Great fit & comfortable.

Cute but ran small. Returned for this reason. Order 1/2 to size up.

Really like these flip flops. Not too heavy but they feel durable. Got my regular size in shoes. They are a keeper.

I thought I would love these because others seem to rave about them. The straps on the top bend and don’t lay flat, therefore digging into the top of my foot. For the price, I was very disappointed in the comfort.

These shoes are not comfortable. I keep trying them, but not happy. I should return them.

Havaianas is a great brand if you want a basic flip flop which is what I needed. It was exactly as I expected.

These flip flops are not the same quality as the Havianas I have from several years ago. They seem smaller and stiffer and not as comfortable.

I first bought by true size 8- Zappos did recommend that I buy a size up ( 9 ) but I chose not too :) I was wrong. I needed to buy the 9-10.

I have 3 other pair of Havaianas and they are all a good, tight, comfortable fit. The straps on these Navy blue ones are too big and it is hard to keep on your feet. Also, hurts to walk in them that way because you have to grip the flip flop with your toes. I should have sent them back but didn't want to take a chance the next pair was the same. Wish they were consistent. I ordered another pair once where the straps were too large and returned. I regret not exchanging these.

These fit perfectly. I normally wear an 8.5 of non-name brand shoes, and 8 of branded goods as they tend to have correct sizing. But these fit perfectly. Very comfortable. I only wear inside the house where there is carpet. So cannot say about what it feels on concrete outside.

These flip flops disappoint me every time I don't know why I keep buying them. After wearing them like three times, the top of the flip flop becomes super slippery that they are not comfortable to walk in because you have to hold them down with your toes when you take a step. Just poor material quality. It's misleading because when you get them they have a little bit of rubbery tack on the top so you think that they will be easy to walk in, but it wears off quickly.

Love Havaianas, been getting them for years, classic, easy perfect!

Got these to replace 15 year old flips - slightly larger than the old ones, which is a good thing, nice and cushiony, good color. Hope these last as long, and i think i will order a second pair in a different color very soon…

Nice basic flipflop with older thicker strap.

Worn Havaianas flip flops for over 10 years and buy several every year. This is the second year the sizing on the straps is so big that I can't walk in them. I have a very average size 7-medium-width foot and I can put 3 fingers between the top of my foot and the straps on the The foot bed is the same as always but the straps are meant for a super-meaty foot. WHY DID THEY CHANGE THE FIT AFTER ALL THESE YEARS

Poor quality, worth it to upgrade to a better shoe

Love these flip flops with wider straps. Very comfortable. Hope they add more colors.

REALLY glad I already had a pair of Havaianas to check for sizing. I typically wear a women's 8 shoe, but in these flippies I wear the 39/40 (which is a women's 9-10) because otherwise the sandal would be too short for my foot. So while I think Zappos has the sizes listed correctly, Havaianas seem to run a little short.

Awesome customer service! The first set of flip flops had a weird small stain that bothered me. I called Zappos and they quickly offered a couple of solutions that made it super easy on me.
