I bought these boots in Sept 2023 and by Dec 2023, about when rainy season starts up here in SF Bay Area, they were no longer waterproof. Ive had similar experiences with Ariat waterproof boots in the past, so I guess I shouldve known better. I contacted customer service in Dec and still havent heard back, so thats not great. Anyways, Im giving these boots more than one star because they are very comfortable, though they do make my feet sweat in hot weather. My advice to someone looking for waterproof shoes would be to avoid these, but if youre looking for good cushioning and support, consider getting the non waterproof version of these boots. On a side note, Ive had a pair of Dublin River Boots that Ive had for 5+years that have easily outlasted these in waterproof-ability. In terms of fit, Im usu a size 9, 40 EU and a 8.5 in these fit well. They are roomy enough for my orthotics.

I bought these boots after trying on a pair in a store; however, the store didn't have my correct size. I could tell from the feel of the boot that it was comfortable and loved the style and design. I went online to order directly from Ariat, in my size, and managed to purchase cheaper than the store price. Win, win!!

I bought these to replace an older pair of the same boot. I loved the older pair and wore them out. They are starting to be damaged but are still so comfortable. The new pair look just as high quality and are super comfortable. Cant wait to wear them hiking and hunting.

Comfortable as can be but very unattractive in person. The image is slightly misleading. In person they are not good looking in the black color. I wear them everyday for work but I would not wear these in public.

Beautiful boots, lovely lines. The c width is really tight on the ball of my foot, length is perfect. If I can get them stretched out , this will be my favorite pair of boots ! Love all my Ariats!

I have worn these boots for a very long time. They held up fairly well but the sole started to come apart from the boot and from there it just went down hill. They weren't really comfortable and a little big to begin with but still lasted a good while.

I bought these boots at a sale at Tractor Supply after noticing others wearing them at my stable. They are all around the best boots Ive ever had - warm, waterproof, supportive, fit in stirrups AND tried them for hiking and they were great!

I have worn these boots for 5 years. I have a second pair waiting to go into rotation, but the older ones are still going strong! I work my homestead and use them at work 7 days a week!! ! would recommend them to anyone that wants a comfortable, durable, economical, and nice looking pair of boots. I plan on getting each of my daughters some very soon and continuing the ariat tradition in my house and farm.

What happened to quality control. I purchased 2 of these boots. I have always worn size 6 in ariats. I order size 6. One pair was a too big, heavy socks didnt help. The other pair was huge!!!!! A friend who wears a 7.5 bought that pair from me. The sizing on the boot was 6.

The size chart to me is 1/2 size off. I have worn this same style boot for over a decade at 7.5 these are an 8. Tried to call...No Answer..No Call back...No answering Email...No Service whatsoever. I was dissapointed because i was going to start using the site but not now. If you call theres just one message...how to return items.

I love these boots! This is my 4th pair over 15 years, as I am very hard on them~ I use them for Building permit construction field work. The only reason they are not 5 stars is that I believe the insteps are not as supportive as they use to be. I typically wear a size 8 but in these I wear a 7.5(I do NOT wear thick socks)

I 've owned a pair of Aristotle hiking boots previously. I loved them! They were a women's size 7D. The toe box was roomy. Now I needed a size 8 D. You didn't have this size in women's. So I referred to the men's sizes and ordered a size 7D . There is a big difference between the men's size D width and the women's D width. The men's toe box is narrow and not as rounded or tall. I'm wearing them and hoping they will stretch some.

Perfect for chores, schooling in an outdoor arena in the rain, trail riding, and for when you want to save your lace-up Ariat Nitro Paddock Boots for the dry days of summer. Very versatile, convenient, comfortable, and durable. Runs big and wide. In other footwear I wear a womans 9.5/10 or mens 8/8.5. I have worn a pair of these in size 9.5 for a few years, and they were too big but I took up space with an insert and Sole insole. The second pair I ordered was a half size smaller in size 9 and the fit is roomy but a perfect fit. Fits my narrow heel and wider forefoot well. Black with black suede chaps looks great!

These boots are the most comfortable walking and mucking shoes around, and the waterproofing is a necessity for life in the PNW. They break in in no-time at all and are the most trustworthy boot I've tried for keeping my feet both warm and dry while tromping in grass fields. I am on my third pair and hope the waterproofing lasts longer than it did in the pair I'm replacing it with. Ariat's solid with their warranty though, so I'm glad I was able to replace these easily.

They are exactly as they were described fit is very comfortable. I will be ordering from you again. Very pleased with my selection.

i asked if i should choose reg size or size up for boots if wearing thick socks & im told reg. my foot feels like its loosing circulation & numb after 5 mins of wearing it theyre so tight. on top of that 3 days into wearing the hiking boot outside in rain (oh, theyre also waterproof) LIE. i had a pair before that lasted me nearly 2 years (the brown pair) i got black so it could match w whatever i wear for work. It cant be the same material they used to use because its already falling apart. customer service wasnt even replying until i sent them another 3-4 messages. i even tried the chat & no one got back to me. i paid $26 for fast shipping & they arrived 2 weeks later. the whole process was unreal. nothing was done to help me either. thanks ariat! for nothing but a worthless $136 + 26 for shipping boot .

Cute but not sure I liked the glossy brown and it also didn't fit right. I got the 7.5 wide but it was too short, the 8 too big so got a different style.

Terrain boots This is my 4th pair of terrain boots. This is the 1st time Ive had to put in a thicker insole. The boots arent built as balanced as the previous ones. Not sure Ill purchase them again.

My retail location stopped stocking my Fatbaby Saddle boots. I was hesitant to order online as I have to try on 2-3 pairs to find a good fit as the 6 medium can vary & be hard to get on! So I tried the wide Fatbaby Saddle finish! They slid right on! Wider in the toe & the heel & the heel. Will update later as I'm concerned the inside of the heel will wear out due to more inside heel movement. Just wish they had a more of a rubbery or gripping sole. Husband said they are so small (size 6) and should come with the holster and cap gun!

They are cute and I love them. The sizing is awkward. I purchased a size 9. The fit but feet flop out the bed of the boot. The 8.5 was too tight. If I buy another pair it will be an 8.5

I had the fatbaby boot for years, it's really comfortable. Easy to put on and great for the yard job.
