I love wearing my Dakotas in the winter with casual outfits, like yoga pants and leggings. They are super soft and comfortable, and even have not shown any damage from wearing them in the snow.

My boyfriend bought me these shoes for Christmas and they are fantastic. I already want to live in them! Very warm and cozy. I read many reviews before buying these shoes (or yet hinting that I wanted them for Christmas). I went ahead and ordered a size up and this is what I found: I wear an 8.5 in normal everyday shoes and an 8 in classic Uggs. I ordered a 9 in the Dakotas and they slide on my hill just a little with thin socks. They would be perfect with thick socks for me and my feet sweat with out socks....yuk! So I always wear socks with my Uggs. They are average width and begin to stretch within a few hours of constant wearing. Worth the buy for sure!!!!

Definitely be sure to order a size up from your usual size; I'm a true 8, but needed a 9 in these. They're super warm & comfortable! Very worth the cost.

My new pewter Dakotas are great! They are super comfortable, with thick enough soles to walk outside. I wear an 8½, tried an 8 and a 9 and went with the 9.

I am so glad that I read the reviews and ordered one size larger. I normally wear a 10 but I got the 11 and they are perfect! They are so warm and cozy. I do not want to take them off! The shipment arrived on time as promised and the packaging was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend these shoes as well as Zappos!

This is my second pair of Ugg Dakota's. They are warm, comfortable and stylish. Every time I wear this pair I get a compliment on the color. They are worth the amount I paid for them as my last pair I have worn so much and they still look brand new.

I love these. They're so comfortable. At first they were a little tight, but after I wore a few times they just molded to my foot. I got the pink ones for breast cancer awareness. They're hard to keep clean, but so comfortable.

We have hardwood floors in our house, and these slippers provide great support (and warmth) for walking around the house. In fact, they are so comfortable that I'm ordering a second pair to wear as casual shoes. However, it took two tries to get the sizing right - I am a 6 in all UGG boots, and I have a narrow foot. But I could not even get the 6 (in the Dakota slipper) on my foot. The 7 is perfect, but is actually more snug than my size 6 UGG boots (even after a couple of months of regular wear around the house). Therefore, while this is a great shoe/slipper, I would recommend going at least one size up (and possibly more if you have a wider foot).

What can I say, love my Uggs!
I usually wear a 9, and right out of the box they were the tiniest bit snug. After a few wears, they stretched to a perfect cozy fit. These are great for both indoor and outdoor wear, as long as it isn't wet out. The lace problem seems to have been resolved, as the bow on my pair is fixed with some sort of adhesive so it doesn't come untied. I absolutely love the lining, making these well worth the splurge. It's nice to have a cozy lining that is warm but not overly so, and that doesn't shed like some synthetic or wool linings.
My only complaint is that the sole should extend further up the toe, as the lower part of the tow does get dirty from walking.

Love my Dakota Slippers. They are so warm and cozy - I can't hardley wait to get home from work to put them on. I bought the Pewter - its a good "go with most everything" color but might have to order another color. These are as great if not better than my UGG Boots. Delivery was prompt.
