I love the way these look, especially since the toe area is rounded. However the heel is a bit too wide and slips on and off. I don't wear these when I have a lot of walking to do at work.

Received this pair after returning ones that were too large. The return process was easy & the CSR was extremely helpful. At first the shoes cut across the tops of my feet making them painful to wear until they were broke in somewhat. If the tops of my feet hadn't hurt they would have been quite comfortable.

These were too big, returned for a smaller size.

Very comfortable and well made. Unfortunately too wide for my narrow heel.

Cute, but at least 1/2 size too big. I wear 6, and was going to exchange for 5.5 but they are sold out of the colors I need.

These shoes fit well and feel comfortable right out of the box. Both the length and the width are true to size. I have long narrow feet so I am happy to have found these comfortable slip ons.

An overall good shoe that I think is best described as having the feel of a clog. The sole is semi-soft but has the sound of a hard heal when you walk. I am usually a 9.5/W and all they had was the 10W, which is sloppy on my foot. Even with a dress sock (not thin nylon kind) but feet are a little sloppy in them. Not sure if that is because the overall size is too big or if it's the Wide width. No pinching or rubbing anywhere though, so it's an overall comfortable shoe even though there is just the smallest of arch support padding. May need to try one size down if I can.

These shoes look very nice, however they run a bit large. I would recommend going one half size down.

Well made, nice grain to the leather, moderate heel good for a more active work environment. If you have a "thicker" foot, these shoes are lacking in toe box height. Top of the vamp cut into the bones/flesh on my foot. No way I could wear these without creating a ton of swelling. Wish these had fit, they are a great mix of business and casual.

So cute! Makes any outfit fun, esp with jeans.

Great everyday flat

After much sending the shoes back and forth (one of the pairs had a big scratch on the font of the shoe) I was able to get the correct size. These are very cute shoes. I wear an 8 1/2 N but they ran large in length. The 8N were just right; however they do gap at the sides when walking (not much to be concerned about). The heels were slightly clunky to me. I would have liked to have seen a smaller heel. Overall the fit is good and I liked the style. I love Zappos return policies, no hassles or problems and the returns get there on time too..no waiting and waiting for refunds.

Very cute shoes, found after a long search for comfortable black flats. They do not gap outward/sideways at the ball of the foot when you walk, like so many flats do (watch the Zappos videos). Comes with a caveat: if you need serious arch support (for plantar fasciitis), these will not work. My weight rested heavily on the padded heels, but my arch was floating unsupported, dangerously far above the foot bed. Liked the style and the rest of the fit so much, I found a solution: remove the removable inserts and replace with Dr. Scholl's orthotics for plantar fasciitis. They trim up well, fill the whole foot bed, soften the heel pressure and support the arch. For another $16-18, you can turn these shoes into something relatively close to Dansko par and still not spend as much $. Was glad I found a way to keep them. I don't know how a round-toed, rubber-soled shoe rates such a comment, but my husband thought they looked really "sexy."

These were very cute. My usual size was too long, so I ordered a 1/2 size smaller. They fit fine in length. The heel was a little narrow for me.

I usually wear a size 8 wide or size 8.5 medium. Based on some of the reviews, and since I was planning on wearing them with thin socks, I ordered these shoes in a size 8.5 wide. While they fit (maybe a little on the long side, but not so much that they were sliding off my heels), my feet became very uncomfortable after wearing them around the house for about 1/2 hour. Otherwise, cute shoe.

I have not made a decision on whether or not to keep them. The leather along the edges is rough especially along the heals and where it y's on the top of the foot. I am nervous about them causing blisters. I don't think they are ment to be worn with out socks or stockings. However, I have a wide foot and these looked flattering and felt comfortable with the exception of stiff scratchy leather

I loved the style of this shoes. I had to exchange the size and the customer service support did an amazing job assisting with the return. Would definitely recommend this shoes and purchasing at Zappos.

I bought these because I loved the black hush puppies I have owned for years in this style. A little disappointed because these are not as comfortable as the other ones. They changed the style a bit and this one irritates my toes whereas my older black ones don't pinch my toes like that. I have to wear them with socks or nylons because they rub at the top, near my toes.

Cute and comfortable shoe. If you order, be sure to get a size smaller. In my opinion it runs big.

The shoe is cute and a great deep red color. I wore then all day today, and I have to say I was ready to take them off mid afternoon. I will keep them though and just not wear them as long until they are broken in a little better. Beware that this is not a soft leather like I usually purchase.

Great looking shoe, very comfortable in the toe box. Didn't pinch anywhere. But was clearly a good half-size larger than marked. I wear a 6.5 WW or occasionally a 7, and this 6.5 was falling off. I may reorder in size 6WW if available.

I am returning because the shoes run large. Will try a half size smaller as I love the style.
