Very comfortable right out of the box. I travel full-time for work, and these are fantastic for slogging through long airport terminals, and taking on/off for security checkpoints. I'll be getting another pair as a backup in case they discontinue the style! I wear a 5 1/2 or 6 depending on maker/style and the 6 fits a bit loose, but fine with socks or hosiery.

These are fabulous shoes. I wanted a shoe I could wear every day during the winter and not have to worry about snow and ice. Well worth the price...I know they'll last forever.

Paul Green Dex -- These just arrived and true to form they live up to Paul Green\'s usual excellent standards. I bought the "Rave" 3 years ago and wore them hard and was hoping to find something with the same fit and here they are. The toe is slightly more tapered giving them a dressier look but the sizing is the same. Don\'t let the lug sole fool you: they are very light and a great everyday option. So now I will wear the "Rave" on messy days and save the new "Dex" to wear on nice days to extend the lifetime of the newer shoe. Love the shoes and Zappos too!

This is a light and beautifully comfy shoe. It does hit me just a bit high on the side of the ankle and in the back. I'm hoping this is is just a sizing issue. I love my other Paul Green (boots) and hope this is just a sizing issue.

Love these shoes! I ordered them because I had to help at a company event in Las Vegas and wanted shoes that would be comfortable and appropriate for both jeans and business casual pants. Before the trip I took them out of the box and immediately was able to wear them all weekend long, no breaking in other than maybe an hour. After three days on my feet I did end up with a bit of soreness, but I’m not sure any shoe would prevent that other than sneakers. Overall these shoes were perfect and I would order them in other colors if I could find them.

Paul Green Shoes are my favorite. This shoe is another great one. Love it. Great arch support. Not a heavy shoe, very light. I normally wear a 10 but went down a half size in this shoe. Would buy again.

This Paul Green loafer is fabulous! It\'s good looking, provides terrific arch support, and is one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I\'ve ever worn. I can walk all over San Francisco in these shoes for hours (up and down all sorts of hills), and my feet feel fine afterwards which is definitely not the case with most of my other walking shoes! The shoes run a little larger than American shoes, however, so I recommend ordering a half size smaller.\r\n\r\n

This has become my go-to work shoe (casual professional office) because it's super comfortable, stylish, has a bit of a heel, and goes well with everything. Beautiful Paul Green loafer. Unfortunately the sides of the shoe are too high and rub against a bone in my foot. I think the shoe runs a bit large. I have many Paul Green shoes, so ordered the same size, but my foot slid forward in these. That may be because my foot is a bit narrow.

Shoe is beautifully made and very light weight, very comfortable. The only issue I have is the shoe is very narrow. I don't have a narrow foot so I'm going to send them back for a larger size. Yecks size 11. I love this shoe though it is so very very comfortable.

Cute classic loafer and love the lug sole! Have this shoe in the Earth Metallic and find that they do run small and narrow. Quite a different fit from my other Paul Greens. The sides also rub under my ankle bone but because there is no arch support I can add a heel orthotic that helps with the fit.
