The shoes are very comfortable and keep my feet quite warm. I use them as slippers. I ordered one half size up and they were still snug fitting at first. Now they are just right, although they would feel short if I wore socks with them. I am glad to have these. Also I have ordered many pairs of shoes through Zappos and would like to say that the service I have always received is first rate. This is a wonderful website and a wonderful way to shop!!

Working with Zappos was a real pleasure. I placed an order around Christmas time and was amazed at how easy it was. I was thrilled to see the availability of merchandise. Other sites advertised, but had very limited stock. Shipment also came very quickly and was just as advertised. Thank you for a great experience!

I could wear these every day. They are so comfy! If you are an Ugg fan, there is no question you will love these (and if you're not an Ugg fan, you're missing out on some serious comfort). Buy them a size down from your typical size. They will feel a little snug at first, but they stretch out perfectly.

Very well made. Im a size 10 (sometimes a 9 and a half) and the size 10 fits. I was able to wear a size 9 (bought two, ended up giving the size 9 to my sister). The size 9 did stretch to fit, but felt snug initially. Ultimately the size 10 was the best fit and has not stretched too much. A very nice fit, really. Great construction and materials. The soft blue is a lovely color, I ultimately had to go with the burgundy color, since the size 10 was in the burgundy. Preferred the blue, though. Great shoe. Pricey, but I'm very happy to have a quality slipper. The natural sheepskin keeps the feet very warm without having a yucky sweaty foot. Synthetics end up smelling bad.

Love these slippers! They are so warm I never want to take them off. Very good construction and a good quality product! I bought them similar to my tight fitting Ugg boots, went up to the nearest full size and they fit perfectly. I wear a 9.5 Narrow and got a 10.

Online purchasing was very easy. The products shipped very quickly. I had to exchange one pair for a smaller size; the new pair came in one day! I was able to download a return shipping label for original shoes and it was at no charge! I will definitely use Zappos again to buy shoes. The Ugg slipper is very comfortable. I bought a size larger than the size I wear in their boots.

We got these beautiful UGG slippers in a matter of a few short days. This was the first pair of UGGs that I have purchased, but I assume they came packaged the same way as if I had purchased them directly from UGG shoes. The free shipping is awesome. I was very impressed with Zappos. I can't wait to use this site again.I purchased these as a gift so I cannot comment on the feel of the shoe.

I purchased the Ugg Dakota for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Her shoe size is 8 1/2 and the Uggs came in whole sizes so I ordered her a size 9 which I tried on when immediately and they were too big for me and I wear a size 9 so I knew they wouldn't fit her. I reordered a size 8; they came in time for Christmas and my daughter absolutely loves them. I received a return label for the size 9 Uggs, however when I looked for the return label I realized that I misplaced it. Zappos is sending me another label no problem, no hassles! I adore Zappos and their customer service reps, so do all my friends and my daughter's friends at college!

Zappos rocks! I ordered these Ugg slippers which were impossible to get so close to Xmas in any of the stores near my home, but of course Zappos had them in stock! Not only did they have them in stock, but I received them the very next morning. An amazing place to do business, I love this website!

Zappos was the only place I could find Ugg Dakotas in Bahama Blue right before Christmas. I never ordered from Zappos before - but will again. My order arrived promptly and in perfect condition. My daughter loves her Uggs and wears them both in the house and outside.

The Ugg Dakotas were my first pair of Uggs and they won't be my last. I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable to wear just around the house and great to wear when I'm running errands! And I love that they pretty much go with any outfit!

I ordered these Uggs as a Christmas gift for my daughter and received them 2 days later. They were exactly as described and she loved them. Zappos website was easy to navigate, easy to order from and the delivery was immediate. In a previous order, the package arrived the next day. You can't beat that for free shipping! I would recommend Zappos 200%!

Shopping at Zappos.com for shoes is the best on-line experience I've ever had. Like many others, I like to make sure that I try shoes on before I buy a pair. Zappos offers free shipping charge which includes returning if need be. This policy relieves me from worrying about the hassle of getting the wrong size and shipping them back with extra cost. The price is reasonable and their customer service is phenomenal. The representatives are courteous and helpful. Their service is quick. I ordered two pairs of Uggs Dakota and received my order in no time. I ended up having to make exchange because the shoes were too small. I called the customer service and received extremely polite and helpful treatment. I got the exchanged item the very next day, before I sent back the pairs that were too small. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service. Shopping at Zappos.com is an extremely pleasant experience I would highly recommend to those who are shopping for shoes!

I got these for my granddaughter for Christmas and she was thrilled and loved having warm, cozy, happy feet! They are well made and live up to the Ugg standard. She has a narrow foot, but was able to adjust the fit with the ties. With indoor/outdoor soles they can be worn outside, too.

These slippers/moccasins are so darn cute, and they get a lot of compliments!\r\n When measured, my feet are right at a size 8 (my big toe is on the line), but I usually go with an 8.5 or 9 for comfort and less constriction (I ordered an 8 in the Dakota). If you are a half size, order down. Leather and suede will stretch, and the sheepskin sockliner with will mat down and conform to your feet!\r\n The shoe was a little snug on the sides, but you should be able to break them in in a matter of hours or a day of wearing them! There is no arch support, but you can always get orthopedic inserts.\r\n Be sure the use their protective spray, Apple Garde repellent, or similar product (I spray once, wait several hours to 24 hours, and spray again). The toe of the shoe extends out further than the sole, so it will tend to scuff or get dirty.\r\n Overall, I love this shoe! Very comfortable and warm!

These were purchased as a gift for a teenage girl for Christmas. They are extremely well made and comfortable. If they are a little loose, just tighten the leather strap that runs around shoe and re-tie. \r\n\r\n

These slippers are so comfortable. I never want to take them off. Their rubber soles make them work for quick trips outside the house. I'd say they are at least a half size big (like most UGG shoes), since the 12 fit my 12.5 just fine without a break in. I ordered another color!
