I ordered this same shoe in orange and I love it. I have since ordered other colors, same size as the orange, two different times and both times the shoes have fit much differently - much smaller to the point that I had to return them. I plan to try one more time, this time ordering two different sizes at once to see if one of the two actually feels comfortable. I'm hoping - because I love the orange ones and have gotten many compliments on them as well.

I wanted to love these. I really did. But the sizing was really odd this time. I have other Arcopedico shoes and, across the board, they are a 39. Ordered these in a 39 and they were wobbly-loose. It may have had something to do with the fact that the top material is more like a knitted fabric. So I exchanged them for a 38. Too snug. I could see the top of the big toe through the fabric and was concerned that, eventually, that would break through. I guess it was the knitted fabric that made them fill ill-fitting. They just did not feel like the regular support I get with my foot from a standard shoe.

I don't think that these shoes were true to size and I had to order one size larger and those just fit! Very comfy though. Like walking on marshmallows!

I ordered these after wearing the same shoes in a different color for a year. I loved the first pair. They are even machine washable!! The 2nd and 3rd pairs do not fit the same, despite the fact that I ordered the same size, therefore I am very disappointed and will be sending them back...very disappointed!

Too small - bought the 40 for my size 9.5 feet and they were too snug for comfort, even without socks. Strange because an Arcopedico 40 in another style fit me well.

This shoe runs short for me because the toe box is very flat. I also think the innersole does not provide enough cushion. I felt like walking directly on the floor. Would have to add innersole which would also take up more room in the fit.

These shoes are in European sizes. I wear a 7 M. Size 38 is too large. You sent me a 37 but did not have the color I want. The 37 may be too small.I will wear the 37 around the house for a few hours. If it seems that this size will work, I will keep the 37. If not, I will also have to return the 37.

These shoes felt a full size smaller than marked. I wear a size 12. Unfortunately they don't come any larger. In addition the laces were so short I could barely tie them and the insole felt very uncomfortable. So back they go. Love Zappos! At least with them I get shoes to try. No one in town has shoes my size at all.

I was looking for a comfortable casual black lace up shoe that would be good for my hammertoes. While the soft fabric top is nice and flexible for the tops of my toes, I find shoe isn't the greatest due to the sole. The heel part feels pretty good, but not the ball of my foot area. What little cushioning there is only goes from the heel to the arch. There's actually no cushion at all under the ball of your foot (just the vinyl sole and some fabric). I would find the shoe very comfortable, but that lack of cushion bothers me. The shoe is very lightweight though and comfortable otherwise. Disappointed for the price I paid. Maybe if I buy a cushion insert I'll like it better?

This shoe was a disappointment. It is basically fabric on a sole. My foot hit the wrong spot on the sole and it was very uncomfortable. Just fabric held the shoe laces and might eventually pull through. The shoe was flat with no shape. It was not what I expected and back they went. I would not recommend this shoe.

I first purchased these in the beautiful purple color but they were too small. Then I purchased a larger size but the only available color was gray. The fit was perfect but the gray color was ugly. Just remember that these shoes run small!

Not cute. I have small feet but if my feet were much bigger these would look like clown shoes.

I am someone who struggles to find good, supportive shoes. I have flat feet, bunions and I over-pronate - the suboptimal trifecta. I am sorry to say that these shoes did not meet the challenge. The support is great, HOWEVER the upper is so stretchy that my ankles rolled (due to over-pronation, with no support/resistance) MULTIPLE times in the one day I tried wearing them. To the point that I didn’t want to continue wearing them, for fear of an ankle injury. I wanted to like them. I really did. They’re a good looking shoe. And they might work for someone who doesn’t have my combo of foot imperfections.

I don't know why these were rated so high - I found them to be some of the most uncomfortable shoes I've had on my feet except for really cheap shoes - and these certainly weren't cheap. I can't attest to how well they were made but they looked and felt cheap. I also have foot problems - small, narrow feet, foot surgery from a broken feet, surgery to correct a torn tendon. But these things did nothing for me. And did I mention they were ugly? If you need really high and rigid arch supports you might find these great.

I wanted to love these, but the arch was pronounced, like standing on a chestnut. I had to send them back, alas.

I have worn mine for three years. I like how they look more than how they feel. I have a narrow foot size 9N. These shoes are plenty generous size length and width. Better for wide feet. I was loving them so much and bought them anyway. Not much for support and being they are cloth no support on outside. if you want a light weight cool looking shoe that you can throw in the washer, this is it. Colors are awesome!

i was replacing a worn out pair of gray arcopedicos....they were very gray.....these are very blue and look awful with my gray clothes. i never wear blue, so am returning them.

Shoe ran too short for a size 15 in women’s

The sizing on these shoes is off. Or maybe it's because, as another reviewer said, they're more like slippers with no support. I ordered these to replace a similar pair of light walking shoes that are a US size 8/European size 38. I ordered an 8 1/2 in these, and when those were way too small, I sized up to a 9, but these also push my toes. So they're cute, but not for me, sadly.

I reALLY LIKE THESE SHOES, BUT THERE IS NO SUPORT IN THEM. THEY ARE attractive, VERY COMFORTABLE BUT NO SUPPORT.

The shoe slips off my right foot when I walk, even when I wear thick socks.

I have had these shoes since January 20 or so. I only wear them walking my dog so not long term use but my toes have already poked through the mesh. Therefore, I will say that there is no durability with this shoe. I'm sorry the material is so inferior because they were very comfortable.

Super cute shoes but looking for more support.

If you want to feel like you are wearing bedroom slippers, this is the shoe for you. If you want a dressy sneaker look, this is the shoe for you. But if you want support, like for city walking or shopping, this is not the shoe.

These shoes offer no stability when you walk.because the upper body is made of soft cloth.
