolutely a must have if you need to look professional but need to be on your feet.

I confess I'm a cheapskate so it pains me to buy shoes that cost three digits. But the reality is that these shoes are worth every penny. I have them in gray (which have held up for YEARS) and now just bought the black. I wore the new ones for 12 hours straight on the first day and they were perfect. Comfortable, great fit, stylish but neither frumpy or overly trendy. I'm a Munro girl now - the comfort can't be beat.

These shoes are comfortable and stylish. In an attempt to be pain free, I've been wearing ugly shoes and custom orthotics, and I am delighted to be able to ditch both. I cannot say enough good things about these shoes.

Munro American shoes FIT! They are the go-to brand when you need comfort. I can wear Munro shoes all day and not even notice I have them on. Construction is terrific. I have one pair of leather mules that have been great for several years…have not lost shape. This style is not leather…it’s fabric. The comfort is there, but only time will tell if the material wears well. Look nice with slacks. The little silver trim helps give some style. Perfect heel height. I wear an 8.5 Narrow…these fit like a glove. Just wish Munro could design a little more stylish shoe as they are worth every penny. Zappos quick turnaround can’t be beat, especially since most stores do not carry narrows anymore—or Munros.

This shoe is very comfortable and stylish for someone with problem feet. I ordered 8D width and my foot sliding too forward. I am ordering in a 7.5 W as I think they run large.

This is a beautiful shoe, but the side on the outside of the heel comes up quite high, digging into my ankle. When walking, it also bends awkwardly above the ball of the foot. Unfortunately, it's being returned.

These are, without a doubt, the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I've worn them with everything from jeans to a skirt. I have walked miles in them over the past three years and have never experienced discomfort...and I have problem feet. I like the support, the inside softness and the style. Heels are a perfect height. There was no "breaking in"...as comfortable as my favorite pair of slippers. I did find these to be a tad bit bigger...but living in Michigan and usually wearing pants they are perfect with light weight socks. If I were going to wear them without socks, I would go down a half size.

These run half a size large! I ordered the 8½ instead of the that 9 I usually wear and it was perfect.

Great work shoe for those of us on our feet all day and still need a professional look. This is not the most fashionable shoe but it is sleek, sophisticated and most importantly it's so comfortable. I have really wide feet. I ordered an 11w and it is a great fit. Although this shoe has stretch it has not lost its shape. It supports my feet extremely well. I only wear these with wide leg slacks. I think they look way too mature for skirts. Overall worth every penny. Great shoe.

These shoes are fabulous! I think that I have tried at least five pairs of shoes and finally found a pair that fit and were comfortable. Thank you Zappos for the excellent customer service!

This pair of black Cyndis is my second pair. I also have these in dark brown and love them. I am a professional working in manufacturing and I have severe foot problems. Munro shoes are the only shoes that I have found which I can wear all day walking without foot pain. These shoes provide excellent support with a natural rubber sole which is good on almost any surface. The stretch microfiber fabric is a super comfortable upper which easily wipes clean with a damp wash cloth.
