Great shoe, but a bit wide - I am a big Ecco fan and wanted a cross between dress and casual. This looked like it would fit the bill and it did so very well. I'm very happy with my first Ecco slip on. I will be buying more of them.

Comfortable and versatile - I ordered these for my husband, and he loves the convenience of the slip-on and the overall comfort of the shoe. It dresses up nicely while being casual enough for everyday wear.

Fusion is up to Ecco's high standards- I am a long time Ecco customer and every now and then they don't quite make it, but most of the time they do. The fusion most definitely does. It is incredibly comfortable and not bad looking. Highly recommend it for both casual and business wear.

Good shoes, great service. I own 4 other pairs of Eccos. Zappos offered the Fusions at a great price. I bought the brown shoes, wore them 2x and bought the black. Typical Ecco fit, true to length & width. Good arch support. Truly H2O repellent well cushioned. More stylish than my Ecco Track II & IV. Had a fit problem with another pair of shoes, Zappos took care of my feet immediately. Thanks Ecco & Zappos.

Great shoe- On my feet a great deal of the time at work- This shoes is extremely comfortable and forgiving- I can feel the excellent support and strength given to my arches and foot structure- Would highly recommend these shoes!

Great shoe- This shoe has felt comfortable from Day 1. It does fit large, so, I followed advice from previous reviews and ordered it 1 size smaller than I normally wear. I have only been wearing for 1 month, so I cannot give long term info. Most comfortable shoe I have worn.

Great shoe - Most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever purchased.

Ecco doesn't disappoint- A comfortable shoe that looks smart and fits well. I have other pairs of Ecco shoes and the quality and finish are excellent. I will say that Ecco's medium width is everyone else’s 2E. I normally wear a 7 wide and was at first not inclined to consider these shoes because of the medium width designation. But these are definitely wide enough.

Great Shoe- Ecco Fusion Slip On! I've been wearing Eccos for years and love them. I wear a 7 1/2 US and find that the 40 fits perfectly and the 41 is too large. This shoe is very comfortable, but may lack support for very long walks as the sole is very flexible.

Great Looking Casual Shoe - Very comfortable, sharp looking shoe. Goes well with blue jeans. If you comfortably wear an 8.5, you may want to go with the 41 rather than the recommended 42. Best looking casual shoe I have ever owned. Can wear this shoe all day with no problems.

Excellent comfort in a slip-on - This is the shoe to buy for style plus comfort in an all day walking and standing loafer. If you work on a hard tile or cement floor and are on your feet for hours this is a great shoe. Extremely flexible and will not slip off your foot if your want to move quickly thanks to the elastic around the sides of this shoe. Zappos is incredible for selection, service and the shipping is free and faster than expected. Thanks!

I have owned Ecco shoes for years and swear by them. They finally discontinued a style that I was buying for the last 5+ years. I had to try something new. These shoes are quite comfortable with one caveat: they have a good deal of padding even along the top of the foot. This makes them feel cushy all around but may contribute to the fact that these feel a half size smaller than any Eccos I've ever owned. I got both black and brown. Both fit the same.

The shoe was perfect except for the heel. The heel was too wide and my foot slipped out of the shoe. I was very surprised since I have other Ecco shoes in the same size.

Good shoe - This immediately became my every day shoe. Good color, nice style and I don't even have to tie my shoes! Looks good with jeans or dressier pants. A little pricey though.

Looking for good all around "cushiony" shoes- These are good shoes for someone on their feet or walking a lot, well with khakis or jeans. Arch support is a little lacking, and the toe box is a little roomy, but the heel is a good and snug fit. As I've found with all European sizing, I have to order two pair and return the one that doesn't fit as well.

If had it fit..it would have been better - I like the way this shoe looks, and I ordered it to replace an old Ecco shoe. However, when I ordered this shoe one size up, when they arrived, they were smaller than my old pair, so I couldn't wear them, or give them an accurate comfort rating. Fortunatley they fit my dad, and he lives them.

Feels like I'm walking on heaven. I've always heard of the comfort and durability of ECCO shoes. Now I have a pair. The soles are amazing. They are a little snug on the top but I think that feeling would be common with any slip on shoe? They look alright although I wish WATER RESISTANT wasn't engraved on the side.

Great shoes, but beware of the size charts- These shoes are the fourth pair of Eccos I have purchased. What everyone says about Ecco shoes is true. As a brand, Ecco really is on a level all its own, and once you try them you won't want to wear anything else, and these shoes are terrific. That said, the sizing charts are somewhat misleading. I wear a size 11 US, which should translate into a size 45 EU. However, Ecco size 45 is too large and so I wear the 44, which fits perfectly. If you order Eccos from Zappos, keep in mind that the size charts may "run large".

The heel comfort was fantastic and the tread was just right and not too thick. Shoe leather and color just great, but my big toe in the right shoe was going numb. As they did not offer a size 13.5 I ordered the 13. I think a 14 if offered would have been just too big. After doing some research I later found out that European shoes have a smaller or narrower toe box compared to North American shoes with a wider toe box. I guess North American mens feet are different then European mens feet. Either way I went with a less expensive North American shoe from Zappos that did not look as good as the Ecco but I found they North American shoe to be more comfortable. In short, great looking shoe with great comfort in the arch and heel I found the toe and width to be to tight. Hope it helps.

Ecco Fusion Slip-on - I bought these because I had bought some Ecco boots and like them a lot. The shoes are good quality, and comfortable, but I've seen better-looking shoes for much less. The description of them on the Zappos website failed to mention that the Ecco slip-ons have a suede finish. I like to shine my shoes.

Not bad comfort casual shoe - This shoe is very comfortable but isn't as dressy as it looks in the photos. Good for wearing with jeans at home or around the neighborhood. Have worn on some multi-mile walks as well with no problems with any slippage or rubbing at all.

These were comfortable immediately and didn't require any break-in time. They have good enough support that by the end of the day I'm not racing to my closet to take them off. They're not fancy, but they work well for casual dress at work or play. I like Ecco, and these are my most comfortable pair.

These is great shoes. Fit is a little on the loose side. I ordered EU43 which works for me but if are use to US sizes, may want to get half size smaller. Very comfy and good looking for casual wear. Not a dress shoe by any means. I will recommend for its comfort and design.
