will he exchanging

I am going to return them to exchange for a size larger. I take a 6/12. In the past I have worn six 6 UGGS but it looks like I need a 7 for the slippers.

I bought these as house slippers. I love the color and style, as well as the cushioning insole. The only problem I had was that they were too narrow so I had to stretch them out, which was a painful process. Perhaps they could be offered in a wide size? I have owned UGGs in this size, but a different style and they fit great from the start, so maybe the moccasin slippers are designed to be narrower.

I want to change it i don't like it. I have a return label do i need to pay for the shippiing. I want the Gershwin boots. If i ship it are you gonna change it to Gershwin boots in brown?

I feel that ugg sizes always run too small

I'm writing this review for you guys because I just ordered my first pair of Dakota slippers. All of the reviews say the shoe is true to size and fits great. However, when this shoe came in, I was very disappointed. To start off, I'm an 8.5 but ordered an 8 because slippers like this have a history of sliding off the back of my foot. Yes, the shoe was very cute and and soft.. but my foot couldn't fit in it at all. The fuzz on the wool on the inside was so thick I felt like it was cutting off the circulation to my foot and I don't have wide feet. I figured it was my fault for ordering a half-size down. But then my cousin, whose foot is two sizes smaller than me, tried them on and said they were way too tight on her as well.

Had bought them for my wife, but they were a tight size 8. Had to give them to my daughter.

I use this shoe when driving a bus. Keeps feet warm. Wish the rubber would continue over front of shoe like on the heal. Not good for wearing long period of time because no heal support. Other wise good shoe.

I wear a size 6 1/2 so I ordered the 7 as advised. Like many others noted the slipper would not stay on my foot. The length was okay but the heel was too loose. Sadly I must return. Too bad because they're cozy and cute.

I am waiting on the warehouse to receive my warehouse. I took them to the Post Office on Nov 26 and they weren't picked up until Dec 2. I took them back to the post office last Wednesday and I am waiting for them to arrive in California. It's over a week later; however, Thanksgiving was last Thursday. I love UPS and their quick delivery. I have had problems with the Post Office in the past. I much prefer UPS. I have 2 other pairs of UGGs and a child's size 3 is perfect. These slipper, however ran a whole size too small. It made me so sad. I love them and I am waiting for an exchange. Please let customers know the Ansley runs small.

Slipper is too short up & down over the toes. Not enough toe space. Does not provide the feeling of being soft and cushy.

These slippers seem to run TWO sizes too small. I was very disappointed to try on a size 5, and then a size 6 and still not being able to fit into them. I just sent in my exchange form for a size 7. I have 2 friends who had the exact same problem.

Super warm and comfy. Seem to be made really well. They're pretty true to size but might feel a bit snug at first because of all the wool. If you're in between or aren't sure, go a half size bigger. I wear between and 8.5-9 and bought the 9.0 and they fit perfect. I don't like the shape of the top part of slipper at all. It comes down too far on the foot. It should be closer to the toes. It look like a man's slipper and makes your foot look two sizes bigger. I bought them for my sister because I have the copycat Uggs and love them. I actually like mine better. Hopefully she won't know the difference not having something to compare it to. Next time, I would check out them out in the store first and also check out the Mandie style. They might be cuter and fit more like a woman's shoe.
