I received these for Christmas. I love the color!! I will be returning them, however because they keep slipping off my feet. They fit perfectly snug around my foot and feel great until wearing them for about an hour, which is when they start slipping off of my heel. I wear a size nine and usually I wear the Ansley in a size 9 with no issue. I will go back to the Ansley.

I read many reviews, some saying this runs small, some saying it's just right, so ordered my regular size. The slippers are way too tight on my feet though the heels are slipping. It's sort of like the back of the slippers isn't high enough to stay up. Besides that I thought Ugg's would be super comfortable and they aren't at all. They feel like walking on cement. I'm so sorry because I really needed these, but I'm happy to shop at Zappos always because I don't have to worry about returning something that just isn't right.

I think these may have fit if the laces hadn't been sewn into place. I didn't want to cut the thread if I might have to return them...so, I ended up returning them and ordering the Ugg Ansley slipper. They fit perfectly for a slipper: not too snug, but not too tight.

I own this shoe in 3 colors and all size 10 my normal shoe size -- have been wearing them for years-- recently bought the rose in 10 and they are a full size smaller than my old ones-- why? now not sure what to order -- do love my old ones though!

These are super warm and comfortable. They are made well. They run true to size but might feel a bit snug at first because of all the wool. If you are in between or not sure, go half a size bigger. I wear between an 8½-9 and bought the 9 and they fit perfectly. I do not like the shape of the top part of slipper at all. It comes down too far on the foot and should stop closer to the toes. It look like a man's slipper and makes your foot look two sizes bigger. I bought them for my sister because I have the copycat Uggs and love them. I actually like mine better. Hopefully she will not know the difference not having something to compare it to. Next time, I would check out the Mandie style, too. They might be cuter and fit more like a woman's shoe.

Pretty disappointed with these slippers. The last pair I owned fit great and I wore them out entirely. Regularly an 8.5 and an 8 in the boot, I purchased an 8 and a 9. The 8 feel very tight and small, and the 9s are huge and slipping off my feet. When placing the two sized side by side, the 9s look HUGE. I also see they are made in China now. What isn't? Overall disappointing as I cannot decide which to keep. I'd prefer not to have to wear socks all the time, but don't like how tight the smaller pair feels. UGH to Uggs.

I've had two pair of Dakotas and they were great. Both were size 9. I had to break them in, even though I have a narrow foot. Once they were broken in, I practically wore them all the time. I just received a pair of size 9 Dakota Uggs and they are huge on me. I also ordered a size 8 and they are very tight. Why aren't the sizes like they used to be? Can someone tell me what is going on? Why don't they fit like past Dakotas?

I love Uggs and have a pair of the short boots. I ordered the slippers in the same size and they are very tight up in the toe part, and my heel slips out. So sorry I must return them.

I really wanted to like these slippers, but I could not help but be disappointed. I have had them for about a year now. When they were brand new I thought they were very comfortable. I am a size 6 and ordered a 6. They fit perfectly. However, within a few weeks I noticed the heel area on my right slipper was missing some of the lining, causing the outer part of the slipper to rub up against my heel. If it were not for that flaw, they would be very comfortable. My other issue was the ties. I was worried about them coming untied from the beginning, but I read a review that putting a little water on the knot would cause the leather to swell and prevent them from becoming loose. I tried this technique but it did not work. The ties are constantly coming undone, and the bows never look as good as they did when I first got them. Overall, these are good slippers if you are lucky and do not get one that is missing some lining. They would also be better without the ties, even though they make the slippers cute.

I first bought these slippers in 2009, looking for something warm to wear in a cold house. They fit the bill. In the last year, the stitching began to fail at the toe on one shoe. It didn't hold after I re-stitched, so I reordered the same exact item in the same size (8). They were painfully tight, beyond any hope of relief from breaking in, so I returned them for the next size up. Comparing new and old, I notice that the added length of the size 9 is entirely in the heel. So, they are relatively loose there, and still somewhat tight in the forefoot. I suppose that if they offered a wide version, that might have done the trick... Both the 2009 size 8 and the 2013 size 9 are made in China, but I think I noticed that the 2013 size 8 was made in Viet Nam... not 100% sure. In any case, maybe they should remove "Australia" from the brand name. When this pair wears out, I think I will look for another brand. For the cost, they are not really a bargain!

These slippers are lovely but UGG makes them much narrower than in years past. Sorry to have to return them.

These are very pretty and stylish slippers. I had high hopes. I ordered two different pairs and neither pair fit. I originally ordered a 7 (I am usually a 6.5 or 7) thinking that, if I wanted to wear thicker socks, this might be the best route. Unfortunately, while the 7 fit in length, it continued to slip off my heel. I assumed it was just too big so I returned them for a 6. The 6 arrived and were too small in terms of length, yet the heel still continued to slip off. The heel bed of this slipper if abnormally large (in my opinion). I have never had issues with narrow heels in other shoes in my life. So, sadly I need to find a totally new slipper for the winter. I really liked the style of these. The Autumn color reads like a steel grey and the pink lace tie is very pretty and adds a nice, stylish pop. Overall a great look, just not a great fit.
