The inside of the cuff at the bottom is not properly protected. The additional material is only behind the seam, which is vulnerable to the edges of the ski. I have 46 days on mine this season and have had to repair them. They won't make it to a second season.

I just ordered these for my girlfriend for valentine's day, and when i received the shoes and opened the box, they were dirty! The box itself was damaged and the inside was messy like someone had crumbled all the paper. The laces had multiple stains on them as well as scuff marks on the toes, heels, and bottoms. Both shoes appeared to have been previously worn even though I ordered a brand new pair. I don't have enough time to return them before Valentine's day, so i'm stuck with a gift that looks second hand. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Very uncomfortable, left with sore feet after only a few hours. The tongue has a leather trim that digs into the top of your foot. The heel is too stiff and leads to blisters. I really wanted to like these but after a week of discomfort I had to send them back. Laces were too short.

I wish they had a larger variety of sizes for women. Looking for a 7 in women's :(

I love vans shoes but these weren't good. Didn't use them until recently, they ended up tearing where the cloth meets the rubber within a week,

I bought these in white with the floral pattern inside. I washed them and the flower pattern colors bled through the shoe. I wore them twice but I was at a party and people kept stepping on my shoes if anyone knows of a way to get the blue out le me know please.

Fabric came looking stained and oily. It's not worth my time to return them. I'm not sure if the spotty fabric is intentional but it looks bad - my girlfriend commented on it immediately. Would not recommend or buy again

Most painful shoe in my life

I cant even wear them because they where cutting the back of my heel. I've tried to break them in but to no avail. Horribly made worse vans ever

Had these one day before they started literally coming unglued on the sides

I had to return shoes. The inside by the heel where the red and white stripes are was all worn looking the shoes looked used

I bought these ski pants excited because I had a few other products from North Face including fleeces, insulated pants, and gloves but was highly disappointed by these ski pants. I wore them 5 times downhill skiing in average conditions and the pants have developed small rips between .25 and 1.25 inches throughout the bottom third of both leg compartments completely through the material. I have been skiing for 20+ years, including skiing with the same boots and skis as in this experience and never had a similar issue with ski pants. I returned them to the store which in turn sent them to the warranty center only for the company to state it is not covered by a warranty. The customer service represnentive was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. She offered 50% discount off a new pair of the same ski pants but I declined as these have been worn 5 times and I will not be spending any money on North Face products in the future.
