I wore these a couple times in my house and the inside pad has come loose sonit bunches under my foot and is painful to walk on wouldn't recommend at all

Worst experience ever with the customer experience. Each time when I called in, I had to wait on hold for half an hour to get their help. Once they promised to help, they all put me on hold for another half an hour and eventually just hang up! My issue is still not solved and I have wasted so much of my time. Will never buy anything from ugg.com again.

I can't wear these. They kill my little toe with a rough seam.

I ordered this item online and when I received it unfortunately it looked used. I sent it back for an exchange which took over a month and I had to call customer service numerous times to the point where the last representative had to put a ticket in to expedite the exchange process. When I finally received the exchange item once again the slippers looked used. I took the item to the UGG outlet and got my money back. I was extremely disappointed since I'm a huge fan of UGG and have purchased many of their items before.

This pair is a replacement pair for a defective pair I got as a gift. The outer seam opened on these and I'm not going through the hassle of returning them. I've just learned that UGG is not a product I believe in.

No paddding for comfort. Very narrow. Over rated!!

I purchased theses slippers on 2/3/22 and after less than a month of use they ripped on the top side seam (Noticed rip on 2/24/22). I only wore them around the house so I wasn't using them on any extreme expeditions. If you want a quality slipper don't get this version. My shoe size is 7 or 7.5 so I purchased an 8 and they fit great. But one day I slipped them on and noticed they felt weird. Sure enough I look down and see a rip running up the top side seam close to the leather bow. Spend your money wisely and don't purchase this slipper. Rips could happen to you. I tried to upload a pic but the website just kept giving my the rainbow spinning circle of thought. So take my word for it, buy a different slipper.

Have ordered my wife numerous size 8 UGGs. She wears a 8.5 and every other pair was perfect. These ran way too small, like sizing was changed. And don't you dare say it's cause my wife's feet got bigger, or I'll get in trouble

I have had 3 pairs of these in the past. I bought a new pair this year expecting the same great fitting, comfortable slipper. Unfortunately, the sole of the slipper has changed into a rigid more suitable for outdoor wear than the pliable indoor sole of the past. I had to return them.

The show is way bigger than it's size. It did not fit my daughter. I wear a size bigger and it could fit my foot.

Bought this because the site said it was available ordered it thinking it'd arrive before Christmas now I get an email saying it's on backorder until January after I already paid for it what a joke

The quality and workmanship is not to par. It's not like the picture showed in the website. The fur is not cut evenly so whatever picks out of the shoe looks like a dead cat in there. The shoe is too narrow and the shoe is hard not soft as the ugg boots that I'm used to. I should return them, but I think is too late. I really wanted them and needed them for my chemo induced condition that I developed on my feet.

I bought them in a size 8, which I always buy in the ugh classic tall boots and these were very snugged because of all the fur, exchanged them for a size 9 and that was too big. I wish they came in half sizes. I hope they will because I would love to own a pair that fits.

Had to send back because apparently only people with narrow feet are good enough for your shoes.

I bought this pair thinking they would be like the pair I bought 3 years ago in a pretty peach color. The new purchase in grey is unevenly sewn and lined with a yucky material. I would like to return them, maybe an exchange?

I got the wrong size not knowing that these run super duper small I would get another but would want to know my size for these first
