All of my UGGs are size 10 so I ordered size 10 in these slippers. They are extremely tight (even for my narrow foot) and short. The sizing is so far off that they must be marked incorrectly! I liked the slipper and thought they might stretch a little and be OK. So I wore them for a few days. Of course they haven't stretched and now are non-returnable. What was I thinking? Zappos is great and would have taken them back without a problem. They are at least one size and maybe even two sizes smaller than marked.

These are the worst slippers I've tried. I ordered UGGs twice because everyone seems to love UGGS. Not these. My husband owns a pair from years ago and when I ordered him a new pair the same thing happened. They are too narrow on the left foot. Tight and painful. The original pair he has we're roomy and comfortable. I ordered these and the same thing happened. The left was tight it cut off circlulation causing pain. I tried other styles and still the same issue. I think UGG is sourcing its labor from China and the quality is the worst especially for the price point. Neither one of us has wide feet and usually it does take some time to matte down the shearling but, these are such poor quality UGG should be ashamed. Too late to send them back as the tie came off but, Zappos is still wonderful no worries there.

I usually wear a 9.5 and ordered these in a 10 (41). They were SO SMALL that even after wearing them around the house most of the day (barefoot) it felt like my feet were being squeezed so tight they were going numb. Even as the shearling molded to my foot they were still super tight. My mom, who wears an 8.5, tried them on and they felt too small for her foot as well. Had to return them. They were so small, I thought maybe there was a mistake and they'd sent me the wrong size. But they were 41s. I have other UGGs in 41 that fit, no problem. Not sure what was going on with these shoes.

This UGG shoe is bad. Sorry. I don't know what the other 1200 people are smoking. I own 3 other styles of UGGs and this one is not for me. My other UGGs make me feel like I am walking on a cloud! These felt way too small and constricting (normally size 8, ordered size 8). They were also oddly shaped and felt like they made my smallish foot look gigantic. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Item was snug, but worse was the new Ugg PURE lining as opposed to the shearling they used to use. Sending these back.

First time this has ever happened with Zappos. We received a pair of UGG Slippers that had been worn before! Yuck. Sending back to order another pair. A gift for my mother-in-law. I am really hoping that this was an oversight because I love Zappos.

I ordered a size 8 because all of my other Uggs had been a size 8. I had to squeeze my feet into them. I had read other reviews that stated that they stretched so I wore them inside for an entire day and the still felt tight. My toes were toasty and my ankles and the top of my feet froze. They were so tight that I could not wear socks to help solve that. So disappointed. Highly recommend these shoes if you have narrow feet. The fur was also not as fluffy as it appears in the photos. Also even tho my toes were so tight my ankle would slip out easily. Very weird shoes.
