I saw other reviews about its fit and bought a size smaller than usual, 11-11.5 instead of 12. This was my first Zappos purchase. When I got the shoe, it was great all-around but was a bit tight on my left shoe. I need wider shoes... Anyway, it starts feeling better as I keep wearing. So I was not sure if I should return it or not, but essentially the shoe is awesome. It looks professional and comfy. I am not planning to return it. I am not sure what suggestions I can give on the size since it is hard to do this when purchasing online.

I purchased these in the brown color to replace a pair I had for many years (they wear like iron). My heel slipped on my usual size, so I exchanged them for one size smaller and they fit perfectly. These shoes are great for a casual slip-on (with jeans or shorts) yet look dressy enough for good khakis. Very comfortable, good-looking, and long-lasting.

Best shoe I have ever owned (60 years old). It s fairly nice looking, well-made and sturdy, very, very comfortable and supportive without being overly heavy. No visible damage after a year of daily wear. I just ordered another pair in different color. Great shoe.

Definitely true to size, and nicely made. A great choice for a pair of very comfortable yet versatile shoes.

I have four pairs of Ecco golf shoes and these are "out of the box" the most comfortable pair of casual shoes I own.

Excellent shoe. Ecco's almost always are. Since I have flat feet, I have a hard time finding shoes in general, but especially slip-ons, that fit well and that support my feet. With the help of an orthotic slipped in beneath the OEM insole, these shoes fit perfectly. They are a great everyday casual shoe.

Comfortable multipurpose. These shoes fit well and have better than average arch support. Sole and heel impact is softened by excellent cushioning. This can be worn as a casual or to work. Perhaps not quite attractive enough for truly formal events.

A nice casual show - I am able to dress for casual Friday every day of the week, and these shoes are ideal for this attire. They require very little break-in, and I've worn them for 10 hour days to start with very comfortably. The one down-side is the finish to the sole: they're a molded polyurethane which has 'notches' on the front - both left and right (I'm not sure why?). The finish of these notches was poor on the first pair I ordered, with a dangling piece of poly, and Zappos quickly replaced that pair.

My favorite shoes! Great shoe! I own 5 pairs in 3 colors and love them. They look terrific with slacks, jeans, or shorts (the brown). Buy a pair!

I found the Ecco sizing to be about 1/2 size larger than stated. I wear a 7 1/2 and get a size 7 slip on so I ordered a 41. This was too large so I swapped it out for a 40 and it fit perfectly even with my inserts. Zappos customer service was excellent as they shipped my replacement shoes for next day delivery, free of charge. Zappos' rocks!

Ecco Fusion Slip On - I am very pleased with my new shoes. Because I wear such a small size, I have trouble shopping for shoes at local stores. The shoes fit perfectly and look great on my foot. Also the service with your company was awesome. I would recommend both the shoe and your company to anyone.

Super comfortable, stylish shoe. I bought my husband this pair in brown and he wears it everyday. He says they have excellent support and since he is on his feet all day, they provide the right amount of cushioning for his feet. I am ordering another pair now in black. Highly recommended!

Utmost faith in Ecco and Zappos- My husband is an attorney who's on his feet in court much of the day, and also has plantar fasciitis. He swears by Ecco and will wear very little else on his feet. I bought him these slip-ons for casual wear in brown, and he loved them so much he asked for them in black. After I found them elsewhere online at a discount, Zappos, as always, instantly credited me back 110% of the difference. He wears a 9.5 Wide, but in Ecco sizing width is never an issue. The size 43 (9-9.5) are perfect.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had in my life. They look nice and tough at the same time. Besides customer service is beyond reasonable expectation. I bought the wrong size and replaced them with the right one in a blink of an eye. If I'm going to buy shoes, my choice would definitely go with Zappos!

Bought the style in Black a couple months ago. Needed a brown pair of shoes but wanted something different from my black pair. Tried many other brands but nothing fit as good or felt as good as the Fusion II that I had. Ended up buying this style again but in brown. Also like that they look good with jeans, dressy casual, and business casual. Might work with shorts too. I have an EE foot and these fit like they were custom made for me. Feels good just walking around in them.

Love these shoes and would buy again. They seem very high quality, hard to scuff up. They go perfect with jeans. The sizing seems off to me though. For my normal size, the shoe was too long so I went down a size. On the lower size the instep was too tight, but the length was perfect so I chose to stretch them out and they are perfect now. The way I stretched them is kind of funny, there is a YouTube video where someone shows how to stretch shoes by putting zip lock bags half full of water in the shoe and freezing them inside the shoe. Sounds crazy but it worked and it’s the only way I could get the instep and shoe length correct. Also since freezing the shoe and getting it sort of wet did not hurt the shoe at all I think it speaks for the quality of the shoes. The leather seems to be great quality. The sole is perfect too. I like the grippy tread. On our hardwood floors sometimes the shoe makes a very slight squeaky noise, but most floors walking is silent. The shoes are light and have a perfect amount of support. It feels like you could go running a few miles in them but you would look like a dork running in jeans or shorts with black leather shoes.

I had the older version of this shoe for 4 years. My work requires me to be on my foot for 12 hours a day and drive 4 hours and these shoes are comfortable in every possible way. I am also a diabetic and love them.

I think Ecco shoes in general are wonderful. They have a great fit and are very comfortable. The Fusion II shoes that I just bought are great with jeans, shorts or for business casual. They are very comfortable. I recommend them highly.

Very comfortable, and the fit is perfect. I was weary about ordering online for fit, but it was worth it! I ordered the black and brown, not only are the shoes awesome but the service was awesome! I had ordered to be shipped to a different address, and the customer service for Zappos called to make sure the order was correct and immediately shipped my purchase! A+

Very comfortable...great shoe. I have had a pair of these before. They seem to fit even better with time as the shoe molds to your foot.

These are great shoes, comfortable and light. They are also stylish, which is sometimes unusual for comfortable shoes.

A great looking and comfortable shoe. I bought these to replace my favorite Rockport slip-ons and they are going to do the job nicely. Ecco makes a great product and they are well worth the money.

These were a touch smaller than I would have liked at first but have stretched out a bit after a week. They are sturdy and well made, comfortable and weather resistant. I think that they are handsome and others agree with me. I would buy these again.

I gave these to my son who likes Ecco and needed some "boot/shoes." He likes them, I think they look dorky.
