This is a wonderful shoe for people with sensitive feet. I felt no pain at any of my pressure points (bunions). However, the sole bed is a little narrow, and the arch did not fall in the right place for my feet. Unfortunately, I have to return the shoe.

Nice looking shoe, but toe box is too low for my toes, also the sole is black and the ties are brown...Got to go back. Insole was very comfortable.

Arcopedico is so homely, but sooooo soft! I can get over the looks on this shoe, but they went overboard on the soft: my toes/toenails stick up under the soft fabric, and there is no support to hold the entire front of my foot.
Also, if the toe box was deeper, my toes wouldn't push up through the fabric.
The stretch laces are great and the shoe doesn't come up too high on the top of my foot(=more nerve pain for me). The back of shoe comes up just high enough.
The Arch is always superb, in Arcopedico, for people with really high arches.

Comfort is the most important thing I look for in shoes and I tend to divide this into two categories: overall feel and footbed support. These shoes earn high marks in the first category - the soft, flexible material is wonderful, particularly as I have plantar fasciitis that presents in my toes and the forgiving fabric is awesome with that. Footbed is comfortable with a bit of cushioning under arch and back of foot, but it is like walking in slippers with minimal buffer between you and the ground. If it's been recommended that you wear supportive shoes these are not the ones for you. I am on my feet a lot at work and tend to walk for a mile and a half over lunch and they were fine for that, but if traveling or doing a lot more walking I'd choose other shoes. I ordered these in plum and they are very attractive - I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. I'd like to order them in other colors, but am waiting to see how they hold up. They are machine washable, but not sure how well that will work. For $105 I'd like something that holds up well.

I purchased several pairs of the Arcopedico LS for my grandmother and aunt. They survived numerous washes in the retirement home laundry. Additionally, the staff approve of them.

I usually wear a 39 in a variety of brands but needed a 40 in this shoe. No problem with Zappos and the free shipping and returns! I bought this for an upcoming trip that will involve lots of walking, so relied on reviews which say this is a great walking shoe. So far, the shoe has done well in the home trials. Comfy, very light, so soft everywhere that I think it would not cause blisters so think of the savings on bandaids! A little unusual looking in a very subdued way, perfect for the American tourist abroad.

I have very difficult to fit feet. These shoes gave me plenty of toe room, but did not slip on my heels, a rare thing.

These truly are the most comfortable shoes I have worn, with one unfortunate exception. The arch placement is a little too narrow so it rubs into my arch. It's just slightly noticeable but I'm afraid if I were to wear the shoes for an extended period of time, which I want to do, they would rub a blister. Very sad to have to send them back.

I so wanted to purchase these shoes. Living in Florida, wearing socks with shoes is a rarity. I purchased these for a California trip. Upon receiving them, I put on socks with them, and they are just not a good fit; I tried the next size up in a store and they were too big. I was disappointed, but Zappos was so accommodating in helping me return them. It is not that the shoes were not great - it is that my feet are not! I love shopping at Zappos!

I like these shoes. The sole is soft and cushioned with a bit of arch support towards the back of the arch. on a scale between bare-foot and hiking boot, this is towards the bare-foot end. It doesn't over-support your foot. The soft knit uppers conform to the shape of your foot by simply tightening the laces. These shoes have an incredible selection of fun colors. I've gotten several complements after only wearing them twice. I wear a 9.5. The '40' was snug but the 41 is perfect.

I bought these for a trip to Asia. Very comfortable! Lightweight to pack and to wear. I usually wear a 6 1/2 but had to get the size 37 which was a little too big but I need all the arch support I can get (have bunions) so added inserts and they are just right. Just wish they were a little lower cut-maybe two laces less - because they do not look as cute with skirts, shorts or capris as with longer pants. I also bought the L19 boots. Size and comfort are the same...love them also!

This is a very comfortable shoes for feet with bunions. The fabric conforms to the foot. However, the shoe runs small. I normally wear 39 but in these I wear a 40.

Love the shoe because it is casual & looks better than an athletic shoe, but gives no support. My feet felt tired after a day of shopping in them...but I still love the shoe.

These are expensive, but stylish and comfortable. Excellent walking shoes. The material is very soft and lightweight, so they are particularly appropriate for hot days when it's not appropriate to wear sandals. I don't know yet how long they will last, and I do fear that the material will stretch too much.

This is an adorable shoe and I have many friends who wear this shoe for traveling and for all over town. I am a 7 wide and it fit fine, although my toe was at the end. It is very, very comfortable, but I am concerned about the lack of cushioning. I have metatarsalgia and for people who need to take the stress off the ball of the foot, the shoe must be a little less flexible with a bit more shock absorbing qualities. You do feel like dancing in them but you also feel everything under foot. For good feet with good fat pads, this is a great shoe.

This is a comfortable "lite" shoe which provides ease to the top part of the foot since it is knit. But, then, since it is knit it has a "see-through" factor so in the lighter colors, toenails, etc. peek out of the fabric. I returned a beige pair for that reason but ordered black which I like and are not so peek-a-boo. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like nails or bumps or whatevers showing through my shoes. I would say these are a bit narrow with a light footbed/sole but still comfortable. So, knit is breathable: a plus. Not a four-season shoe. Flattering in that it makes your foot look smaller -- I guess a smaller foot is flattering -- but this is due to the smaller footprint of the sole on the shoe so it is not uber-supportive by any means.

I really like the stretchy material that these shoes are made of. Very comfortable. The shoes have great arch support. I wish they were available in wide so the sole could be a little wider. Not the most stylish shoe in the world, but supportive and comfortable. It would be nice if there were more than 2 styles made out of this material.

I returned these because they were just a tiny bit too short. But they were super lightweight and sort of neat. They did feel slightly narrow, also, but I am still considering whether to order them again and a half size larger. I ordered the gunmetal gray color, which might look a bit more blue than gray IRL. I think they would make good travel shoes, because of the laces, which could be loosened if feet swell on airplane.

A beautiful shoe, sleek and stylish. It felt true to size. I'm returning it only because I'm looking for a solid city walking shoe with good support for my high arches. This isn't it, although it would be fine for light use. Very comfy, light as a slipper. Sole is medium thin.

I bought these for my grandmother who lives in a retirement home. They are one of the few shoes she has agreed to wear. They have been machined washed and air dried on several occasions. They were well worth the money.

I loved the look of the shoes and really wanted to keep them. Unfortunately I returned them because my toes were scrunched, sideways-not in the length of the shoe. (plenty of room there so a larger size would have been too big). I do wish Arcopedico would make their shoes in wide widths.

I ordered the 9.5 for a better fit (size 9 was too exact). I wore them for two days (to dinner and the next day's errands). They were very comfortable to walk in, and I received compliments. I thought this would be the "it" shoe for me this season. I was going to buy more colors. The titanium color was awesome for me. However, my feet have been in pain for the past few days, and even now, as I write this, they are in pain. I suffer from plantar fascitis, but it is the lateral sides of my feet that hurt from no support. My arches are fine. I cannot spread my toes without pain. The pain has been decreasing with each passing day, but whoa! I really wanted to like these. Since I wore the 9.5 I am unable to return them. This is a lot of money to lose.

Love the mesh and room for toes but the arch hits too far back on my foot to allow me to walk comfortably.

I think this might have been a previous season shoe because I have another very similar that fits perfectly and is a nice heather gray. Zappos siad I needed a 41, which was wrong. I usually order 40 and my other pair is a 40 and fits fine.
