So upset when they arrived, they were very narrow and I ordered the usual size I wear. Need to return.

The shoelace bow on top of the shoe came apart, and is very very difficult /impossible to match the original Design. The thread material that holds the bow had broke off and unraveled the tie. I called customer service to return for a refund/exchange and they took care of the matter immediately. I will be sending back for a refund, then repurchasing. I had already exchanged this item for a bigger size, and u can only do 1 exchange apparently so I will ask for a refund and replace order. Shoe is very cute!!

The first pair of 8s I got were two different sizes. They both said 8, but one was clearly an inch longer and wider. I had to pay for shipping back to recieve a credit. I ordered another pair of 8s and I felt like one of Cinderella sisters trying on the glass slipper. My toe felt like it was breaking getting it on. It was so painful! Had to do another exchange. This time they covered shipping it back. Went up a size to 9. They fit, but aren't comfortable. So now after all of that I'm stuck with a pair of expensive slippers I'll never wear.

Fit was really narrow. Felt more comfortable without socks. Hoping for a little stretch in the width after wearing a couple of times. The inside of the shoe has a cozy feel.

I really like the moccasins. My foot is wide and they can be a little more wide but they still fit comfortably just would like more width. My ugg boots fit better than the moccasins

Bought this slipper for my niece for Christmas they were too small I would love to return them and get a bigger size just don't know how to do that as there was no paperwork with the box or in packaging..

I'm going to wear it out and about whenever I don't have to work! It's a beautiful dark chocolate color and stylish . It runs narrow and small so go up a 1/2 size so you don't have to send back if your ordering

The threading on the inside didn't have wool on it and it scratches my skin. This causes discomfort to wear without socks and to wear with thin socks.

I usually wear a size 8 in everything, these are snug. I ended up Following reviews saying to get a size up I got the 9 ended up returning for an 8. I got the 8 and they had been worn from someone else. Ugg. But zappos made it Right and sent me another 8 in a different color for the sale price of the other. Very nice. They are snug in an 8 but I think over time they will stretch and be Awesome.

Toooo small. I have two other pairs of Uggs (both boots) in size 8, but these were super-tight. I know folks will say, "But if you wear them for weeks, they'll stretch!" Nope; not gonna sit around in uncomfortable shoes that I've bought for the express purpose of being comfortable :-) And BTW, my second pair of Ugg boots still haven't stretched quite enough to be as comfortable as my first pair, and I've had those for over a year -- so, y'know, at this price, I would caution against placing all your eggs in the "don't worry, they'll stretch" basket. I did love the color, but didn't love the style enough to try it in another size.

These are not forgiving to those with wider feet! I suggest you order 1 size up because the fur on the inside makes the fit Mitch more snug than normal. They look great and are very comfy after you break them in!

Never have problem with size 11 feeling too small, but these slippers definitely are too small. Big toe pushing against end of slipper. Sorry to return.

I like to wear these with my pajamas around the house. I'd like another pair to wear outdoors. My only issue is my pair came defective. The sole has some places where the leather is puckered and not sewn down. I would exchange but they no longer have my size in the color I like and the other Dakota's are $30 higher in price. I basically have to spend more to exchange my defective product. I guess if they break down, I'll have to use the one year warranty and do that. I used the survey they sent to communicate my complaint and I've heard nothing back.
