The batik is nice; however, I was expecting more black than blue. My chief complaint is that the bag is very unstructured. When it is filled with the essentials, it feels like you are carrying around an organized sack instead of a purse. The strap did seem wide enough to be comfortable. The best thing about the whole experience was Zappos' amazing service!

I recently purchased a LeSportsac bag and it works for all the right reasons. However, after only 2 weeks of daily use, a seam near the zipper has started to fray. It was very disappointing to see this. I will keep the bag and try to repair it myself but I'm not sure how I would feel about buying another. September 20, 2012 by D. Lampert
