My daughter loves these loafers. She says they do run a little small. We have 4 of these and for some reason 2 are smaller than the others.

Cute-looking slippers. In shoes I wear 8 regular width, in athletic shoes 8.5 wide. These look wide in the toe, which is what my feet need. But the fur narrows them, and the toe box isn't high enough to compensate. The totally flat sole doesn't work for me either. The insoles are removable.

I actually got these for my mom from journeys! They fit her perfectly! She loves them! I ordered them around November last year and she's been so happy about the shoes!

I had the exact same pair I had ordered maybe 3 years ago. These are just to small and I know that keeping them and wearing as is would be a mistake. Reordering in a size larger.

These slippers are super comfortable and soft, and they don't make my feet too hot (mostly). They run true to size but are very snug and take awhile to loosen up. Having half sizes would be very helpful!

I love these slippers as I have purchased them many times. Either my feet are getting fatter or their standard is getting smaller !! I know they will stretch out but two weeks into them my toes are very tight !!

This is great for a college students going to class when it's cold. This shoe is soft on the inside and has a hard outer. However, this shoe is very tight.

If you have normal width feet you can scroll down to the next review. BUT if you have very narrow feet as I do, here is some information. I ordered these in gray and the fit my 9 slim foot perfectly. So I ordered a tan pair for the lake and they were WAY wider than the grey pair. So much so that I had to cinch up the leather string so tightly that it now digs into my heels. Wish I'd sent them back and reordered another gray pair. I don't know what the reason is but the gray Dakota's run much narrower than the light tan ones.

I had to tighten the ties a bit, but after that they fit fine. Very comfortable. I wear a 7 in the Dakota Slipper as well as the Ugg boots.

I bought the pink/ lavender pair about 2 months ago, and they feel great! I love the color, too. I mainly wear them around the house with black leggings-- very comfy. I would buy another pair someday!

Super cute slipper in person! Normally wear a 6.5 shoe and the 6 in these was awfully tight everywhere. But slipped off my heel when I walked about. Seemed on the narrower side too. I returned. Won’t be ordering a 7 to try out since they already slipped off the back of the heel.

I read comments that these are not true to size. That was the case with me, all my uggs are a size 7 and I had to return these for an 8. Otherwise, a really good buy, soft and comfortable.

Very soft and comfy slippers. If possible before buying I would suggest trying them on because I got a whole size greater than my original ugg boots and they are still a little small

I love my Dakota slippers, however several reviews stated to size down if you are a half size... that may be normal, but if you have a slightly wide foot (normal width is snug on me but a wide width is too loose) I wear an 8.5 and had to exchange my 8 for a 9. Fits perfectly due to the fluffy lining, they will feel very snug when you first get them, but after a few times of wearing them they will mold to your foot. My only complaint with this shoe and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is the left shoe feels like it is missing a piece of lining at the stitching over my little toe. I have to constantly push the fur over the spot so that the stitching doesn't rub my toe... it's only the one spot on the one shoe, so I think I just got a flawed one. But I love them just the same.
