Nice boot. Real leather for sure, but a little bit cheaper quality than I expected. Pretty wide around the calf area and I'm not a bean pole by any means. Comfortable with a low heel, but very minimal padding in the ball of the foot so insoles are recommended. These boots definitely run small!

Very nice boots, look great, not as comfortable as I had hoped - a bit too small for me so, I gave them to my big (but smaller) sister & she loves them!

I'm a size 5 shoe (5.5 in boots), narrow feet, high arch and 15.5 to 16 inch calves. Suffice it to say, very difficult for me to find anything that fits well. These are beautiful boots, very sturdy and great quality leather. However, to accommodate my calves, I had to take them to my local shoe shop and get them fixed. If your feet are anything like mine, it's worth it to get these boots.

As soon as I took the boots out of the box I knew they were going to be huge! They were really wide specially in the ankle area. I don\'t think these boots are for people with slim legs like mine. Had to return them.

These boots are really cute. The brown color is very nice, pretty much the same as depicted in the picture. Yes, the ankles are a little wide, but not extremely so. The calves are roomy, which is great if you actually have calves, which I do. The foot isn’t too narrow, which I also like. Cute purple lining, too! My only complaint is that, because of the height of the heel, they leave my bunions aching. So, if you don’t have any foot problems like me, they’re great. Also, good rubber soles and padded footbed!

So. Got these in the mail today (was way excited) and I feel a bit on the fence about them. Like the other comments, the ankle area seems large and seems to bunch awkwardly, however, I think that I am actually going to end up liking that feature - as they already look streamlined (the leather is nice, and the toe box area makes your feet look cute). I’m thinking that a bit of bunching will be okay and end up looking slouchy and cute. I wear an 11 usually, but other UK shoes are usually a 41, won’t be wearing with real thick socks that’s for sure, but with the regular office like socks I’m wearing, they fit fine.

Strange fit. The boot is very well made and the leather looks expensive. But I ordered this in grey and I think the grey color is a little odd. Mostly, I sent them back because the fit was terrible. I have thin ankles and average sized legs, but I could've fit both of my legs in this boot. I also ordered one size up as the other reviews suggested and shouldn't have done that. The ankle is very wide and does not offer a flattering fit (for me, at least).

Unlike most Pikolinos, this boot seemed to run small. I ordered 3 pairs of Pikolinos boots to try and this was the only size 39 that felt short and tight. I checked the sole, and it had 39 printed on it. I'd say this boot runs one size small, so order a size up from your normal size. I preferred the fit and look of the Dinamarca style and so the Turin is going back.

I have been searching for comfortable grey boots, with a zipper andnot too high of a heel, and I have found them. These look good, and are quite comfortable. They seem true to size. The color is more of a taupe than a true grey, but is nice.

Gorgeous - Overall great boot. Beautiful leather and the heel is perfect for those that are already tall to begin with. Unfortunately they're going back because they don't fit at all. I usually wear a 41, occassionally a 42 which is what I ordered to be on the safe side. Entirely too small. If they made the next size up I'd exchange them in a heartbeat!

I loved the look of these boots and I normally wear a size 7.5 and ordered up after reading the reviews. When they arrived and I tried them on they are a nice looking boot but in the ankle area there is way too much room and it crinkles up when you walk. Because they are leather I would think they would strecth out and these boots would be way to big after a couple of wears. I tried them with several jeans and it still looked like the boot was too big. Overall the leather is beautiful and the design is sleek yet fashionable. But alas back they go.

I bought a size 37 based on the size of my other tight boot. My feet were able to fit into it, but the toe area is way too narrow; the arch is too short and too low, does not support at all and I can even insert a finger in between the arch area of the shoe and my foot. Would recommend anyone with narrow and long feet to purchase a full size higher. The boot also creases on the area where the zipper ends and that's not a very good sight because it makes my calves look more chunky.

I wish I had followed the advice and ordered one size up. The ankle area also gaped and didn\'t seem to fit at all. This caused the boot to look slouchy in the ankle and no where else on the boot. Love the color and look on line. I think though that I will be trying a different style. Shipping also took a lot longet than usual.

I'm 5'9" and generally wear a size 10. They fit my feet, but were designed to be really form-fitting, which was a bit too tight. The most awkward 3 aspects of this boot are the arch support, the ankle width, and the difficulty in getting them off. The arch oddly missed the area of the arch on my own foot, so there was a space there. Then the ankle leather immediately started to wrinkle, as it was way too wide, even with men's tube socks on. The ankle almost looked like an elephant ankle on me. Lastly, getting them off was hard. I had to insert my fingers into the small side zip slot and yank them down, as they could not be removed from the top. Sizing up would have meant an even wider ankle area, so I decided to just return them.

The boot felt a half size too small first of all, so I had to try it on with a thin sock. Secondly, the boot made my ankles look huge. Actually I am rather disappointed with Pikolinos because if you glance at the boot online, it does not appear the actual ankle width of the boot – it’s totally deceiving! When you try them on, it’s an ugly look since the entire boot is disproportionate to my leg. I have rather full size calves, and they fit wonderfully over my calves; however, the elephant ankles are just not working for me, so sad to say that such a stylish boot will have to be returned.

Loved that these had a unique look about them, but looked too large around the ankle for my comfort. Back they go!
