Smelly Uggs - They smell funny. Not just my daughter's - all of her friends complain of the same problem. People can smell them from across the room.

I have had UGG slippers for years due to their comfort. Sadly, these new slippers are nothing like their predecessors. They quality of the sheepskin interior is disappointing. It's as if I'm walking on the hardwood floor without any cushioning at all. Come on UGGS, you can do better.

bought my first pair of dakota moccasins in early 2016, i JUST had to buy a new pair january 2024 as my old ones were pretty run down, still in decent condition for being almost 8 years old though. was so excited to get new pair because of how comfy and well they hold up! (i only wear them about october - march) got my new pair, they looked a lot different and material seemed cheaper, but obviously that's expected since the first pair was from so long ago. of course things are going to change/ be different from that long in between. they are a lot thinner and the material has worn down so much faster. just noticed today i already have a hole in them now and i don't even wear them all year round. have probably only worn them for 8-9 months. save your money & buy something cheaper, they will probably be better quality than these anyway. really sad about these because i loved my first pair so much!

Slippers. Miss the shearling lining

I have purchased Dakota slippers for many years in different colors and loved them. I wear them every day. This was the first time that I ordered the Dakota slippers on sale and ordered two pairs in black. Unfortunately, they were both so defective that I didn't bother to try them on and quickly sent them back. I wasted my rewards points. One other time, I ordered boots on sale and they smelled like cleaner. I never returned them and still haven't worn them. Lesson learned - don't order sale items, if this experience is any indication of the quality of sale items.

I wanted to love these, but they were hard, stiff, too tight and small and I'm always a true size 6. Unfortunately I returned them

Right shoe not constructed properly.

These are super comfy EXCEPT they are so narrow they squeeze my toes and make my feet hurt. I've barely warn them for this one reason. I was so disappointed

Very disappointed for the money this is my 2nd pair the soles do not come up far enough to cover the front of the shoe if you wear them out your toe (bottom) hits the ground and quickly puts hole in the material .. they need to bring the sole up to protect the bottom like they did the back that comes up the back to protect the heel ..

I have this pair in black and they fit perfectly. I ordered the pink and the do not fit. They are too shallow in height on the arch. It's loke they need to be stretched by a tennis ball. I have thin feet but also had my highschoolers try and they agreed there is something wrong with this pair.

Didn't open Til Christmas. Have worn for a month. Noticed the 'fur' getting packed down and they're not as warm as my old pair of 8 years. Looked at the inside and found they are not lined with shearling. They don't even have it on the insoles. Guess it was my bad for assuming they would be of the same standard as my originals. Now Ugg is no better than any other shoe. Bye, bye Ugg. Never again.

One of the shoes came apart, this item needs to be returned

The recommendation was to go down to the lower size So if the person wears 8 1/2 you should order 8. This is NOT CORRECT. Slippers were too small. They were a gift to an elderly person out of town. Have to get the Slippers back to return them now. Not ideal

bought as a gift. the person wears 7.5, i ordered 8. Too small for the person. I tried for myself as I wear an 8...i think a size 9 would have been best for both of us.
