Of all my purses, and I have a lot, this is my favorite. This is the one I reach for almost every day. I got it in Black Opal, which is shiny black with a subtle sparkle, and it looks great. I like it so much, I'm ordering another in a different color. Most of my other purses are leather, but they were too heavy once I got them packed up with all my stuff, so I was looking for a light fabric all-around bag. This bag is super light, super roomy, adjustable wide strap, you can fit all kinds of stuff in this. So many zipper compartments! I love that the bottom is platform, so it stands up on its own. The top is zippered for security, and nothing will fall out. Extremely durable. I've used it for over a year, and it still looks great. Intially, I thought it was kind of pricey, but I have totally gotten my money's worth out of it. This is a really great every-day versatile bag.

Great bag, odd plastic smell. Haven't encountered that smell on bags in stores, so not sure what happened. Bag also did not come with a silicate / desiccant packages. Does anyone know how to get rid of that plastic smell? I tried using an air freshener based on citrus baking soda, which worked decently. The bag itself is the perfect size for traveling, with sufficient compartments for a first aid kit, wallet, smart phone, iPad, water bottle, glasses case, itinerary (folded in half), and much more. The wide strap is easily adjustable and fairly comfy. The bag was a bit larger than I thought it would be, but I think it's because I'm a petite 5'0. That said, my husband says it looks fine, man, I do need the extra unzip room while traveling. Very handy bag, especially for stowing an iPad without looking like you have an iPad.

I love this bag! I had one very similar to that one but this one is even better and more organized. There is plenty of room for all your stuff, keep you very organized and does not feel bulky or heavy. It is very sturdy and will last you years to come. So it is definitely worth the price.

This bag is the perfect size for what it is intended! It was purchased to hold workout clothes while at the same time working as a purse. This allows me to consolidate two bags that I take to the office!

This is probably the most favorite purse that I have ever owned. I never had a Sportsak as. I have always attached the stigma of Sportsak being a older lady bag. Having said that the value, functionality, and design is second to none. It holds a lot including my iPad. I love it!

Bought this bag in brown for a trip to Disney. Wanted something sturdy to carry on the plane and to put the camera and other stuff in. It was wonderful because it has a lot of pockets-ended up carrying both my sons and my niece's phone and wallets on the wild rides. Worked perfectly and had PLENTY of room. Best purchase ever!

I originally got this in the Glam Gold. I loved the pattern but sadly, I did not love the bag. The black (and I mean pitch black) interior makes it really difficult to locate anything. The two zippers at the top divide the bag in such a way that, if you put anything in the front part, it makes it too bulky to then put anything in the back part. If you put anything like keys in one of the two front pockets, they protrude making the bag lumpy. When I put anything in the inside zip pocket, it affected where I put anything else in the rest of the bag. I guess what I'm saying is, the bag isn't made for those of us that like to carry more than a wallet and a few lip glosses.

Took this bag to Israel and loved it. Light weight, but secure. The separate zippered bag was perfect to hold currencies from other countries and jewelry.

I bought the flowery color...looks less pretty than the photo. Looks like an old lady bag. It has lots of pockets so it is convenient but the bag is so light (which could be good), after a bit of use, the handle part rips.

I was pleased to find a navy bag to replace a current one. Not please to find Sportsac is no longer made in USA. I use them exclusively for everyday and travel.

The perfect bag for travel - strong, lightweight, zippered sections inside and out. Form and function! Looks compact but holds everything you need. Fabulous bag.

I finally got tired of heavy leather purses--wanted something that was lightweight and casual but still had tons of capacity. This purse really fit the bill. I can fit an incredible amount in it (wallet, loyalty cards, makeup, keys, etc etc, PLUS my water bottle and exercise wrist straps PLUS my Kindle) and there's still room! And even if I filled up all that room, I still have the option of unzipping the expansion panel. What's even greater, the weight is well-distributed so it doesn't feel heavy at all. The only thing I don't like so much is that if you use it as a cross body, then the strap lies over the top so you have to push it aside unzip the top zipper. This is a minor issue for me since I usually don't have to open the bag when I have it in crossbody mode (e.g., at the airport or in a busy shopping center) and it really does add some security. Love the color selection. I wanted one for fall and found a pattern that goes with everything I have!

Super love it! Just the right size, not too big to fit all daily knick knacks I bring on a day trip. And the right fit, comfortable enough to carry everywhere I go, especially on a day trip or touring. So looking forward to using this a lot on our upcoming Aussie trip.

I love this bag. It is lightweight and insanely durable, and you can fit a ton of stuff in it. I love cross-body styles but sometimes I find the strap too short, I am 6'1" and this strap is long enough for me to wear cross-body on my hip. It is adjustable so I can make it shorter and hang it on the back of my chair at a restaurant without it touching the floor. Excellent bag. I have two of these in different fun prints, and the only issue I ever have with them is that there are so many pockets, I can forget where my keys are and have to dig around for a minute. Also, if you have a lighter color you have to be more vigilant about where you put it or it can get dingy.

I love this bag. It has just enough pockets. It fits comfortable on your shoulder. I like the bright colors. I didn't think it could replace my old purse that was falling apart but it works just fine. The price is high but I have a hard time finding a purse I like.

I love this bag, especially because as a nanny I can carry diapers and baby stuff, as well as a wallet, camera, and other "grown up" stuff. I'm nearly 60, and I don't think it looks too old...that's only my opinion!

Perfect for my NYC trip, carried it on the plane and it held everything I needed easily. Was also perfect for 7 days of walking and subway riding. The bag is lightweight and with a raincoat, umbrella and all other necessities was very comfortable and easy, especially loved the outside pockets. I liked the look of the bag, the black patent was not too sporty so it worked for a dressy casual evening look as well.

In 1992, for a trip abroad, I bought my first LeSportsac Deluxe Everyday Bag in dark green at T.J.Maxx, by chance. I used it for every trip, domestic or foreign, since, until it recently -- 20 years later -- started to show its wear (including machine washing). I did look for other designs for replacing it, but frankly, I have never seen a better design for the kind of organizing I like. It is such a lightweight shoulder bag. There are so many adaptable compartments for everything I like to carry, from keys and cosmetics to passport or shopping list and wallet. Also, the strap is adjustable so it can go from shoulder to cross-body security. The solid navy color makes this a very practical bag as well as a classically stylishly one, too!

I love this colorful bright purse. I bought it for traveling as I wanted something large but not heavy. It is very light. I like the fact that it zips everywhere and has plenty of pockets. I like the small matching bag that comes with it to put small items that otherwise might be hard to find in a large purse .

Very happy with this bag, it is my 3rd LeSportsac. I have the larger bag to use as my carry on for travel, as well as the smaller one for daily use. I've had them both for over 10 years and wanted this size for a recent trip to NYC, and it was the perfect size for the plane and walking around the city with plenty of room for everything I needed including a raincoat & umbrella and was stylish in the patent leather look. The bags are comfortable, light weight, durable, very well made and all the outside pockets come in handy. In the past I purchased my bags at Macy's, and was disappointed to find they no longer carried them, so I went on-line to Zappos, and this was a first, good, very easy experience, I'd shop here again.

I got it today, with supper fast shipping. I love this bag. This is what I have wanted for travel: light weight, lots of good size pockets, and easy to clean. I can stuff my 13" laptop, iPad, kindle, camera, hat, sweater,snack. I wish that I had found it sooner. I am going to order another one for my sister.

The is my second LeSportsaac Deluxe Everyday Bag and I like it a lot. Very well made. Smooth zippers and good stitching. Lots of compartments. There's room for my Kindle, and when traveling, I can also fit travel documents all together in one zip compartment. I like to be able to use it as a "cross body" bag too. It has a nice wide shoulder strap. I would like to see this style in a dark solid navy for summer.
