These shoes I ordered from Zappos as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who is, I must add, herself an extraordinarily discriminating customer, to say the least. I wound up at Zappos because several other online vendors from whom I have purchased shoes in the past reported this style out of stock. Christmas was only a few short days away. What to do? Zappos came through like a champ. The shoes arrived sooner than promised and were a complete hit. Zappos under-promised and over-delivered. What more could one ask?

I received my gorgeous Ugg Dakota's in the mail today. I got the color autumn(black w/pink laces). They are wonderful and I am so happy I was able to get this unique color in my size. I have two other pair of Uggs the minis and I size down and wear a 9. These are true to size, I got a 10 and they fit perfect. I am so happy to add these to my collection I will use these year round. I got these pair of moccasins for Christmas in brown but I returned them for a black because they looked cleaner and black matches more clothing. They we super comfortable and I did not have to "break them in" because they fit perfectly. They keep your toes warm but your ankles not so much, so you would have to wear socks with them if the weather is very cold. It is the perfect pair of shoes for winter and/or lounging around the house and are cute and comfortable. I would definitely recommend these shoes for teens in either men or women's because they are comfortable and easy to wear with anything. People who lounge around most of the time will find these helpful because of the warmth and comfort they supply. Over all it was a good purchase and would be an appealing gift for anyone.

I'm not sure how I've lived without these this long! It has been unusually cold this year and I haven't been able to warm up until I received these slippers- finally I am able to stay cozy. They are also great for short trips outside to take the dogs out or get the mail. I highly recommend!
I'm glad I sized up from 8 1/2 to 9, they fit perfectly and probably would have been too narrow if I got my normal size.

I do not usually write reviews, but after many orders, must let you know that Zappos is incredible. I have 8 grandchildren and I have probably kept UGG in business for years! I love this shoe. My feet are always cold, but I don't need to wear socks with these which I've never done with another house shoe. The lining is so warm and luxurious that you don't want socks. I ordered my normal size and it fit fine. I received a pair as a Christmas present. I hated taking them off so much that I ordered another pair that I can wear outside of the house.
