$99 for a pair of slippers seems excessive, but I was looking for a sturdier slipper for problem feet. I wear a size 6 in a dress show and a size 7.5 in a hiking boot. Since this product does not come in 1/2 sizes, I thought the 7 would do; it did not. The slipper is big so I am wearing it with socks.

I really like these shoes. However, I wear a 10 1/2. I bought a 10 based on other reviews saying this shoe runs a little large. This size did not work for me. I know that an 11 will be too big because the size 10's are already a bit wide on my foot.

The slippers were generously padded with sheepskin but unfortunately that may have contributed to poor fit.
I’ve worn Ugg slippers for years. The sizing has been off for the last few years.

These are nice comfortable warm shoes.
Im giving these 3 stars because I would of loved for the rubber sole to come up higher on the front, they get so dirty! I wanted them to be my everyday lounge shoes but because the suede rubs on the floor with every step they can't be. Sad. A darker color would have been better for that reason. I also went half a size up ! Great decision.

Bought these for my mother who is always an 8&1/2 or a 9. I bought a 9 and her big toes were pressing hard.
We’ve ordered a 10 in a similar Ugg style to try. These ones weren’t available in the larger size.

I expected more for the price honestly. It looks nice but when I put them on stitching wasn’t covered good enough by the inside material and it rubs against my toe. A little snug to start with but did stretch out. Again..expected way more for the price.

The shoelace bow on top of the shoe came apart, and is very very difficult /impossible to match the original Design. The thread material that holds the bow had broke off and unraveled the tie. I called customer service to return for a refund/exchange and they took care of the matter immediately. I will be sending back for a refund, then repurchasing. I had already exchanged this item for a bigger size, and u can only do 1 exchange apparently so I will ask for a refund and replace order. Shoe is very cute!!

The first pair of 8s I got were two different sizes. They both said 8, but one was clearly an inch longer and wider. I had to pay for shipping back to recieve a credit. I ordered another pair of 8s and I felt like one of Cinderella sisters trying on the glass slipper. My toe felt like it was breaking getting it on. It was so painful! Had to do another exchange. This time they covered shipping it back. Went up a size to 9. They fit, but aren't comfortable. So now after all of that I'm stuck with a pair of expensive slippers I'll never wear.
