I've worn these sandals for many years. I ordered my normal size and your advice was right TOO SMALL. Perhaps they're made differently or by another supplier

Very cute sandals! Great quality. They do tend to run small so I suggest getting a 1/2 to full size larger than you normally wear.

Cute on the foot, but the leather is too stiff for me.

Fits small. I usually wear 8.5 and have to go at least a half size up

The white stitching around the bottom of the shoe looked a little out of place to me. It made what could've been a shoe that might have gone from casual to dressy merely casual. Nothing particularly wrong, just doesn't look like a shoe that would cost this much.

I bought the Miami flat sandal in pewter, size 8, 1/2 size up as suggested by reviewers, so the length was good. However, the toe area is very wide and unflattering to a narrow foot, such as mine. No support as expected from a flat, albeit reasonably comfortable. Due to the price, I am disappointed in the overall look on my foot due to the wide footbed. My foot is slim, manicured, and attractive. The thong make my toes look like long fingers. The Miami is best for a wide, hefty foot. I bought the Matrix Low Wedge in black, same size, and it is much more flattering than the Miami Wedge, so I recommend the Matrix in both the flat sandal and the wedge for better style and attractiveness. The Miami wedge had a loud flop flop when you walk. The Matrix is my choice. By the way -- just purchased a pair of Steve Madden Gracie black patent thong sandals, size 7.5 (no sizing up) from Belk on sale for $39.99 less 25%. They are narrower and gorgeous on my feet! Also, the Miami wedge has a casual cork wedge and the Matrix wedge has a black patent wedge which is much more dressy than cork.

This pair of 10M were way too loose in the top of the foot strap - other four pairs were perfect. Love these iconic sandals! Gorgeous and magically comfortable for thongs!

Cute look but painful on feet as the straps were too tight

I love the style of these but they just did not fit well. The strap is too far back for my toes! Usually a 9, size up to a 10 in Bernardo.

The straps are very tight and I have narrow feet. Returning.

Beautifully made, quality sandal. The straps were too tight on my feet, though, in spite of the fact that my feet are low volume.

I grew up with these sandals I Miami. I bought a pair and the fit was perfect. So I ordered again the same size but this time it was too short- the heel did not sit all the way on the sandal. So, I ordered a half size larger and it was too big and did not fit snug. So, I returned both and I’m lost without a quality sandal.

The shoes are super cute and would be comfortable but they are a bit long in the front of the foot and too short at the back, meaning there is lots of room in front of the toes but the heel hangs over the back. Also, the front of the shoe is nice and wide but the heel is rather narrow. I will try a half size up to see how they work. I am a solid 6.5 with very average width and shaped foot. I will try a size 7.

Attractive but stiff.

So stiff! I tried walking down a flight of stairs in these, and it sounded like firecrackers!

Bernardo sandals have become narrower and shorter over the years. Or perhaps just less consistent. So don't expect them to be like the old ones. Still, the 7s were more comfortable than the 7.5s.

This is a very narrow shoe. I do not have a wide foot but could not get my foot into the shoe even a half size larger than what I usually wear. Feels very well made and would probably be very comfortable.

Ordered up half a size after reading the reviews. Cute sandal, but the leather thong between the toes was very short and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I had to send them back.

These sandals run short and very wide. I have short toes and my toes didn't come close to the front of the shoe while my heels were hanging off the back of the shoe. Returning them.

I really wanted to love these sandals. I had a favorite pair of pewter sandals that I literally wore out and thought these would be the closest replacement. Sadly, I was wrong. Aside from the fact that they have a very rounded toe, which makes even my size 9 foot look weirdly truncated, they run small. I read all the reviews prior to ordering and ordered a half size up to be safe. They BARELY fit; I probably should have gone a full size larger. If these had been the only issues, I might still be somewhat satisfied; however, these shoes are, without question, the most uncomfortable sandals I have ever owned. I have a narrow foot, but these straps are so tight and hit at just the wrong place that they are really painful. I've tried breaking them in, even getting them wet to stretch the leather, but to no avail. I think it's the design/placement of the straps, at least for my foot. So, I'm out money and am looking at buying one of the Frye sandals instead.

I have had these for about two months and they look like they are two years old already. They are wearing out so quickly and they are hardly metallic at all. The color has faded so much. They are not worth the money, I am sorry to say.

Bernardo is my all-time favorite sandal. I've never had a bad pair! These fit perfectly and look so nice. I want to get more in different colors.
