A very nice looking shoe, but too short in the heel, so I ordered a larger size. Well, the heel fits, but the toe end sticks way out front, so it looks kinda funny. Plus, I didn't like the stretchy fabric.

I have a very similar pair from Donald J. Pliner. Rasha pair isn't designed properly. The fit is technically correct, but it doesn't hug foot securely, so it slips all over and after 6 blocks it's too uncomfortable to walk. The shoe is very heavy, which also makes it uncomfortable very quickly in summer heat. The other similar Donald J. Pliner shoe was so comfortable I could walk 2 miles on city sidewalks. And it was extremely stylish. Rash is a big disappointment.

I got this shoe awhile ago and absolutely loved the look and fit - but - my foot slipped oddly and twisted my ankle. I wore them for a few extra minutes but still had the problem. I was excited to see them on sale now and thinking about trying again, but note that other reviews mention the same problem! Pliner - please fix the stability issue with shoe because it is gorgeous and I have tons of Pliners but never had this problem before. It's comfortable as heck but giving it one star in that category only because of the danger of wearing it!

I just got home and threw these shoes in my garbage can. I do not know what it is about the construction of these shoes, but today I fell for the third time. I have never had this problem with any shoes I've ever owned. Perhaps it is a combination of the elastic insert on the top along with the narrower heel causing instability...whatever it is, they are gone. I read several reviews that hinted at this problem. If I had posted a review when I initially received the shoes, it would have been glowing. The first time I fell was in April, on a rainy day. I didn't wear the shoes again until June, when I thought my fall must have been a fluke, and I'd try them again. But, no such luck, I fell again inside the Merchandise Mart. So today almost three months later, I thought I'd try them again...with the same result. I'm not going to keep trying them, at some point I'd break my ankle. My cost: the price of the shoes, a hole in the knee of a pair of pants, an asphalt stain on a pair of jeans, scraped up knee (twice), scraped up palm (twice), and a ruined manicure. What a high price to pay and have nothing to show for it. It would seem that these shoes work for some and not for others. When I read the reviews, I thought how do you fall out of or off your shoes? That seemed unbelievable. But through my stubborn refusal to believe it was the shoes, I got to experience it three times. Buyer beware.

This is a really uncomfortable shoe. I wore out another pair of a similar style from Donald J. Pliner, because it was so comfortable I wore it everywhere. This was a big disappointment after such a good first experience.
