These slippers are great. They are warm and well made. The only problem I have is that I wear an 8 1/2 and the 9 is too big, but the 8 is a touch too small. But I wear the 8 anyway because I love the shoe.

Very comfortable shoes. Used them in the hospital in place of the socks with grippy bottoms and they worked well. They also worked well out of the hospital as just comfortable slippers. Worth the price. Initially too tight to wear with socks, but after a while they loosened up.

It cannot be any better than seeing what you want in a store and trying it on, going home, signing on to Zappos , ordering what you just tried on and having it delivered to your door the very next day...oh, and it was less expensive!

I am normally a size 9 but ordered an 8 at the recommendations of many other Ugg wearers. I will say they were downright uncomfortable the first week in the width. But now that I'm on week 3, they are perfect! They never slip off (like my Minnetonka's did when they were well worn) and I've had many friends tell me this particular style lasts them for 2 years usually. My old Minnetonka's lasted one season. I should mention I'm a stay at home mom that home schools so I'm in them for hours daily. They are super comfortable and warm!

These are great slippers. I bought this pair for my daughter but have 3 pairs myself. Very warm which is great for the area I live in.

I ordered the Ugg Dakota in Tobacco with pink lace -- the style is very cute, but they run extremely small and narrow. I normally wear a 7.5 and went down a size and ordered a 7 which I had to return because they actually hurt my feet! Ordered size 8 which also felt tight at first, but now since I've been wearing them for over a month they fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable and plush. I definitely recommend going up one size.

This is my third pair of Dakotas and they are beyond compare in terms of fit, comfort and durability. The stitching on top edge by the leather lace came undone on last pair after almost a year of wear, but Zappos replaced because that shouldn't happen. As long as quality remains good, I'll remain loyal to Uggs because they make a great product.

Origin purchased the Ansley but they were smaller than expected. Based on the reviews it sounded like the Dakotas were a little more true to size. I love them! They fit great and are nice and cozy.

These are awesome slippers! The quality is amazing and they are super warm. They were slightly narrow at first, but the more I wear them, they seem to stretch to my feet. I highly recommend these!

I purchased the slippers as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She wears them all the time! I'm guessing that's a vote of confidence that she likes them!

Love my Ugg Slippers!! Comfortable and warm. These were purchased in my normal shoe size. The width was a little tight but I have a bit of arthritis in one foot so they fit as I expected. They have broken in nicely, though. I will be looking to buy a pair in Tan next year!

Great shoes. Very warm and comfortable. The lining in this shoe changes the size. I wear 7 and purchased and 8. My daughter wears 8 and purchased a 9.

I have too say my experience with Zappos was surprising enjoyable. I usually run into some issue of some kind when shopping online. My experience with Zappos was went very smoothly. This is the 2nd pair I have bought for my mother and she just loves them. Perfect for indoor slippers, but with great traction and sole for the outdoors (shopping, etc). They are extremely comfortable. My mom wears an 8 in most shoes, but prefers the 9 in these for more toe room. I usually wear an 8 in most shoes and I think that even I could wear the 9 comfortably, so I think that these run a little on the short side.
