I was surprised by how much I like these shoes! They are really comfortable out of the box, though I'm not sure how they will be out on the street. Very little padding under ball of the foot and more arch support than I prefer. But boy, they look good (better than you would think from the pics), and feel as comfortable as bedroom slippers. I wear 11 to 11 1/2, and I would have been happier with Euro size 43, but the 42 works.

I bought these shoes to wear in Israel and Greece this summer, 2011. I wore them every day every where. My feet NEVER got tired, and if you can walk the streets of Jerusalem in these shoes and not hurt at the end of the day, they are a must buy. They were so soft, light weight, and cute. They were soft like a glove on your foot, I got tons of complements where ever I was. I bought the camel color, and it went with skirts and capris which is all I wear when traveling in Europe in the summer.

I love these shoes. They feel like wearing slippers but I think they are very cute in an ugly duckling way. I wear them for San Francisco evenings combining walking and going to dinner. I am hoping to wear them in Italy as a primary walking shoe, and will have to see how that goes. They do not hurt a bunion I have. They may be a little loose for some people if you want shoes with lots of hold/support around the top, but they work well for me.

I really wanted to find a flat shoe that I could keep on all day that would work with jeans and slacks. I did NOT want to spent $95.00, but decided to give these a try anyway, knowing I can return them because Zappos is AWESOME! These are VERY comfy, BUT... I did end up buying a cushion for the toe box. I love the arch support and my heels feel good in them, but there is next to no cushion in the toe box. Instead of sending them back and giving up on them, I opted to try a toe cushion insert, and that makes them soooo much better. What I love most about these is the fact that you have the ability to tighten them around your foot. They look great with jeans and slacks. I was previously wearing a flat shoe by Sketchers, but they did not fit well around my foot and they felt more like a flip flop. I would recommend these, if you don't mind the expense, and if you work in an office and just can't deal with heels anymore, or even if you can, and just want an alternative to heels a few days a week. I can't see these looking too great with skirts or dresses, but haven't tried that yet. Also - I wear sizes 8.5 to 9 and opted for the 8-8.5 size and they fit very well.

These shoes are my best friend. Walking shoes are not my thing but these are so comfy I forget to take them off. They also go with everything, they are sort of inconspicuous. I'm so glad I found them! Plus they are completely free of animal materials!

I like this shoe - absolutely comfy for someone with bunions on both feet. I am not into risks of surgery and being out of commission and find these shoes attractive and comfy!

Just wore them today for the first time. Comfort, comfort, comfort. My work requires many trips up and down the hallways. Not a pinch, blister, ache, or pain with these shoes. They also allow you to pull tighter or loosen the elastic around the top of the shoe for more security and comfort. I highly recommend this shoe especially if you have wide, hard to fit feet or high instep. It also has arch support and an extra pair of foot cushions. Can’t say enough good things about these shoes.

Very nicely made and quite comfortable. The adjustment system was ingenious, and the elastic can be tucked around/under the buttonlike item; doesn't look nerdy when it's not showing. Problem was that the heel is too wide for me, even though I routinely wear medium width.

Very stylish shoe. Felt loose over the instep without taking up the elastic on the top of the shoe.

I have been wearing this brand for years and when it comes to fit and comfort they are tops in my book. This is the first time I've tried this particular show and it did not disappoint.

I purchased these to wear as slippers around the house. I love that they are SO lightweight, they have a bit of a heel (not totally flat), and have some arch support. They are nice and flexible. The sole seems durable. Works well for high arches and bumpy toes because the top of the shoe is all soft fabric. My only complaint is that they feel a bit short to me and my toes kept bumping up against the front of the shoe. Maybe just not quite the right style for me.

I love these shoes. Got two different colors. Wore two weeks straight in Europe and walked MILES in them. Comfortable with amazing arch support.

I needed a shoe with support besides a running shoe. It needed to be comfortable and good looking. This shoe did the trick.

I saw a review that said these shoes accommodated a bunion, so I got them for a trip abroad. They were very comfortable and supportive, plus light weight and versatile. The fabric stretched where I needed it to and I wore them for 4 weeks of travel with lots of walking. I'm happy to recommend them.

I wanted to love these shoes. They're so comfortable, but could never get the bungee cord to adjust quite right, the elastic was always a bit too loose so it made the shoe unstable inward and outward. Bummer.

Love them. They are extremely comfortable. Sizing was correct at first I thought they were too loose but the drawstring on the top adjusted well. Looking forward to buying more of this brand. Great walking shoe.

I first bought the yellow ones last year and recently the black ones. Love them. They are comfortable and practical for many occasions. The black ones are a bit dressier, great for trips.

Great shoe, ordering up a 1/2 size, as it was too short. Love the adjustable thingy!

I think these shoes are the ones God intended us to wear when he made feet. Good fit; totally comfortable for my bunion, and some arch support, too. It took some fiddling with the tension adjustment to tighten the top part of the shoe, but no problem now. Unfortunately there are no more left in my size. Hopefully, more will be available later.

I love these shoes! I bought these because I have recently been having pain because of bunions. The form of my feet isn't affected by my bunions, but the pain is killer. For those having bunion problems I recommend these shoes plus toe spacers...I'm cured! These shoes are very light, spacious around the toes and still really cute! That is cute enough to get compliments...so it's not just me!

Thanks, Zappos, for the wonderful service you provide. My Arcopedicos are the second pair I've owned and I really love them. True to size and very comfortable. Only issue I had was the first few times I wore them, they turned my toes black.

Amazingly comfortable shoes! Feels like you're walking on clouds! Great arch support and fits true to size.

This is a terrific shoe for me! It accommodates an orthotic pad easily, has excellent support, and weighs practically nothing. It may not be cutting edge fashion but it enabled me to walk for hours on vacation. One caveat: the heel was too large but heel pads at the rear of the shoe fixed the problem.

I have bunions and these shoes felt great on my feet ... even after 12 hours of sightseeing.
